The gym is poorly maintained. The hot tub is always down and when it's down it takes forever to come back up. The locker room needs an entire renovation. The equipment is outdated on the machines. In 2025 you should have more than one leg and hamstring extension. I go here all different times of the day and nobody plays pickle ball. Im canceling and going to another gym.

I will never step foot in this location, is this a gym or a “mens sex club” ? after hearing of all the nasty activities that happen in the sauna/ steamroom why isn’t management not doing anything to protect gym goers? acts of public lewdness and inappropriate sexual behavior that violate social norms, facility rules, and the law.

+3yr member, decent equipment, great staff, amenities ok
Still can't wrap my head around getting rid of a basketball court that was popular and welcomed all races and ages for a pickleball court that's mostly empty all day except the same 2-3 white geriatrics.
It was cool watching complete strangers coming together for pickup games, little girls practicing their shooting with their dads catching rebounds, real nice community vibe.
Owner def wanted to adjust the demographics and median age smh...

I’ve only been a member here for about a week, and I’m already disappointed with this location—especially given that it’s supposed to be a Black Level Gold’s Gym. The equipment is outdated (even if still functional), the locker rooms are dirty and not maintained, and the built-in locks on the lockers don’t even work. For a facility that markets itself as a higher-tier Gold’s, the standards should be much better.
Another recurring issue is towels. Out of all the days I’ve been here, towels were only available once. Even while I was signing up, I kept hearing staff tell members “10 minutes for towels,” but they never came out. It feels like this is a regular problem that’s not being addressed.
What concerns me most, though, is the environment in the men’s locker room, sauna, and steam room. On multiple occasions I’ve had uncomfortable experiences with men loitering, staring, and even touching themselves in plain sight. Especially in the sauna, literally playing with themselves and staring. This kind of behavior is inappropriate and creates an unsafe atmosphere for members who just want to use the amenities as intended.
To make matters worse, on my most recent visit I witnessed front desk staff being harassed as well. While I was buying a protein drink, the young woman working thanked me for stepping in when an older man was bothering her and hitting on her. That’s not something staff—or members—should have to deal with in what should be a professional and safe environment.
The one positive has been Katie, who signed us up—she’s been awesome and professional. Unfortunately, her effort can’t outweigh the broader problems. At this point, both my wife and I will be cancelling our memberships.
Management really needs to take a serious look at this location—both in terms of facility upkeep, equipment updates and in doing a culture check to make sure members and staff feel safe, respected, and supported. Only then will this gym live up to the Gold’s Gym name.

UPDATE ON 22 SEPT 2025: I give a 5 star because this is my gym for over 15 years. My last update with questions were answered. Thank you to the owner for CARING about the Client Reviews.
My wife and I have been a member of Gold's Gym, Rogers Ranch since 2009, I have suggestions. It's a GYM, I don't expect "perfect" but hopefully my suggestions will be taken seriously. I love my gym.
1. My wife started using the women's work out room downstairs, after about 3 weeks, I got sick for a week, I truly believe it was because there is no AIR CIRCULATION in that room, and no circulation could mean "mold", please have an inspection done.
2. There is an ant issue around the indoor pool area, just walk around in front and back, small ants but that can lead to bigger issues.
3. It would be nice if the night crew could make sure that the morning crew has clean towels and that all the Towel Dispensers are full and also the sanitizer spray for the 5:00AM members. Time and time again, no towels are laid out and one or more towel dispensers or sanitizer sprays are empty, to include the women's bathroom.
Anything that can make Golds Gym, Rogers Ranch better is greatly appreciated.

Great experience. Not too long of a wait for equipment (at noon)/ about 5 min. Cleanliness could use some work, but overall, everything I needed for my workout was in working condition. (Do need to upgrade that seated leg curl machine though)
Thanks for the day pass!

