All I can say is that I absolutely love this gym. If you are looking for a positive and encouraging environment to get a challenging workout, this is it. I started out trying out a number of workouts places and always found myself wanting to come back here. Destinee is such a positive and motivating coach and will make sure you are doing the exercises properly to avoid injury. All the women support and encourage each other to do their absolute best. Give it a try - you won’t regret it!

Had an amazing experience, burned a lot of calories and the workout was well organized and easy to follow. The owner was very knowledgeable she showed me the right techniques and how to do the exercises properly. I found this place on social media and knew when I visited Houston I had to come. It was everything I hoped for!! I will definitely be incorporating some of the things I learned today into my workouts back home 🩷

I love it here. The owner and instructor is amazing, very helpful, kind to everyone. This is an all women’s gym that is welcoming to all women. No cattiness here all positive vibe and women trying to get in shape.
