Hold the phone...this work out is so amazing! It is a mix of boxing and conditioning in just 30 minutes. I was sweating and having a blast all at the same time. Coach Maliki was great and keep up the energy. The facility is so inviting and the vibe is everyone is welcome. I highly recommend HIIT Factory.

If I could give more than five stars I would ,
I came in the first week of May 2021 with arthritis
In my back and joints I was 246 lbs I lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months Thanks to Coach Malaki ! He went beyond to help me in my goals . I haven’t felt this good in ten years ! From the first day I came in it felt like family . I highly recommend the Hit Factory and Coach Malaki
