Really nice gym. Some serious work can definitely be done here. Friendly staff, clean restrooms. They have belts and straps to borrow. For weight matchers, plastic and metal plates are mixed in.

Fantastic! 24/7 access and the gym is fully stocked! Gym staff is friendly and willing to help. Parking was plentiful. Came from out of town and if I return in the future I’ll for sure get the day pass here again.

Coming from someone whos been to many gyms in houston Its a great gym equipment wise, but for 3 months moving locations still charging monthly payments of 55 kinda scummy.

Its a good gym with older equipment so it fits an "old school" esthetic which kinda means rusty, and harder to adjust certain pieces.

They got AC finally which is great! The gym has more than enough for what people need for a great workout, but the gym is kinda for the youtuber/instagram people, so its a plus or negative if you dont mind maneuvering around tripods or set one up yourself.

Personally the only reason why it scores so low despite the good equipment. They dont clean this gym at all & you share the same 3 rags with everyone else. Other gyms at this price range give ya personal towel to clean after yaself then put in a dirty bin to be washed, but nah here we share the sweat and dampness from person to person love it.
Grabbing plates or dumbbells, hands turn brown. I remember rust on machines, but they do the landlord special and slap paint right on top of it. It feels like they say their old school, so they have an excuse why everything is so rusty & not taken care of.

If you can get past the excuse for poor hygiene (sorry old school) and sharing sweat. With divorce dad Playlist from the speakers. You can honestly get one of the best workouts especially leg days godly levels

Edit: Yo Hellhound why cant i just cant cancel my membership online. Why ya gotta use a 3rd party for memberships to do this for you & have em spam call when I block charges.

Honestly such a cool gym. It’s got an amazing atmosphere, mildly lit with dark walls and red equipment, and GREAT lighting in the dumbbell area if you want to track your progress. The owner is very present, helpful, and upfront about pricing as well. Great place to workout.

It's a revamped version of the previous with great machines and much more space than the original. My wishlist for machines would be a seated dip and lateral raise machine, but they're not necessary since there's already a lot of variety in equipment here.

When they closed down the Montgomery location, I had already paid a year in full. And had around October-February still left on my contract. I asked politely on instagram when we could expecting any refunds for the prorated amount, since they shut down in the middle of my contract. They said a couple weeks. This was in October. Instead, they BLOCKED me on instagram, when the last message I sent was “ok thanks!” 😂 C’mon people, it was probably a couple hundred bucks. This is SAD.

Did a gym tour today with the owner, John. Very communicative about pricing and transparent about what the gym has to offer. Place was clean, well kept and awesome!
45$ per month, plus 40$ once a year for maintenance for the following:
Posing room, at least 8 racks of dumbbells, turf area, lots of benches loads of treadmills, clean showers and bathrooms, powerlifting area with deadlift platforms tss racks and free weight squat racks chalk is there and allowed, lots of body building equipment. Gym is sectioned by what muscle groups your hitting. Is staffed 24 hours and open to anyone. Has a vending machine. And for the future possible spin classes, child care area, warm up bands, and sleds for the turf area.
Overall great place for any level of athlete you are.
