REALLY 11 out of 10 stars!! I would to share that my first fitness consultation which was free btw plus $50 30 minute workout session experience with Hasfit Personal trainer Elijah was well worth the 3.5 hours while traveling thru SA! Elijah showed me what I have to do to pursue my fitness goals and developed a custom workout for me and walked me thru it before going to his next client appointment. We also shared good laughs and he also gave me a complimentary hasfit shirt. AWESOME. I have already used it twice for my workouts and it fits great and dries fast. Thank you Elijah and Freddie, you all are the best! :D

I have been going to HAS Fitness for a year and worked with Tyler for the last 10 months and it has been a great experience. The gym itself is great and has all the equipment necessary to focus on a number of different goals (strength, cardio, etc).

Working with Tyler specifically has helped me feel stronger and avoid injuries in the activities of daily life and being an avid cyclist. I appreciate Tyler's explanation of the science behind the movements and progressions.

if you are ready to get back in shape and doing what you love ask for Tyler at HASfit. i walked in with my doctor telling me i needed double knee replacement. Tyler developed a training program to strengthen my legs and take the pressure off my knees using the muscles in my legs. I am back on the tennis court and pickleball court and in the best shape of my life. Do yourself a favor and go see Tyler.

I worked with Bri for 9 months and have only great things to say about my experience with Hasfit. I had never worked with a trainer before and had very minimal experience working out in a gym regularly. Bri not only whipped me in to shape and kept me accountable, but she also helped me feel comfortable in the gym and improved my form/technique so much. She also somehow found the sweet spot between pushing me to test my body’s limits and understanding when it was maybe time to take rest.

I had a 5-star experience training with Tracey and HASfit, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Tracey is an incredible and inspiring trainer who made my first venture into personal training back in September truly worthwhile. I wanted to do more to improve my physical fitness and health beyond group fitness classes, and Tracey exceeded all expectations.

From the start, he was patient, guiding me through everything I needed to know about diet, workout posture, and even sharing his personal experiences to keep me motivated. These are insights I would never have gained from a group fitness class.

I've never had such incredible progress toward my strength training goals as I've had working with Briahna. I have a lot of physical problems and had been lifting with poor form on my own years. Briahna was able to identify when the wrong muscles were doing the work, help me build up the correct muscles, and has creatively modified exercises for me that I didn't think I could at all.

She's also just a fun and interesting person - it feels like working out with a friend. And she checks in with me between sessions, often providing additional resources and nutrition coaching. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

I don't think I'll ever go back to working out without a trainer. I feel like my body finally works the way it was meant to and I feel safe enough to push myself. Thank you Briahna! You're a godsend 🖤🖤🖤

Came to HASFit on a whim. They assigned me a trainer based off my experience . I’ve trained with Zach T. for 6 months. If you want real, targeted weight training, he is your guy. Very knowledgeable, patient and a good person all around. I’ve rarely been able to train at this level without injury…the fact that I’ve made it this long without is evidence of good programing. Worth the investment if you want to invest in yourself.

I've been going to HASfit for a few months now working out with Bri. Shortly after I found out that I'm a pregnant and she's quick to make accommodations and still have a great workout. definitely recommend!
Except the Freddie guy. He said for 8-10 weeksI had to call my bank to do so. I told him to freeze he said he could for 8-10 weeks. He actually NEVER did. I had to call my bank to do so and he still wants me to pay even tho I can't work out at 8 months pregnant 🤡

I would highly recommend HASFit for anyone in the San Antonio area! I trained with Zach for a year and a half and he was great at designing different programs as my goals changed over time. For example in 2023 I was training for a marathon, so our program was more focused on endurance and conditioning. We did a lot of metabolic circuits. After I completed the marathon I wanted to lift heavier weights, so we started a powerlifting program. Zach is so knowledgeable in so many aspects of fitness, so if you’re looking for a personal trainer, whatever your goals are, I would highly recommend him!

