My husband walked in and cancelled his membership several months ago. He was only in Midland for work for a few months. He Turned in his key fob as well. They have been charging him since February. He called to ask them to cancel and refund him but they refuse to refund him. Even though they themselves messed up and didn’t do their part. They will steal your money. Don’t sign up.
EDIT response. He went in and spoke with the owner of the gym and he said all was good and he would be cancelled. If the email was needed why wouldn’t the OWNER tell him that?? Thieves.

Signed up today and cancelled today. Paid for membership and received welcome email. To which I replied asking how to get in after hours. Also called and left a message regarding this because I’ve never been here. Still no response. Here I am midnight at the front door and a card or some type of scan is needed.. not one time was this mentioned on website, during sign up or in the welcome email.still calling and no answer or response. For $50 a month customer service is trash.

Love this place, when I go its like having a gym of my own. Lol.( I go very early in the morning, 3-4am)

Open 24/7 and not packed at times I go. Things I dislike is only 1 bathroom and no showers (there are 2 but there's an out of order sign on 2nd and has been since I joined so I have a feeling it's saved for personnel.) The 1 bathroom needs to be cleaned daily, which it's obviously not and there's no place to set ones belongings which leaves the floor or sink and they are not always clean. They also don't offer free WiFi so that makes it hard to listen to anything one doesn't have downloaded. Some people have family memberships, which is fine, but the day i have to wait on a child to get done with a machine is the day I'll walk out. This is my "adult" time.
