I believe success in fitness and nutrition can be made simple with the right direction. It doesn’t require overwhelming hours in the gym each week or restrictive dieting that ultimately leads you back to where you started. It does require a customized plan for YOUR lifestyle and YOUR goals. As a Coach, I create and manage this plan with you so you can feel confident along the way and extremely proud of your progress. I’ll be honest, when I first looked at the price for Goodly Coaching, I hesitated. But I knew I needed to start strength training & had already tried a handful of other options. I started with a two-week trial. After that, I was completely hooked. Now, I'd happily cut other expenses to make it work—I simply can't afford not to go. Best investment in money & time that I make every month.
I've been consistently attending twice a week for the last 3-4 months. As a 41-year-old mom of three, the increase in my strength has been tremendous. The benefits show up in my real life—everything from keeping up with my boys to carrying groceries is easier now. And I sleep better! It’s been a great way to improve my quality of life while also setting a healthy example for my sons.
The coaches, Jeremy, Matt, and Hannah, are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they’re also extremely kind and supportive. The location and class times work really well for my busy schedule.
My two older sons also attend the middle school program on Tuesdays, and it's their favorite extracurricular each week. It's safe to say that Goodly Coaching has been a game-changer for my entire family.

I can’t say enough good things about the Goodly team! I followed Jeremy here from another 5-star gym in Austin to be closer to home. He’s one of the kindest and most knowledgeable coaches I’ve met, and he takes a practical and science-based approach to health and fitness. His team, Hannah and Matthew, are fantastic too.
The programming is clearly well designed and focused on steady progress. I also really value their use of the Trainerize app, which makes it easy to track workouts, and pushes me to lift more and build strength.
What I appreciate most is how personal it feels. The coaches know everyone’s name, check in often, and create a welcoming community.
Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t have the time (or desire) to plan their own workouts but wants the accountability and energy of a small class setting.

I can't say enough about this place. I have been a member of the big box gyms in the past and was SO done with that. I remember meeting Jeremy at a UT Football Tailgate in 2024 and he was so enthusiastic about Goodly Coaching. I finally got my foot in the door in January of 2025 and I have found my home! The encouragement and support is top notch and the the vibe is like a boutique gym with all the hard work. I call it "my little secret jewel of a gym" to my friends. I happened upon Goodly as it is in my neighborhood and what a find it has been! Everything from the staff, to the quality and level of support and guidance has been beyond phenomenal.
I've now been going for a few months and have benefited tremendously from the carefully curated stellar strength workouts. I've also done their very reasonably priced nutritional program that was so educational. The best thing is how immediate the application is and now I feel something amiss if I miss a workout (I try my best not to unless there's travel!).
My mental, emotional and physical health is all improving thanks to the experience here and I hope to be a lifer! I know I started here for very practical reasons, it was so close and made sense logistically but I've been very impressed with the team and the results so now I'd drive from afar if I had to :) Thank you Goodly crew. While visiting from out of town, I joined my daughter for a training with Jeremy. I train in my hometown, so I wasn’t a novice, but I found the cadence, variety and philosophy behind this class to be one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Jeremy designs each workout to build on specific areas of focus and the program reflects this thoughtful approach in every detail. The pace is lively, but never rushed, the individual movements are measured and Jeremy is super attentive to form through each activity. I loved the class size, individual attention, well-planned workout and ambiance of the class size much. If I lived in Austin, I would be here three times a week as well as private training and nutrition support. Again, as an older adult with decades of pretty broad workout experience, I can say confidently that Jeremy and Goodly Coaching is the absolute best—I can’t think of another personal investment that has more value!

I started my strength journey in November 2024 at Goodly with personal training sessions with Coach Hannah. She's great and pushes you the exact right amount - just enough to challenge you for that extra rep! After a couple of months, I transitioned to small group training, and the mix of endurance, hypertrophy and max strength cycles keeps things fresh. The workouts have been challenging in the best way—I’m lifting heavier, feeling stronger, and even noticing real shifts in my body composition. Logging everything through the Goodly app makes it easy to track each session and watch my numbers climb, which keeps me motivated to hit new personal bests every week. Plus, Jeremy’s dog Roger is often around, and sneaking in a few Roger-petting breaks between sets is awesome! :D
What really sets Goodly apart is the people, especially the coaches and Jeremy, the owner. They work hard to foster that welcoming, inclusive vibe, and the feeling of community. The coaches truly care about their clients - a couple of times I missed sessions, and they checked in to see how they could help me get back on track which I truly appreciated. Working with the team at Goodly has been nothing short of amazing. I came to the gym after a year of no exercise and was eager to get into a consistent work out routine. I’ve exercised in fits and starts for years but I’ve finally found my home gym at Goodly.
The small group classes are so much more than a good work-out. I mean - it’s a GREAT work-out and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. Jeremy, Matt and Hannah are awesome coaches who help me lift safely and challenge me appropriately. I truly feel like I’m investing in the later years of my life with this specific kind of weight training. It’s easy to be consistent when I look forward to attending class. If you’re looking for a neighborhood gym, Goodly is your answer.
If you like the gym but don’t always find yourself going to the gym as often as you’d like - then Goodly is your answer.
The results I’ve seen after 9 months with Goodly are proof the system works and it’ll keep me a member for life. As a life long athlete I've been in and out of all kinds of gyms, exercise classes, athletic training facilities, and worked with numerous trainers, physical therapists, and more.
Jeremy and the Goodly team are top notch. They have the capabilities and certifications to work with any level of athlete from beginner to elite.
I've been going to their small group training classes for over 6 months now and for me the main thing that helps Goodly stand out in comparison to any gym around is the Programming of their workouts.
Each workout is structured to provide a proper warmup with mobility, movement prep, and consistent form review for each exercise that is part of that day. It's essential to getting the most out of a workout. This is especially important for anyone who hasn't worked out in a while, has injury history, or is new to strength training. Goodly's programming ensures that you're prepared before getting into any lift or movement for that day.
On top of Goodly's focus on a proper warmup, workouts are also structured to enable you to workout as much as you can through the week without losing a day or two due to being overworked.
Jeremy and the team are extremely thoughtful in their programming, they never overload one muscle group or over do a movemement giving you the ability to show up and put your best self into the workout each and every week.