Hasfit has it all. All of the trainers I have seen are excellent no matter your body type or level of conditioning. I started off as a beginner years ago and built a strong foundation with the help of Zach M. Due to my work schedule I recently got paired up with “Big Zach” who has taken my training to a whole other level and challenged me to go beyond what I thought I could accomplish at my age. Great place to train. The gym has a number of different equipment and spaces depending on your training plan. The gym also limits the number of clients so there’s plenty of space for you and your trainer to get your workout done. Your trainer is chosen depending on your goals and schedule. Moses is my trainer, and he pushes me to my limits. He’s encouraging and very knowledgeable. The training plan he creates are tailored to be very challenging but achievable. I leave the place sore but come back stronger.

Prior to I was stuck being inconsistent in my workouts and unsure of how to obtain the results I wanted without the fear of hurting myself. Tyler has been my trainer for several months. I am 78 years old and as a result of a very aggressive regiment of Chemo and radiation I was left with severe neuropathy in my legs which weakened my muscles to the point I could barely left my legs, walk or get up from a chair. With Tyler’s training I now have most of my strength back. He designed a program to strengthen the muscles in my legs, abdomen, hips and arms. I now walk without assistance, get up from a chair and have returned to a fairly normal life. He has both encouraged me and pushed me to regain my strength. He really cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

My trainer, Tyler, is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and how to not only strengthen it but maintain your flexibility. I am 66 years old and and have back and shoulder issues. I always leave HasFit feeling 10 times better than I walked in. I love that this gym is not crowded because you are not allowed to be in there unless you have an appointment with a trainer. The best thing I've done for my health this year has been coming to HASfit. The onboarding process was very smooth, all of the information was transparent and I was paired with Aslyn. I found my HASfit trainer, Jeff Hernandez, at what I consider to be my darkest hour. From my introductory consultation with Jeff I felt heard and understood and every time I see or chat with him I feel valued and cared for. Jeff does so much more than just provide training for me… he is my biggest Champion!

After dealing with 2 years of remote work from home and pandemic hypochondria it was scary to get out there again. I had been ripped off and ignored so much I felt like I was failing at every turn and my health was seriously deteriorating before my eyes. I wanted to find a trainer that would not only help me reach my goals but also motivate me when I want to give up.

HASfit set my worries to rest. The equipment and facilities are constantly cleaned and the staff is so welcoming and friendly I look forward to interacting with them. For me it goes beyond that though.

Jeff pushes me when he know’s I have more to give, he’s dependable, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgable beyond expectation. Jeff has helped me to remember that I matter and putting me first, taking care of myself, and wanting more is ok. He’s teaching me about the foundation of my health and fitness to carry for a lifetime. Jeff has patience with me when I don’t understand the why or how and somehow is always able to get me to do more than I think I’m capable of. Even when I forget he remembers and keeps me accountable so I continue to achieve what I thought were only dreams. My friends and family get to see me smile from ear to ear (even when I’m covered in sweat), to hear me laugh more and they comment daily about how this helps motivate them also.

I have gone to many big gyms like golds planet fitness etc... but HASFIT has to be the best gym i have ever been to, its clean, unquie and overall an amazing gym that makes you feel at home comfortable and safe workout environment. MY TRAINER JACOB is an amazing trainer and knows just when to push and encourage me through out the entire workout and has a amazing plan to help me get back on my fitness journey after a few injuries and setbacks he takes everything into account and makes sure that each workout kicks my butt but also helps in building strength and also education as well along with an amazing nutrition program. LA Fitness trainers looked at me like I was insane, Planet Fitness was (justifiably) wary, and Gold’s Gym flat out told me, “No.” I’d be lying if I said it was easy trying to find trainers who were willing to work with a deaf, disabled, mobility-limited person. My experience was really great until I was basically ghosted by my personal trainer, Beejay/BJ. For the first few months, everything was great until I got busier, which i did speak to him about. He assured me that those weeks of not going wouldn't count because I gave him a heads up and that we would complete all the hours I had paid for for a full year in the end. That never happened. He never responded to my texts or explained anything to me. To me, that's completely unprofessional. This happened a few months ago and still no word back from him. If you are a busy person I would not recommend this place.

