Gridiron is the place to be! I’ve always been an avid gym goer & exercise enthusiast, but life happens! After some time away from the gym & exercise, I finally jumped back in with 5AM bootcamp & it was exactly what I need to find myself again. Even though I’m not where I’d like to be yet, I’m not where I used to be & it’s worth celebrating! Do it for you, do it for your mental health- you’ll thank yourself!!

What can I say that hasn't gotten said on here about our 5 A.M. class. You know, as you get older you begin to think that maybe working out will be very difficult to start doing again. Me being 50 in a couple a weeks, made me think that way, and to also think how in the world will I keep up with these younger and more fit women. But I took a shot at it and it has been 3 months already and let me just say I feel amazing. Not only can I keep up, I feel more energized after every workout annnnd I actually dont struggle to get up in the morning to head to workout. And if you know me, I'm not a early morning person. But I have gotten to love the energy and the benefits of attending every session. Karen is AMAZING and the 5 a.m. group is so motivating and amazing to workout with. Not only has it motivated me but the results dont go unnoticed by my Dr. who viewed my lab results and is very very proud of how amazing I'm doing and how much weight I've lost. So if I were you, I'd hope on this fitness journey bcuz believe me, YOU WON'T REGRET IT 💪

I have always loved my sleep but joining the 5am class with Karen now has me looking forward to the workouts every MWF morning!! I was always hesitant on joining but glad I did because now I’m doing things that I never thought I could ever do. So if you’re thinking of joining, JUST DO IT!! You won’t regret it!! 💪🏽

I go to the 5 AM class at Grid Iron Studio and I really enjoy it. The workouts are tough in a good way, and they’re great for any fitness level. You can go at your own pace and still get a great workout in.

Karen is an awesome instructor. She’s super kind, motivating, and always makes you feel comfortable. The class has a great vibe. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and you never have to feel self-conscious.

If you’re looking for a place to work out, feel good, and be part of a positive group, I definitely recommend this class!

I was really nervous to attend at first, but joining the 5AM Gridiron Bootcamp has truly been a great experience! It’s helped me step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself in new ways. Karen, the instructor, is amazing, she’s super supportive and always offers modifications so everyone can feel successful no matter their fitness level. I’m so glad I showed up that first day. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a try!

I currently attend the 5am group fitness class with Karen. I always swore up and down that I could never be a 5am girlie but this class convinced me otherwise. I thoroughly enjoy the class, the girls, and Karen the instructor!! 4 years and 2 c-sections later I'm finally putting myself and my health first, again. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have enjoyed the women’s bootcamp class, and it has pushed me from my comfort zone.

Using muscles not used in other classes , helps to strengthen the whole body.

This is my first month joining this class and i’m so happy that I did. Karen definitely pushes me (in a good way) during class, and even motivated me to start eating healthier and exercise every day even on days that there is no class. Love these 5 am morning workouts at Gridiron with Karen Vega. Doing exercises I never thought I could do. Seeing other woman giving their all, inspires me. This is my “me” time. Motivation is definitely a plus. Thank you for bringing these 5 am classes, being a school teacher and having a child involved in sports, is a go-go, no time to stop for you lol. Love it.

The classes vary, every class is something different. I’ve truly enjoyed the classes, the hardest part is getting up and going. Lol Karen challenges and brings things out you, never thought possible. I feel stronger and have more energy throughout the day. I recommend you give her classes a try.