What the hell happened to this gym? I have been a member of Golds for almost 20 years and this used to be my gym. Go to medical center now for the last decade or so. Came back to this gym because I had an appointment nearby and man they let this place go. Machines are dated and not great. Gym was dark and depressing. Locker room was gross. Smelled like mold in there and the toiletries that are supplied like hand soap and stuff were all out and literally no shower had whatever that soap is in there. Towels laying everywhere. The steam room was covered in those paper towels you were supposed to wipe the machines down with. Man. This place used to be amazing. I will stay at the med center lol.

What happened to this location? It used to be so nice and lived up to its black level tier title. I went recently and it looks so drab and old. In the women’s locker room… none of the built in locks work, the lockers seriously need to be cleared and wiped down, there used to be complimentary items on the counter making it appear more inviting, now the carpets are all peeling and need to be replaced, there are spots on the wall that need to be repaired and painted. This used to be an elite location and now it’s all musty, rusty and dusty!

I'm writing this review as a warning to younger women who may want to attend this gym. If you go through prior reviews you'll see that the population at this gym is older/retired individuals. However, they fail to mention that the ratio of men to women at this gym is waaaaay off. It may be the time of day I'm going (before 5pm), but for the most part when I've gone there's maybe 5 women in the main areas of the gym and 20-30 men. This wouldn't be an issue if the men weren't disrespectful. I have been going here for 2 weeks and I've been stared at, approached, and have had men do "double takes" when they're triple my age!! There is a women's area, however it does not have enough to get a sufficient workout in and is often hot/humid in the room. Its not the gym's responsibility to teach these grown men respect, but be warned. I ended up getting a whole new gym membership elsewhere with a younger crowd.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Gold’s Gym.
I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 8 months, and it has been unbelievably frustrating. I’ve gone in person three different times, each time speaking with different staff members, and I’ve followed every instruction given to me. Despite all this, they keep charging me every month.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. It’s caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and cost me money I shouldn’t have had to pay.
I strongly caution anyone considering a membership here to be aware of how difficult it is to cancel.

This gym is overpriced and mediocre.
Many times it seems like the mens bathroom is having a poop contest to see who can leave the smelliest and most disgusting poop ever. The worst part is that often they NEVER flush. Many times I've walked into a stall and theres just pee all on the bathroom floor. It’s a good day when I can walk into a bathroom stall and not have to hold my nose.
The steam room and the sauna have been the only decent perks that have held me to keep this overpriced membership for as long as I have, although, I just read a recent review about some gay things going on in there, I am so ashamed because this was one of the few things about this gym I actually enjoyed, and now, I have to cancel it because that is just revolting and disgusting.
They have a good quality and diverse selection of machines. They have some big zumba type mirror rooms for classes. The staff are all pretty kind and nice. The crowd is a lot of mature people, normal people who aren’t screaming and huffing and puffing.
There is just absolutely nothing with this particular gym that justifies their $50+ a month membership. They have the basic machines that many other gyms have, they have the basic sauna and steam room many other gyms have(and that without depraved obscenities going on inside of them) The only things this gym had going for them to justify their price tag was the outdoor pool and basketball court and now its gone, replaced with a pickleball court (for all 3 people in the world that play pickleball) :/
This is a gym for: retired mature men and women who are old and wealthy and just want the simple convenience of the closest gym to their house; and for people who want to go to a decently calm gym with kind staff and kind fellow gym goers.
I’ll tell you honestly there are better gyms out there if you look around.
Nevertheless, I don’t regret my time here. It, was, a great gym for me for the time being. I am grateful for you golds gym.

The gym was okay, dirty at times and occasional broken equipment (stayed broken longer than ideal) due to age of equipment. The biggest issue is the sauna and steam room were broken more than they were working.
Membership cancelation is in person on physical paper, and the front desk lost my paper work and charged me two additional months and wouldn’t refund.
Don’t recommend.