I joined Hasfit during a work trip to San Antonio. I was in the area for 12-days and worked out with a trainer (Tyler) for eight of those days. Over the course of the trip, living and eating in a hotel, I gained about three pounds of muscle and lost about three percent body fat. As a result, I’m super happy with my experience at the gym and the progress I made in such a short period of time.

I think this gym is great for anyone just beginning in the gym to more advanced athletes, as so long you are willing to put in the work. :)

I worked with Danny! He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to corrective exercises for my balance & stability (after a herniated disk about 2 years ago, I never really fully regained). I learned plenty of stretches to incorporate outside of the gym & they've helped to greatly improve my balance & decrease the slight tingling in my leg. For the duration of my 6-week program, my workouts were always very engaging & I absolutely loved the variety that he created for me. My goal was body re-composition. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I had a terrible back injury that really restricted my range of motion and after two years of PT had made very little progress. So I went looking for a personal trainer with experience in injury rehabilitation and found Ryan Romaker at Hasfit. I have made so much more progress with Ryan in the last few months than two years of PT. My range of motion has gotten so much better I can even hike and cycle again! The personalized and intentional workouts geared around the limitations of my back while also trying to strengthen it and other problems like my hips were nothing you could ever get from a group exercise class or youtube. Ryan is a friendly guy who came up with creative workouts to keep it interesting, so it wasn't so bad driving 20 minutes at 6 am just to exercise. Overall everyone at the gym is very friendly - I highly recommend Ryan and hasfit!

Since I was already in relatively good shape, I wanted an opportunity to learn how I could be improving my workouts from a trainer with greater fitness experience and background than my own.

I’m 37 years old and about a year and a half ago I weighed in at over 350lbs. Numerous attempts over the years I tried and failed over and over again to try and drop the weight. I wouldn't have described myself as "fit", but Jason put us on a plan to meet twice a week always pushed to challenge me, but never to over exert or push too far. There have been a few times where I had to quit whatever exercises we were doing because I ran out of gas or I hurt something, and we always talked about what happened so we can figure out what my limitations are. We got to know each other and we get along great! Jason's easy to work with and attentive to make sure you've got the right form and answer any questions. My overall experience has been amazing, and if anyone else reading this needs that motivation to at the very least get started, this is a good place to start.

HASfit has been a life changer for me. I was the guy who spent hours in the gym doing cardio. I have had a personal trainer at Gold's gym before and was unimpressed for the price that I paid. I did my research and reviews and found HASfit. I called and Freddie answered. He asked me some general questions and had me come in for an assessment. He introduced me to one of his Trainers Jamaal. Jamaal and I agreed on how many sessions and how many times a week I wanted to go. From there it was an amazing process. This is not a commercial sized gym, it is smaller and set up in a more intimate setting. Jamaal focused on me and my needs the whole time. He taught me the proper techniques of lifting, building up my stamina, core and strength. The owner Freddie has high standards and values every customer that comes in and wants to be the best version of themselves. There are no gimmicks.

Since starting at HASfit in August and working with Danny five days a week, I’ve lost 46 pounds and I’m still dropping weight. In addition to losing weight, Danny has helped identify foot problems that were getting in the way of my daily runs. Running to me has become a sort of daily marker for a successful day. I knew it was really hard when in first started weighing around 230 pounds, but I thought that would become easier. However, the more weight I lost the harder I pushed myself and I just wasn’t getting faster nor was I able to go longer distances. Danny took the time to watch me run and helped identify foot problems that I was then able to address and correct. Since then, I’ve finally started reaching new time and distance milestones in my running.

