We LOVE Gym-Kat! I have two daughters that have taken classes for 2 years, one of which is on team. My 2 older sons love to attend Friday Fun Nights when they can. The staff and coaches are always so kind and helpful. They encourage my kids to do their best while also loving them well. I’m confident in their safety while they are there and they always come home happy.

We have been to open jump on and off for several years and my daughter loved it. The past couple months we have enrolled our severely autistic daughter in their special needs class. They have been nothing short of amazing with her. She looks forward to going to these classes every other Friday.

Lacking in service after signup but you have to pay in advance only to regret what you are locked into and not able to get out. Be very careful. Pick somewhere that is more transparent and acts with goodwill. Something smelly around here...

How are there any positive reviews on this place. The owner is rude, unprofessional and only wants to make money and doesn’t care about anything else. She is the definition of what a horrible business owner would be. How this place has survived as long as it has is wild. Do not and I mean do not go here. The owner yells at everyone.

We do not have a member ship we have been here 2 times for birthday parties my son had a blast playing with his friends we thought about going back on a fiesta night but I would imagine it to be too packed to be worth it but birthday parties here are amazing

"Friday night fun" was a hit for my boys! Staff was great and the manager was very helpful with all my concerns and questions and tentative to all the children. Most importantly my kids had a blast and I felt they would have been in good hands if I left them there.

Great place with awesome employees and great facilities. They take the time to help each individual. Always willing to help kids but push kids to have the courage to do it on their own. Keeps kids active in life. Has a positive atmosphere. My kids have been doing it for 2 yrs and we so enjoy it.

Horrible for birthday parties. First of all there are no private rooms for your family and friends to celebrate. But you are certainly paying that price! Secondly, we chose the $150 package
And learned that package was only available at 1:00. That’s fine but I needed to bring food. Well they know this, so you either pay $50 for their horrible pizza and the cheapest ice cream you can buy or you bring in your own food and still pay the $50. If that’s not a rip off I don’t know what is!! We cleaned up and they didn’t do a dam thing. Never will I recommend or have another birthday party there again. Stick to Gymnastics people.

Took my kids for the first time to open gym last night. Don't get me wrong open gym concept is great idea! Great Friday hang out! But they have to either cut down the amount of children that are allowed to stay or have more employees watching them. I'm not a nervous nelly by far, I have rambunctious boys. But I was filled with fear as I watched these children trampoline all over one another. The foam pit was the scariest part. I witnessed children jumping from the rock wall into the pit and landing on other children. Toddlers were getting nailed by bigger kids playing football. It's just an accident waiting to happen!!! Like I said y'all have a great concept but I beg of you to get more staff and cut down on the amount of kids that are allowed in.

I'm so glad this place exists! My kids love open jump! I REALLY wish the gymnastic kids doing extra gym time (or whatever its called) would leave open jump to the little kids though. All the moms I've spoken to feel the same way

At first I really loved this place because there aren't many places where I can let my kids play without having to constantly keep them out of stuff and/or chase my 3 year old daughter (who has autism, and sensory processing disorder) around. I seriously never leave the house, but decided to try this place out with my mom friends. I loved it! The smaller children's play area is closed in, baby safe, and there's a ball pit, and trampoline. My daughter loves to jump so she went straight to the trampoline, and my 1 year old baby boy played with the balls. It was the FIRST time that I was able to get out of the house AND relax!
All of the sudden this staff member (older woman) storms out of the office, into the room and starts yelling at all of the kids and parents to keep the balls in the ball pit and only allow one child at a time to jump on the trampoline. This is a big trampoline, and the kids were giggling and not hurting eachother in any way.
I worked in childcare for 5 years so I know how hectic things can be, and this was NOTHING!
I took care of 11 2 year olds at once, 15 3 year olds at once, and sometimes 18 kids at once.
There were about 8 kids in the room, just having fun. They weren't out of control. This woman was just on a power trip! My moment of relaxation came to an end as I worked hard to keep the balls in the pit, and to keep my child off of the trampoline since her disability makes it difficult for her to understand some of the rules. She says a few words, but doesn't communicate verbally yet, and she also has anxiety so being screamed at by an angry person doesn't help. When we tried the other play area where they have gymnastics, the woman storms in that room as well to yell at everyone. When my daughter ran past me to get on the trampoline, I went to stop her so she wouldn't get in trouble by the woman, and the woman runs to her, grabs a hold of her before I can, and starts telling her to wait her turn. My daughter starts screaming, and the woman get frustrated and says "you need to go to the baby room!". I wanted to leave right then, but gave the "baby room" another try, and it went well for a few minutes until the woman ran back into that room as if it were on fire, yelling again! WHILE I was picking up balls! But there was more than one kid jumping on the trampoline, and I couldn't keep climbing on the stage where the trampoline was to keep pulling my daughter down while gathering balls. When we left, she kept saying "I sorry" because she thought that she was in trouble. I wouldn't come back here, and go through the amount of stress that I went through again.

I normally do not have a problem until now. They are making to where they drop you every season and then you have to sign up for another class (which is fine). When I ask questions the newer people have no idea and do not try to get those anwsers. Then one response is I have not looked at the chart. Well I'm sorry but my daughter does not like her new class because it's new but also her new coach knows nothing about her because she has not looked at her charts. I believe it would make it go by so much smoother if the you receive new children that you know more about them and you know what their good skills are. I'm just starting to not like the new stuff they have it should be a fun place for the children not stressful.

LOVE our gym classes here. My four kids have taken cheer, tumbling, trampoline, and even dance classes with Kassie and her awesome team of coaches. The lock-ins are a hit, and I appreciate fun nights on Fridays; I can get an evening out, and my kids get four hours of fun.