MAKING IMPROVEMENTS!! I start coming to this locations about 18months ago. Ya it was disappointing. But over the last 8 months or so IMPROVEMENT are being made. Customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Cleaning Crews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (they wipe down between classes) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pool heater repaired, the gentleman that maintenance the pool takes great care in doing so. They’ve replaced the plumbing fixtures. The carpet (it was gross) with Nice rubber flooring! The locker rooms still need some attention for sure. But I believe they’re going to get to them by the improvement they’ve been making. 18months ago. (Dirty locker rooms, leaking plumbing in the locker rooms, pool heater unreliable, dusty equipment) I personally feel fortunate that Golds Gym survived COVID. I’m sure it was a really challenging for the company.

I’d like to update my review and also mention that the manager Billy was really great with handling my problem with signing up for pickle ball, he was really cool about it and even took me into his office to show me personally how to properly sign up through the site.
Drew is one of the best personal trainers here at the Treble Creek location. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and makes working out much more comfortable. I felt a little nervous at first but he’s such a great teacher! I have the confidence to workout on my own now!

This location has made some updates since I last had a membership here, like swapping the ratty carpet out for rubber-like flooring (which was definitely needed) and getting rid of the basketball courts for paid pickleball courts (yikes). I have seen exactly one court be used in the last 3 weeks and I go 3 times a week at different times of the day. I think at least half of the basketball courts should've stayed. They were always being used.
It still gets really busy and the equipment has basically stayed the same since I've been here the last few years (but they seem decently maintained), but I haven't had to wait for equipment much since I started coming back. It does seem like the safety clips for the barbells are missing most of the time, so I bring my own. I also think a hip thrust station would be beneficial. Some of the gym bros seem to get annoyed when you use a squat rack or bench press to set up for heavier hip thrusts, but I don't really understand what else they expect you to do without a designated machine or area.

attention san antonio this golds location claims to have done so many improvements however their employees are much rather focus on personal conversation that rather getting real things done. these are the current towels that being handed out at the gym which is gusting. i am not sure why there are yellow on top of which so many stains. i don't believe that i have ever seen the carpet shampooed in the locker room and then men take it dry themselves and then step on it and then all the dirt and grim from carpet trespasses the the towels. fYI golds gym i am going to continue to bring towels home that are like this and dispose of them. do better and remove them evening employees who are always talking the blonde white guy and the mexican guy just never seem to be actually working. do better seriously !!!!

Nice place with a decent amount of machines. The Problem? There are lots (a whole lot) of people on their freaking phones sitting on the only 2 machines for that muscle group.
The staff doesn't walk around or announce, use your phone in the lobby.
You also have to check out the rope & other handles for some exercise. Very inconvenient. Maybe if the staff walked around every once in awhile that would take care of the problem of people stealing the equipment.

Right now, this is the dirtiest gym I have ever joined. I think they can do better. They have it all - wet and dry saunas, a hot tub, a pool, both inside and out, and a smaller gym for women only.
My chief complaint is the mold growing in many places in the women's locker room,
and filthy looking floors everywhere in the dressing/wet/and workout areas.
Also, the workout machines have rust on the weights. They also make screeching noises, or worse, a highpitched squeal as the weights rise and lower. Especially noticeable on the arm machines.

Gutted the basketball courts included with your membership and placed pickleball courts that you have to pay $30 as a member $40 as a non member to use a court. Expensive monthly fee and big late time fees despite not fixing the carpet or updating the locker rooms. The machines are constantly broken for multiple weeks. Golds also contributes money to trump. Not inclusive and it shows in the members tbh

I do not like drama in my yoga class because of particular instructor friendships gone haywire. The yoga teacher came in battle mode. I was embarrassed and left the class. Our Roger’s Ranch gym has always been very professional in terms of classes. I really love this particular instructor as relates to yoga. I think some personal issues are a detriment to being an effective instructor. I’m uncomfortable in those yoga classes now.