Danny has kept me motivated and engaged since i started with him. He takes time to explain what we’re doing, which I find helpful in the process. He also has a seemingly endless cache of exercises so despite seeing him 5 days a week, we don’t do the same thing over and over again and that helps keep this interesting.

In short, I’m satisfied. Danny is doing a great job so far and the no judgment and encouraging environment in your gym is a perfect place to go from where I was physically to where I want to be.

I have history of high Blood Pressure, cholesterol and diagnosed with AFib(irregular heart beat) and been in ER and ICU 5 times in the past 3 1/2 years. I reluctantly let wife sign us up and we were assigned to Cameron. Cameron is so full of energy, works us out at a pace that we don’t get discouraged but pushes us to the limit each session. First 2-3 months I truly dreaded showing up and Cameron kept it interesting, fresh and encouraging. After several months I finally got over the wall and my mental and physical health started changing immediately. Simply put, the best personal training and results I've ever had.

I've been in the Army for almost a decade so physical fitness is no stranger to me. It's been almost six months since I was stationed nearby at Ft. Sam Houston. Since I was moving here for an extremely demanding school I decided that I needed to avoid the headache of planning my own workouts and the pitfalls of having to rely on my intrinsic motivation to do a challenging workout after sitting in class for almost ten hours.

That's what led me to HASfit and to meeting Cameron Bisig, my trainer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Since January I've met with Cameron three times a week. My workouts consistently pushed me past what I would be able to do on my own and I've really enjoyed each one. My personal trainer is motivating and manages to keep all of our workouts entertaining. I've even taken a friend to a group session and she was convinced to start working out with Cameron too. In my six months I've managed to drop my bodyfat % six and half points from 19 to 12.5 and I'm just getting started.

For all my fellow skeptics that hate to workout, let me just say Cameron Bisig is the #truth. My husband, who is a certified trainer, found Hasfit once he decided that sometimes you just can't love and train your wife. I am no doubt a complainer and not a happy person when I sweat, which always happens when I do any type of workout.
In addition, I struggle with migraines, so much so, my doctor took me off of all exercise for 5 months because of the extensive migraines with would experience immediately post workout.
Cameron's expertise has made all the difference! I went from getting immediate migraines after working out to now more that 20 consecutive weeks of workout out with only 2 post workout headaches! This is amazing.
Let me also make it clear, that while I do not let up on my complaining during workouts, Cameron does not let up on the workout either. His philosophy seems to be, complain, but keep moving. And I do. He says, even if you don't want to workout, which most days I don't, come anyway - just walk in the door and he will take it from there. Never fails - he is a trainer of his word.
Cameron wants to see me win, be my best version of myself, and meet my goals. I think sometimes he has more faith in me than I have in myself and that says a lot about his character. Cameron give his best every session "whatever it takes' and though I hate it, I have to try to give my best if he is giving his best!
I thank my husband for finding Hasfit, Cameron for being my trainer, and I need to meet my goals. I just want to meet the woman who I hope lives inside, when I arrive at my goals.

I have had weight issues all my life and have workout with multiple personal trainers prior to HasFit. In December of 2016 I decided to give personal training another shot. New to San Antonio I researched multiple personal trainers and found HasFit to be the best fit for me and highest rated. What drove me in was the fact that HasFit is not an open gym that also offers personal training instead HasFits focus is on personal training only. The personal trainer assigned to me is Bobby R. The match couldn't be any better. We are similar in age and he has already accomplished the goal I am working towards which is going from an overweight unhealthy lifestyle to a fit healthy life. He has work very well with me since he knows the restrictions to working out when you have that extra weight in your mid section. Every workout with him I am pushed to the next level of cardio, weights and repetitions I go in unsure if I'm going to be able to make it through the workout for the day however with Bobby's guidance and motivation I leave fulfilled and proud that I have accomplished another workout session. A big part to weight loss is dieting. Bobby has been very helpful and knowledgeable about connecting me with food services and applications to manage my diet. I highly suggest you listen to all of his recommendations for dieting and changing your lifestyle. In December 2016 I weighed 330 lbs. as of March 2017 I have lost 55 lbs. weighing in at 275lbs. I have never lost this much weight with a personal trainer before. Hands down this is by far the best training and knowledge I have received to change my life around and become healthier. I just wanted to add my two cents to the already stellar reviews HASfit has gotten here. I was starting to get a little out of shape for the past year and don't have a ton of experience with regularly going to the gym or doing structured exercise regimes, so I wanted to try out personal training to see if that would help. I'm very, very pleased with what HASfit offers. Here's a breakdown...

