Embarking on a fitness journey can be both exciting and challenging. It involves not just physical changes but also mental and emotional growth. Given my situation, i’ve reached milestones with previous trainers but felt frustrated when programs changed as my body started to transform.

I’ve been training with David since early February and from the begin he has been great. Fitness journeys can be challenging and overwhelming to stay consistent with at times but David has helped me stick with it by being flexible and holding me accountable. He is very informative, relatable, and ensures to check on you every step of the way. He makes sure your goals, meal plans, and work outs are challenging yet attainable so that you stick with them while pushing you forward the whole way. If something’s not working for you, he will work with you to determine what does so you stick with it. It’s definitely a one day at a time process and I’m looking forward to future results!

Google will only let me give 5 stars but David's services are easily worth 10! I have had trainers off and on for the last 20 years and David is hands down the best that I have used. He is extremely thorough in assessing your intro status (health, problems, composition, goals, diet, etc). He then uploads your plan to his app which makes it very easy to track progress and spot potential issues. He is highly responsive when you reach out to him before/after training. During sessions, he pays attention and will often stop to ask if I have "questions, comments or concerns". David not only provides best-in-class services but he genuinely cares about your progress. I look forward to remaining a long term client! It has only been a few months but I am at least 20 pounds down and feel STRONG!

Fitness is not a cookie cutter business, every body is unique and David understands this. David is an incredible trainer! I've been training with him for a few months now. At the start, my bench and deadlift were weak, but now I can lift several times more than when I started. He really cares about results and is easily able to pinpoint what you need to work on in order to improve. It's not only about what you do at the gym, but what you're eating outside. He personalizes a nutrition plan in order for you to hit your goals. This is the best trainer I've worked with in the DFW area by far!

GP is the truth! I started late last year and saw continuous gains in strength and overall fitness. Then my focus shifted to a new sport and the GP training adapted too.