The gym is on the mend with improvements.
The men's locker room, however, is evidently a gathering place for those of the alternative lifestyle.
Also, I asked receptionist if anyone else complained about ants in lockerroom. The staff person replied, "You're the first." If you scroll down, a complaint about ants was posted a month prior.

The gym is adequate. Decent amount of equipment, in good shape. Nice new gym floors were installed.
The locker room is filthy filthy filthy. There was a pee soaked pile of towels sitting next to the sinks a few days ago, stunk up the surrounding area of urine. The spa had clumps of hair and debris floating in it. The carpet, oh god, the carpet is so gnarly, it needs to go ASAP, I dread the thought of my bare foot touching it and use my sandals diligently.
The only staff reply to this review I want to read is the ETA of when a new carpet is set to be installed.
Staff is usually comprised of a solo college kid who looks annoyed to have to look up from their phone or laptop as guest come and go. Except for the gentleman with the mustache, he always greets members with a smile.

The was once upon a time a gym in comparison to lifetime. Even today it has the facilities to be great it has a pool, great equipment, a healthy food court, basketball and racket ball.
However the gym desperately needs to be remodeled and updated. The carpet in the weight room has literally ripped. The equipment has rust on it. The washroom reeks and is never cleaned. There's a smell that comes from the weight rooms carpet. I understand it's a gym but it isn't supposed to smell the way it does. I urge the management to take this as constructive criticism and make the necessary upgrades to make Roger's ranch great again.

This gym used to be really nice. It's now reminiscent of the Concord when it was at the end of it's era. The carpet is trashed throughout and was told by the Asst. Mgr. that they have no intention of replacing it any time soon. Men's locker room is horrible and they did away with the little things that made it seem like an upscale location. You have to bring your own lock now since most of the combination locks are either broken or gone. Most of the equipment is either outdated or just not cleaned and taken care of. I will say that John at the Front Desk is always pleasant and professional. Most other employees don't interact with a lot of the members, at least not that I've seen. If LTF wasn't so damn expensive I'd go back but my company practically gives me a corporate membership to Gold's. I really hope they can get back to being the gym they used to be...but highly doubtful.

This gym used to be worth the upcharge, but over the past year they are taking more amenities away but not lowering monthly membership. The 2 pools outside never reopened after covid. & now they have sold off the basketball courts that many members used to a company for pickleball courts. Didn’t know our gym was for sale. The filtered water tanks are hardly filled up anymore. The only amenity they have left is the hot tubs & indoor pool. As a member our monthly cost should go down if you are removing more & more from our gym. Other gyms are becoming more appealing.

The curling machine is always broken, the two outdoor pools have been abandoned, and the indoor pool always has a super strong chlorine smell. Even the basketball court has been closed. Car thefts often occur in the parking lot, and don’t bother using the lockers if you don’t want your belongings stolen. There is a good variety of machines, but the weight area can get crowded

This is the nicest I've been back to but Even here the lockers are falling apart. That said the rest of the place was okay. Not as nice as it used to be, but close. This gym was mediocre at best. LifeTime, LA Fitness are much cleaner and have more amenities. Planet fitness has all the same equipment for 1/3 the price. What set this gym apart from the others was the world class basketball court. One of the nicest hardwood floors, high quality backboards, and masterly designed.. now it’s all gone. Now that the court is gone, it’s just an overpriced & over crowded gym. I immediately cancelled my membership after being a customer for 14 years once I found out the basketball court isn’t coming back. It takes a real dullard to make that decision.