ATMOSPHERE: The facilities are very clean and up-to-date. It's friendly and relaxed in their building. I regularly see people of all ages and fitness levels, so it doesn't feel uninviting if you're not an athlete, but it clearly still appeals to people who want to go further even if they're already fit.

AFFORDABILITY: It's definitely a very fair price range for the quality of service provided. I used to have a gym membership that was probably more "affordable"... if paying a monthly rate to go once every six weeks and do really poor quality workouts is "affordable" haha. I feel super motivated to actually go to HASfit, so it's been worth every cent, especially considering how good the quality of service is.

TRAINER: I've been working with Tyler Spiece, who's very knowledgeable, personable, and great at giving instruction and keeping me motivated. Even "simple" motions and exercises get turned into a real workout because he'll be like: "Ribs down, tilt your hip, keep your spine neutral" (or whatever haha) and suddenly when you're doing the move the RIGHT way it's simultaneously a lot easier and a LOT harder because you're working the muscles you should. I've been super impressed at how much more I feel like I understand about exercise because he knows his stuff and it shows. And as far as I can tell it appears that the other trainers have a similar level of quality and professionalism.

So. overall, I can say I definitely, wholeheartedly recommend coming here if you're looking for good personal training services. I'd never gone to a personal trainer before and was nervous and a little skeptical but it's been great!

I HIGHLY recommend personal trainer ROSA!!! She did the impossible! I worked with other personal trainers before and ate clean with zero to no results. She tailored a program specifically for me AND IT WORKED!!! Results: 20 pounds in less than 2 months! Ms. Rosa was ALWAYS available to address my questions and concerns! She is extremely passionate about her job!!! She is so caring, motivating and empowering! She believed in me and guided me to results that I did not believe were possible. Two months ago, I found out that my thyroid wasn't working properly. I guess that partially explained the significant weight gain, amongst other things I had experienced over the past 18 months, including significant depression over the unexpected loss of my mother, then losing my father to lung cancer, my faithful companion, my Lab, crossing the Rainbow Bridge, and a car accident that left me with lower back problems - herniated discs and sciatica. So, after starting thyroid hormone replacement therapy, I decided it was time to get my expanding butt into gear and lose weight and get healthier. So I started researching online for personal trainers. That is how I found HasFit and Freddie Villarreal. Freddie paired me with Jason Wylie. I was a bit shy and apprehensive at first, wondering how all this was going to go. I have been working with Jason for only one month, but he is AWESOME!!!!!!!! He works me hard, doesn't cut me any slack, but is attentive to my back injury until I get stronger. I am happy to say that in the six sessions (2x/week) I've had with Jason, and in addition to doing a 180 degree turn on my eating habits and giving up sodas, I've lost 10 lbs, my lower back pain has subsided significantly, I sleep better, and I feel AMAZING!!!! I can't wait for my sessions with Jason, and have decided to increase my sessions to 3x/week. Also, Jason doesn't end his relationship with you after your session either, he will answer questions you may have outside of the training center too. Jason is helping me change my life for the better, and I am again looking forward to the rest of my life!!!!! Thank you, Jason, for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to get off the couch and do something about my weight and the lack of motivation I had for changing my lifestyle. I met with Jason Wylie and he has been great with motivating me to continue on my journey to better health.
