I’ve been a member here for about 5 years now, I love this place.
This gym has all the equipment you need whether you’re getting a run in on the treadmill, working on aesthetics/body building or powerlifting. Either the owners and management team are always here and never hesitate to help. (Also have personal trainers available if you need that extra push)
They have a cooler full of energy drinks, waters, protein shakes for pre and post-lift.

I found this gym on accident - but I am glad I did!

I needed a gym to get back into shape after recovering from surgery. Knowing myself, I knew I needed a trainer that was knowledgable of strength-training and muscle recovery from surgical repair. I checked out several gyms and spoke to numerous trainers before reaching out to Gym Evolution.

I got a call from a trainer, Alton, and scheduled a meeting. I arrived to the gym and was excited about what I saw. We talked about my goals, went through some exercises to get a baseline of where I was currently, and created a plan. I have been going for 3 months and I am definitely seeing changes.

The gym is located in the Riverside district and has everything a girl could want in a gym! You can find a vast array of equipment, great music, helpful people, and great trainers.

I highly recommend checking this gym out if you are in Fort Worth and definitely if you reside in the Riverside district.

Update: Ive been going here for about 2 years now and i still love it.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is nice and helpful, the bathrooms and showers are always clean, and the other members are decent people.

I've been working out with Alton, and he's helped boost my confidence and self-esteem. He never hesitates to answer my questions or give me tips for a better workout.

I highly recommend stepping in and getting a tour if you're looking for a gym.

Gym Evo has by far exceeded my expectations and experiences. Great ambience, diverse equipment, chill people, etc. Personally, I have yet to have a bad workout while here. I’ve even noticed my motivation increase because I feel like it made me regain that love I have for working out again.

From the start, I felt a tad intimidated but Lily got me set up and even provided a tour. Appreciate her kindness and overall the great vibes from everyone. If you're looking for a gym with a good community feel, I would absolutely recommend Evo (and I'm not even a super social person).

Bathrooms/showers usually always clean. Front desk always staffed during staffed hours. They have a little outdoor portion which can be nice (and also a pain depending on the weather, so dress accordingly). Definitely not flashy by any means, just a good family friendly body building gym anyone can feel comfortable in. You do get 24/7hr access which is always the best part in my opinion. Regardless of your preferred workout genre, if your into fitness, you'll grow a soft spot for this place. This isn't the kind of environment you can easily replicate.

Even when you see trainers here, you can always tell the dedication they have for the sport and their clients. If you choose to opt for training, just know you're not paying for your typical amateur LA fitness rep that flaunts their NASM cert and couldn't care less if you hurt yourself with bad form!

Really great gym. I am moving and this is the most sad cancelation I have to do. This gym and the people who work out here was where I officially learned that lifting weights consistently is how I can operate in my ultimate capacity. I never had to wait for equipment. His knowledge of fitness supersedes anyone I have ever met. Even if you just want a place to workout on your own without a personal trainer, this is the place to be... it is open 24/7 and seriously the cleanest gym I have ever set foot in. The restrooms & showers are extremely clean as well. The workout equipment is the best I have ever seen! Men & Women of all ages and shapes workout here. It's also a VERY comfortable & motivating place to workout. This place is amazing! It’s like heaven for bodybuilding. Wish they had a staff member all hours in case you forget your protein shake but other than that 12/10 best gym I’ve been to in a long time. It may be small but it puts alphalands new gym to shame!!

Gym Evolution has become home to me, prior to this gym I had a horrible experience with personal training. I was reluctant to hiring another personal trainer, I decided to reach out to Randol 3 years later I’m still with him, I even entered my first NPC show. Randol guided me and till this day still mentors me. I was very fortunate to place 1st place in my first competition. We’re currently working on a new & improved package to bring to our next show. What I love most about gym evolution is the diversity and skill level. I was encouraged by a friend to come and work out with her trainer initially I was skeptical, as I had plenty of workout instructors in the past with my military background. There is a major problem with personal trainers: they try to overwork you until you are exhausted without taking into account the most efficient and effective results, be it strength, endurance, etc.

Thats where I feel Gym Evolution is different I had the best workout I had in a long time. Randol (Owner/Trainer) is an expert in the fitness industry. My workouts were intense and always slightly outside of my comfort zone. I pushed harder than I normally would, but I never felt that it was too much. Consistently, I was taught and encouraged!
I loved that the gym culture was that everyone was there to improve together regardless of their skill level.

Where do I begin my friend introduced me to Ran and it was the best decision ever! He will get you to where you want to be! I love how his gym is very welcoming/ family friendly. I feel comfortable coming in and out after a workout and your always meeting new people. He’s like a dad figure he will definitely listen to you and give you all your tools you need to succeed not only in the fitness atmosphere but also in life. I’ve found a gym that I absolutely love!! I’ve been here for about 8 months or so & really got serious, as people do, for the New Year 😂 Photos from 01/11 and 04/11 - My trainer, Felix, has been pivotal to my improvement! I love all the workouts that Felix prepares for me, some more than others 😉 He also helps me with diet, and encouragement/accountability - I’ve always worked out, what to eat has been more of my struggle. Also, Lily & Magnum, the owners, are the best!

I HIGHLY recommend Gym Evolution & to train with Felix! I can’t say enough good things - my husband, son, and I love it here!!