I’ve been a member for over a decade and this place went down hill fast after Covid.
They used to have an outdoor pool, child care, towels, and a number of other amenities that have sense been removed. A lot of the amenities such as the outdoor pool just lay dormant and dilapidated, giving the place a run down janky vibe similar of downtown Detroit.
Secondly, the employees are NEVER at the counter. I’m sure I could cancel my membership and have no problem gaining access to the gym. On the rare occasion you do catch an employee at the counter they don’t even speak to you, just sitting on the counter texting!!
I don’t want my feet kissed, just bare minimum customer service that’s it & they can’t even do that. L 🤦♂️

Yall never have towels or working water or whatttttt? I’ve been coming back now for 3 weeks and haven’t had a towel available and the water was broken for about a week. I pay 55$ per month. Didn’t go for about 6 months. Smh. Just donating to the pockets of the owner. … Update: Also fix the water dispensers. Your water dispensers have been out for weeks now. You have me and others filling up our water bottles from the water fountains. lol

This gym serves absolutely no point without a basketball court. The basketball court is buzzing with folks every single day and is a primary reason for many folks to maintain membership. It is the one differentiator for your gym that no other gym in North SA has. So many people have used this gym exclusively for basketball. Pickleball is a fad that will be here and gone within 6 months. The folks who are any good at it will move on to tennis, and those who are not work out at senior centers. Do not suggest your medical center location either. It is not close by at all and is not appealing whatsoever. Cancelling membership immediately.

main reason for my membership was so my boyfriend and i could work out and utilize the basketball court. now that’s being taken away and there isn’t really any reason to be paying so much for this golds especially since it’s old and a lot of things aren’t renovated. There are tons of nicer gyms that have better equipment and are cleaner but not a lot of gyms with a nice basketball like this golds used to have. terrible decision to take it away

Wow so they let someone who has been a GM for only a few years make the biggest decision in the history of the gym. My main grievance is the recent turning of the basketball court into a pickle ball court. There must be an ulterior motive because there is no way anyone can say that a pickle ball court will bring more people in than a basketball court. Thats just a bad business move any way you look at it. The other things that have been adding up include none of the locker room locks working, running out of towels, steam room not working, and the whole place overall not being as clean as other locations like the medical center.
I don’t write this review because I think this GM will change anything or I want them to respond “thanks for the review”. He obviously has made his mind up. I write this so that when this place really starts going downhill, people can see what led to it. I say the move was pretty reckless, but what do I know, only time will tell. This location used to be the top level in town along with the old concord golds, now it’s an understatement to say it's a shadow of its former self.

Have been going to this gym for 5+ years, and even prior to that. Have been loving the gym due to their basketball court and amenities.
Unfortunately, the basketball court is being removed for pickleball, which is surprising considering how many people play basketball there and keep their membership solely for that.
I believe the main reasoning for it is due to competition with LA Fitness on 281, which don’t have a basketball court, but now no Gold’s Gyms in San Antonio have a basketball court (except maybe medical unless that’s gone too...)
I can see LA Fitness having one gym with pickleball because their other gyms have basketball courts to accommodate, but now golds doesn’t have any overall.
Wish they had attempted to seek more input from the community prior to the decision being made as a lot of the people that I frequently speak with at the gym are also saddened by this change.
It really changes the atmosphere.

DISGUSTING. After months going to other locations I decided to pay more to be able to visit this one as it is the 2nd closest to where I live and it is supposed to be one of the "best" locations. I should have read the reviews before going.
Most of the machines area is covered with extremely deteriorated carpets. There was only one elastic band for the whole gym. When I was stretching in the second floor I noticed that there was ONE dumbbell in the area rack (not one pair!!! One dumbbell !!!!). Also there was just 3 sizes of exercise balls to choose from. Looking for a mat I noticed that there were approximately 5 in the whole gym. When going to the locker area, the inside and the door were completely dirty. For the price that it's being paid this gym should be in optimal conditions and not like this. It's a shame.

Formerly elite "Raquetball & Fitness" location turned into deteriorating "Gold's Gym".
This gym has gone south.
How hard is it for the GM to order a new hair dryer ($20 at Walmart) that works and blows warm air? And fix the outlet?
How hard is it to fix leaking shower with a stuck handle?
How hard is it to fix a door that gets stuck from inside? So, the people don't need to place the chair to keep it open.
I guess that the General Manager is a male, and he is not allowed to go into women's locker room and see how shabby it has become. However, he has a power to ask someone to check or make pictures. Or,does he have low standards, and doesn't mind a mess in the place he manages?
Here, I made some pictures.
P.S. there was another review from 4 months ago, where the owner says he placed a request to purchase new hair dryers for the women's locker. There are still not purchased.

