Great Pilates studio! After trying it out with my 3 week unlimited pass I immediately felt like the membership was worth it! I love getting a good sweat in with Raquel and Selena. They’re great instructors while also being kind, informing, and super fun! There’s a range of different classes, ones with the reformers and ones without. Both great! I love to get a good sweat with the hot mat classes, and a good low intensity burn with the reformer classes. I appreciate as well that this studio is a local business! I highly recommend Good movement!

This is a great place to get a good low impact workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and definitely some of the best around. Studio is well equipped and clean and a great place to come whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. There’s something for everyone and Raquel is very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Good Movement has been amazing for the mind & body! The instructors are kind & knowledgeable. Class sizes are small which makes this feel like more of a private lesson. Everyone I have brought agrees that Good Movement is AMAZING

Raquell is an exceptional instructor! As a first-time Pilates student, I was pretty nervous walking into my first class. However, Raquell’s warmth and expertise immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through correct postures and took the time to explain the how and why behind each movement. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Pilates!

Best Pilates studio in town!!! It’s a beautiful space. The owner has so much knowledge and passion for Pilates and it shines through the studio and carefully curated classes. The workouts are just the right amount challenging but you can always count on a modification if needed. 10/10 recommend!!!

Love the atmosphere! The classes are small and more intimate so I don’t feel so nervous in going. I’ve only had Raquel and Selena as instructors so far but both of them are super! I really love how much Pilates has been helping me tone and feel stronger and more confident!

Had my 1st session today, Raquel is a master of her craft. This 37 year old powerlifter had some challenges today but i got it done with great instruction from Raquel. This is a great program that people will love and see improvement on. This is THE PLACE for pilates, anything else is uncivilized.
