This place is phenomenal. Been going for almost a year and love it.
I think originally found it on Google or something after moving to Wimberley while searching for a gym. I’ve been to a lot of studios and gyms all over the Austin / the country and this place is top tier.
Great owners, great coaches, great programming, great location… everything. They’re always a top of it. It’s a huge perk to have so nearby.

Also of course loving the new cold plunge :)

I've known these coaches for a few years now. Very professional and have the strong knowledge to coach a group and individuals. Thier daily workouts are fun and efficient. Full hour class time. Gym has supplements and clothing for sale. The property is secluded from any busy roads and has a very natural hill country feel.

Ashley Hale has been my personal trainer for well over a year. She is positive and patient with my beginner skills. Coach Ash demonstrates each movement and effectively communicates corrections when needed. My program is well planned to improve my strength and endurance. I truly appreciate her extensive knowledge of fitness! Additionally, Coach Ash is approachable, friendly and flexible. Her sincere encouragement motivates my efforts to make progress and achieve goals. My physical health is definitely the best it can be at 71 years. Thanks, Coach Ash!

I was pretty blown away by this gym especially being in a town of this size. The programming is incredible which seems to be a result of the co-owners being extremely passionate about what they are doing.

There were three things that stood out to me:
1.
They really seem to be invested in the people they coach and giving everything they have to see them achieve their goals. They are also very professional and hospitable.
2.
The gym is very well organized and clean. The Lobby is nice, equipment is new and there is even a towel/shower service.
3.
The coaches are quick to adjust workouts for folks who have injuries and limited capabilities but also provide options for those looking to compete which is amazing.

I’ve been training with Michael and Ashley for over a year and enjoy working out at Hale Strength Training. They are extremely knowledgeable, hard working, reliable, friendly, and professional, everything you would want in a coach. I’ve been a lifelong athlete, but since I’ve been consistently strength training at Hale, I’m lifting more weight in my 40s than in my 30s, with no injuries. I credit that to the high-level programming and coaching that Hale provides. The classes are fun, challenging, and something I look forward to doing. I’d highly recommend!

Michael got me moving about 2 years ago. I had never worked out or developed any sort of habit of exercise my whole life. At 36 I was concerned about injuring myself. I could tell he carefully selected workouts that would prevent injury and exercises that would help my martial arts training. Today I write my own plans and I'm stronger than ever. I even won a world Jiu-Jitsu championship thanks to HST support. HST is the place to be. Michael and Ashley are THE IDEAL dynamic duo! Get to work.

Staying fit is one of my #1 priorities. Coach Michael and Coach Ashley really support each person’s desire to meet personal goals. They’ve been an amazing inspiration for me.

The Programming is well thought-out. Each workout builds through a complete cycle. I love that the coaches go over each exercise, stressing proper form and technique, as they demonstrate the movements. They pay close attention to you and provide helpful feedback when needed.

People of all different ages and abilities work-out at HST. In fact, a youngin asked her mom, “Who’s the lady with the cut arms that has silver hair?” (Me!)

I feel blessed that I’ve found a second Home at HST. The coaches and the people are great and my body feels great!!

A month in at Hale and already hooked. As a first-timer with minimal experience I was nervous and intimidated but the trainers were welcoming and take time to make sure I understand the mechanics of each exercise and execute safely. Just enrolled my kids in their youth program, too!

The trainers pay special attention to you and correct you so you don’t get injured which I admire and appreciate! It’s like personal training but in a group!