This is a great location! Very easy and convenient to get to, plenty of parking. I do not usually go at peak times, so I've not experienced overcrowding. Yes, this gym is a bit old (wear and tear), but I did not see anything out of order or in inoperable, unsafe condition. The front desk employee was polite, friendly and offered to help with anything I needed since this was my first visit to Roger's Ranch location. I would give 5 stars except the pilates reformer machines, classes are an extra fee. Overall I would definitely recommend this location! Btw... women's locker room is great :)

Guy at the entrance was mocking us with discriminatory comments after an incident with my brother , saying we doesn’t even know his name and calling us to get out , terrible service and I would like to get the guy in the entrance what he deserves because that’s not a good customer service , terrible service and my brother had stolen credit cards and good amount of cash. The guy also was telling all the customers that the gym closes at 4 and when the customers say it doesn’t matter he was not happy about it and with a very bad attitude because he was only trying to get out early .

I was reading the reviews submitted lately. There are a variety of ratings and I guess I am in the middle. Probably more like 3.5 stars. I have been going to that gym since it first opened and before that to Racquetball and Fitness, which were previous owners, since 1997. The cleanliness, security and overall upkeep has gone down significantly. I can understand that this was largely related to the pandemic, and I was somewhat favorably surprised they reopened after the first few months. It seems, though, that the economy is booming and hopefully they are getting past their economic problems and can do some major renovating. On the other hand, it is acceptably clean and the equipment is in good condition and is repaired quickly. The locker rooms really need renovation and better security because locker break ins and thefts occur frequently. I would not recommend leaving ANY valuables in the lockers, especially credit cards, or car keys. I once had the car keys stolen and then they got to my wallet which was locked in the car. I think this probably is a risk at many/most gyms, but beware. It is a darn shame the outdoor pools are going to waste, but I realize it is not common for gyms to have those, however, previously this was marketed as a high end gym. It is not that, but it is ok and seems fairly popular, and despite what I said I think it is safe, except for credit card and petty theft.

Between the carpet that can’t get replaced , the old outdated broken machines, and towels literally thrown all over the locker room and the stench of mold and mildew…. Golds might be a true nightmare. I’ve had one declined payment in over a year because I forgot to update my debit card and they can’t even refund the fee like they said they would. They want to pull it out of your next months membership. And don’t even try to cancel because they will tell you that they want a 60 day notice comparable to an apartment complex 💀 it’s just overall a joke. I would steer clear and support a local gym who takes pride in making sure its facilities are up to par and it’s not a hassel to cancel or rack up ridiculous fees. I’ve refrained from posting such a negative comment because I do enjoy working out there but this is absolutely insane the way the billing department is handled. And by looking at the comments I’m not alone. Artie the manager it seems has an excuse for everything except when things are going to get fixed and stay fixed!

I feel so sad! It’s a great loss to me. I have been going to this location for many years because although is MORE EXPENSIVE, it used to be good.
Sadly since 2020 is just going down the drain!!!
The locker rooms are in terrible conditions! I would say 90% of the lockers don’t work!!!
They use to have body lotion, deodorant, cotton pads, etc, also hair dryers and hair straighteners. Now there is nothing but one hair dryer for the whole place.
The towels look like rugs, if you are lucky to get one.
Everything is old and dirty.
Many broken things everywhere.
The outdoor pool has been closed for 3 years.
The carpet is broken in so many spots!
They cancel classes without notice and no body knows anything about it when you ask after 15 minutes waiting for the instructor.
They just fired a great dance and Pilates instructor and did not get a good replacement.
Many machines old and broken.
The worst is that they have been lying to us saying that they will improve the locker rooms and is only getting worse and remember: this is MORE EXPENSIVE that other locations!
I had countless conversations with the managers in the last 3 years asking to fix the lockers… they have been telling lies for 3 years. They actually say they will work on it “this week” and one month latter is even worse.
The only GOOD thing is the Cafe at the front. “CAFE VIDA” I could go back there to have a nice breakfast but I am never going back to the actual gym.
Just canceled my membership and my whole family is out of that place.

