Wonderful. I always feel motivated throughout my whole workout with Melanie . Her checking in on me via message when I miss a few days always keeps me in line . She helps me feel comfortable with modifications . And creates a fun environment that keeps me going .

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner is fantastic, and Mel, the trainer, is OUTSTANDING. She’s not only incredibly fun and motivational, but she also makes every workout something to look forward to. The other ladies who work out here are just as awesome, supportive, welcoming, and inspiring.
I’ve been doing the morning workouts for about two and a half months now, and they’ve completely changed my routine. I’ve lost 10 pounds and, more importantly, gone from dreading workouts to genuinely enjoying them and seeing real progress!
Mel offers three tiers for every workout, modified, normal, and challenging, and she demonstrates each one clearly so everyone feels confident no matter their fitness level. As a bigger girl, I’ve never once felt out of place or uncomfortable here. Quite the opposite, I actually love coming!
I truly can’t recommend this place, and Mel, enough!

MELANIE is great. I have not worked out in over 4 years. She made my 1st class excellent. She helped me with all the.modifications I needed & still a very good work out I burned 369 calories. The ladies in class with me were so supportive. Sometimes it's very hard to be the newbie in class, but not at HerTimeFitness. They treated you like a friend. I am definitely going back tomorrow.
