My son and his wife rented the venue for $450 for a 2 hour birthday party for their 8 year old daughter. The agreed upon hours were 3 pm til 5pm. Before 4 thirty, a female employee began rummaging around on our tables, throwing away food and drinks that were still being eaten. Guests were irritated that the woman just barged in and started throwing our things away. When she was asked why we had to leave before the promised time of 5pm, she offered no explanation, just, “y’all can sit in the lobby.”
I assure you, my family did not pay $450 for a party that was cut short by half an hour! The employee, whose name I do not know, had long green hair extensions. Apparently she was the only one working because she didn’t care that she ruined my granddaughter’s party and and thoroughly angered a dozen or so parents.
I highly doubt we will ever schedule another event at this facility, the treatment and utter disregard for others is appalling!
Come on, you are running a business. Do better!

Fun place, but the music is not appropriate to play for the young audience that is playing. It's got horrendous language & suggestive innuendos.
I will not bring my daughter back here unless they play kid-friendly music.

It had foul language, and it was not mild either. As soon as I heard it, I spoke to an employee right in front of me, that was monitoring the jumping. He heard it too. I told him that this is not kid-friendly and it's not appreciated that it was being played where young children were. It was rap. It was definitely NOT Disney playing.

I took my daughter there to jump, but I was not allowed to jump with her... if you are over the age of 21, you are not allowed to jump here. So lame. All they have is trampolines with a couple of basketball goals. There is also what they call a ninja course.

There's no section for toddlers
The bigger kids kept knocking her down and she was hit in the head with a ball she's 2 you really need a toddler section

Great place for kids to learn gymnastics! The coaches are patient and encouraging to the kids! My son just loves them!

They notice and acknowledge the skills of the kids and don’t hold them back because of their age. If they have advanced they move them along no matter the age. The instructors treat the kids with so much kindness and love.

It is great if you have a coupon, and one hour is enough to wear the kids out! There isn't enough seating for the adults if there are parties going on.
