Natalie came to our lodge and did a group yoga session for our girls. She did absolutely amazing! Everyone talked highly of her afterwords, and I know some discussed booking with her for personal classes. Couldn't have asked for a better event!

Using Natalie for your HTMA testing and analysis will be the best thing you do to start healing your body! Being someone with thin and fine hair I was worried about cutting some, but the instructions she included were easy to understand and it wasn't even noticeable where I cut! It only took a few weeks to get results once it was sent in. The analysis was AMAZING! It brought me to tears connecting deficiencies with symptoms and know there was an action plan to heal my body! Natalie did a beautiful job explaining my test results and linking it to another survey she provided as well. Her different approaches to healing gave options based on how quickly you wanted to see results and gave a way to start slow. I'm beyond grateful to have found Natalie and her program through mighty mama fitness!

I cannot say enough good things about Natalie at Harmony Collective. Natalie is easy to talk to, responsive genuine and just so pleasant! Natalie is awesome! Her HTMA feedback for me, my daughter, and my mom was incredible. Natalie was very thorough at explaining everything from mineral ratios to things we could integrate immediately with diet & lifestyle to help us feel our best! After taking the mineral supplements Natalie specifically mentioned in her feedback, I feel so much better! My hair has grown so much!!! I am excited to retest and see what’s changed.

I have had such an incredible experience getting HTMA testing ordered and interpreted by Natalie. She is extremely detailed in beginning to end. She sent me step by step instructions with what to expect and how to fill the order sample, then broke down my results in a way that was easy to understand. She then gave me recommendations that were feasible for me to achieve including changes in lifestyle, diet, stress handling and recommended supplements.
I implemented the changes she taught me for 3 months and saw drastic change in my results with my second round of testing. I saw huge increases is my energy and productivity levels, dark circles disappeared from under my eyes, I slept better, my seasonal allergies decreased significantly, and I was able to have a breakthrough in feeling and understanding my emotions.
I already have a good understanding of nutrition- but getting Natalie’s personalized recommendations based off this test that is showing a picture of my unique mineral need changed the game from what I did in the past. Natalie helped me adjust my macronutrients and overall calorie intake according to my results and my body obviously responded very positively.
I highly recommend using Natalie’s services/ knowledge for whatever season of life you are in, I can confidently say your future self will thank you!

Natalie’s Stress Management workshop was an excellent training for our staff at the Burkhart Center. Self-care and wellness have been a theme for us this year, and Natalie’s training was a perfect companion to what we have been learning. The workshop was very informative and presented a great opportunity for us to explore the importance of taking care of ourselves so we can better serve our clients. Natalie was well organized, knowledgeable, and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Natalie has been the best! I’m apart of an organization called CHAARG, it’s an all girls health and wellness student org on Texas Techs campus. We have now worked with Natalie twice this semester and i wouldn’t have had it any other way! Her nutrition class was awesome! I got so much educational information about nutrition that is so reasonable, especially with being a college student. Her pilates workout was also so good! such a strong workout, i felt so good afterwards with a tad bit sore! Totally recommend Harmony Collective!

Natalie is such an amazing coach in all ways!!! I took Natalie's one on one nutrition class last summer and absolutely LOVED everything she taught me. She also coached me in a virtual Pilates and Mediation class which was great! I am now doing Natalie's self paced course and can't wait to see all the information she has to share!! I did Natalie’s nutrition course and it was INCREDIBLE. I learned so much about what we are putting into and on our bodies and what is harmful vs helpful. I was struggling with fertility and hormone balance, this program sent me off in the right direction and I was able to heal my cycles and get pregnant. Now I know how to nourish my body and support it. Also, Natalie is the most caring and genuine person, she will treat you as if she has known you for a lifetime. Highly recommend any of her programs.

This is one of the best Pilates experiences that I ever had. Even though I was one of the only client who booked this time slot, Natalie still made time to drive out to her studio and lead me in a killer workout. The place is very clean and you can tell that Natalie’s hard work resonates in the beautiful studio. I loved how she made time to ask me about myself and my health so she can fit her workout routine around me, instead of just making me do exhausting things. She has a great personality and makes you feel like you don’t have to be embarrassed!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of attending Natalie’s Mommy and Me Pilates class! This was an amazing class, we are both beginners and she made us feel very comfortable. My daughter and I really enjoyed having this bonding experience together, and I would highly recommend this class or any of Natalie’s classes. The atmosphere was relaxing and the studio is so cute and clean! Natalie is a great instructor, she's knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful with kids. We will definitely be returning!

I am so thankful for Natalie and her wealth of knowledge. I came to her with some pretty big concerns for my wellness and my diet.
