I was visiting the area and spent two days at this gym. Melissa is absolutely the best, I took two of her classes, she made me feel so welcomed and really took a interest in helping me. The gym is just perfect, very clean. Up to date equipment and plenty of access to all classes and equipment

I rarely give a place of business a 5 star rating. When I walked in I was greeted by Jeff the front desk person and his smile, attitude and body language started the experience off in the right foot. I walked around started to notice the attention to detail on all different aspects. The gym is well maintained, the employees were smiling, the gym was clean and the overall atmosphere was great. I wish I could teleport this gym back to where I live. This Golds Gym is the gold standard of what a gym should represent and thrive for. I could continue to write all the great things about this place but it would take too long. Looking forward to working out the next couple days while I am in town.

Just stopped in to get a workout in...NOPE...$16 for a 1 day pass...that's UNBELIEVABLE...I travel for work and stop in gyms across the country and never have I had to pay that...Not only that but asked the manager for an exception and she was very rude...I would pay money just not that...that's a whole month at my local gym

We cancelled our membership due to the military moving us, PCS. We provided copy of orders documenting the move and they said everything was taken care of. That was June 2017, it is now Feb 2018, 7 months later and they are still charging us. Good thing USAA is taking care of the disputes. When they do pick up the phone they say it's a corporate issue, and that it shouldn't be happening. But the charges keep showing up every month.

the gym would be great if it didn't take so much frustration to cancel an add on who is not even under contract on the account! I have been dealing with this for months and keep getting charged over and over although it has been confirmed the letter was recd months ago. This is the same problem i had when they were here before so i see nothing has changed in trying to get all the money they can. I even sent it signature required as stated and recd and email/text that the letter was recd. BEWARE when you try to end your membershhip.

Great gym, definitely the most well outfitted one in the county from personal experience. You'll find all types of people here, which is a good thing. Its on the expensive side however when compared to other commercial gyms its nothing. You can go to Planet Fitness for 10$, but you can also get STD's for cheap downtown as well. If you didn't get that bad analogy then you're probably a lot more cooler then me. Only type of person I would recommend staying away from here is the serious power lifter type that would probably have a much better time in the gritty Wichita Falls Athletic Club. The place is owned by Mark Rippetoe, a big name in the industry both powerlifting and weightlifting.

I was very uncomfortable walking in but slowly got over it noone pays attention to anyone else and the staff is very friendly nice equipment and all in all a good workout enviorment definitely recommending to friends and family

Weight machines and other equipment are some of the best I've seen. Jacuzzi is a major disappointment. Has yet to work properly since opening and was one of the major reasons I joined.