Roger Ranch in my opinion is the best gym in San Antonio for my needs as a life-long triathlete who loves the large pool with open lanes for me to swim. Josh, who works the front desk, really works does a great job. He is also bilingual speaking English and Spanish. He personally helped me resolve a dispute and misunderstanding between me a Puerto Rican and a tall and very talented African American basketball on the court. He listened to my account in perfect Spanish as well as the account of the super talented former college player who was coaching a young player. The issue was resolved only because Josh is bilingual and not biased. Josh does an awesome job here at Roger Ranch

I’ve been a member here for over 5 years. The hot tub keeps going out- well here’s why. Y’all let the water level in the hot tub in the female locker room go below the level of the intakes. That means the motors are running without water and they burn out. So Golds corporate- next time they hot tubs need repairing due to motor burnout or something associated with it- charge your site manager for the bill because it’s simple daily maintenance and he’s not doing it or making sure his staff does. Fault falls on him. And then the members suffer because it takes MONTHS for you to fix. Send him the bill. He will figure it out after the first time he has to pay or his check gets docked. And btw Artie- this is a weekly issue at this location.

They keep it stocked with complimentary razors and towels and such. I also loveee the lighting in this gym, it has tons of windows and lots of natural light. I used to be excited to be an Onyx-level member and be able to workout at what was once considered a high-end gym, but over time, it has become a shadow of its former self. The decline in quality and service has been disheartening. The gym's once state-of-the-art equipment is now dirty, weights are strewn about on the floor, leaving limited options for a satisfying workout.
The cleanliness standards have noticeably dropped, with unattended spills and unkept areas becoming a common sight. The staff used to be attentive and friendly, but now they seem disengaged and indifferent to the members' needs.
Worst of all, the once exclusive and serene atmosphere has turned into a crowded and noisy space, making it challenging to focus on workouts. The gym management seems to prioritize profit over member experience, leading to overcrowding and a lack of personalized attention.
The distance I would drive to this gym for workouts is no longer justified, given the deteriorating conditions. It's regrettable to witness a once prestigious gym lose its charm and fail to uphold the standards that once attracted loyal members. I have decided to seek a new fitness facility that values its members and prioritizes maintaining a high-quality gym environment.

Staff over the phone told me it was OK that I can still come in and work out the next following day went to the gym and was turned away because of my past due balance, I did explain to the staff member there That I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and explained to him staff still turned me away, and told me that I was not allowed to enter until I make a payment. Then I spoke to the general manager. The general manager was rude himself and told me that this is a business and I need to understand that and was still turned away so I just ended up asking if I can just cancel my membership and never return again.

Went in for a workout with the free pass. Initially I was really loving it. Even thought about getting the membership on my way out. UNTIL I walked into the women’s area and my nose immediately started to burn and itch same with my eyes. I was confused, started to workout and then saw the issue. Dust EVERYWHERE. I mean on every inch of the machine and the air vents🤢 if you are someone with severe asthma and allergies you get why this is a big NO. I complained to an employee and not only did he talk about himself in the 3rd person he let me know he was the one in charge of cleaning and that he was THE ONLY ONE. He shared with me that he was exhausted. Of course, the dust buildup you see in the video and pictures is not from a single day. The ladies area hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Honestly disgusting. I read the reviews and thought the responses to them were genuine so I gave this place a shot and it failed.