I've known Jeremy for years as a trainer and most recently took the 6 week group course on "Nutrition 101 - Introduction to Smart Eating". I had tracked macros here and there before but wanted to get better about understanding my intake. Jeremy and Bayla provided a lot of support from day 1 and even after the 6 weeks were up.
Before week 1 - they took the time to understand everyone's current fitness levels/eating habits/comfort level with tracking, etc. and used all those details to create set goals for us to follow.
Throughout the 6 weeks we had an app and also google sheet to keep track of our progress, weekly calls to learn about all things nutrition and access to both Jeremy and Bayla to help us along the way. It was really eye opening to learn about nutrition while also making it a personalized experience.

I love Goodly Coaching's small group training. I have trained with Jeremy over the years and love his well thought out, knowledgable and encouraging style. The small group training is great for all levels and focuses on correct form, along with taking rest time between each set (I find many classes at other gyms overlook this and my form suffers when they rush through the exercises). Joining Goodly Coaching is the decision that you will not regret. I have tried most other boutique fitness studios. Orangetheory, F45, Title boxing, Madabolic etc....These are very fine fitness studios and I enjoyed them very much, but they tend to lean to one particular pillar of fitness. Goodly Coaching truly encompasses all pillars of fitness into a perfect 45min-1hr workout. It is the best holistic workout I have ever tried. You will hit cardio, HIIT, flexibility, mobility, heavy weights, resistance bands, suspension training, kettlebell, and good old fashion bodyweight. One full week of workouts, and I can assure you will have adequately hit flexibility, resistance training, and cardio via every proven method available. And they are fun. They have an app to track your progress and Coach Jeremy and his team sincerely care about your progress. They also even provide nutrition guidance. I know it's cheesy, but they genuinely care about guiding you on your fitness journey. The small classes provide the guidance of personal trainer and the support and accountability of a class studio. It's the best of both of worlds.

I signed up for the small group training program with my mom. Prior to the class, I had been exercising very little during the week and wasn’t really sure how to get started in the fitness world. This class was perfect for me. I was able learn a lot about fitness in general and work on my form so that I can continue working out in a safe and effective way. I started strength training last summer, but was a newbie in my 50's, and didn't want to injure myself because of poor form. I saw an ad for Goodly Coaching and decided to call Jeremy. I'm so glad I did. I can't say enough great things about my experience. Jeremy is so good at helping with your form, making sure you're lifting and moving correctly, but he does it in a such a professional and gentle way. He is knowledgeable and patient, always ready to answer questions, and working out with a small group is fun in part because of the great sense of camaraderie. I just finished my 9th workout at Goodly Coaching and am loving these small group workouts so much! I love the diversity of levels/ages in the groups and how supportive everyone is. -He is very knowledgeable. He will meet you where you are at and help you make progress fast.
-He is always prepared - all programs are customised to you and your needs/goals. There is never any deadtime in the workout, he works hard to optimise every minute.

Goodly Coaching is AMAZING!
After my last personal trainer 15 years or so ago, I promised myself I’d never do personal training again for 2 reasons: 1. I didn’t want to be told “Do this” or “Do that” and have no idea what I was doing, and 2. it’s uncomfortable working 1 on 1 with someone in an intimidating setting! I approached Jeremy to help with my nutrition since I was already active with Pilates and my Peloton. I wanted his guidance to help me with fat loss (weight loss not being the focus). After our initial meeting, I (reluctantly to myself) agreed to add personal training to the nutritional help I wanted. I’m 9 weeks in and am so happy I did it! Adding the personal training (weightlifting) to help build lean muscle was what I needed, more than just nutritional coaching alone (I do get to still eat my mini ice cream cones and drink my wine!).
Jeremy is a partner in your journey (whatever it is) and sincerely LOVES seeing his clients succeed. He is focused on the details, provides weekly updates on all your data and trends, educates on the what/why/how, and shares insightful information from others he respects in his industry. If something’s not working or doesn’t feel right, he listens and adapts on the fly suggesting modifications or a different exercise. My wife and I have different fitness goals and different approaches to exercise; we've been working with Jeremy for a few years, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great personal trainer. It’s a testament to Jeremy’s skill as a trainer that we can both be training at the same time, and he’s able to tailor our exercises to our individual needs and preferences without missing a beat. He’s equally accessible to both of us, and sensitive to when we need to push, and when we need to ease up. He’s also creative: his training programs are structured (which I like), but varied (which I think appeals to my wife).
Jeremy is technically excellent; I've gotten great results thanks to his coaching and working with me. As just on example: I’m a runner, and had been for almost ten years before training with Jeremy. Formerly, I thought running could be my one-stop shop for fitness. But since working with Jeremy, I've noticed that almost all of my nagging running injuries have gone away. My pace is faster, and I’m generally a stronger runner. Why? Because Jeremy trains the whole body: strength, endurance, and balance. Stronger body, fewer injuries.
