HC&Y has TRANSFORMED my life. The studio space is inspiring and beautiful. The teachers are all compassionate and kind along with extremely knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. I have finally found my home away from home. I have only been going for a few months but I have an overwhelming feeling of peace around me at all times lately. I've also lost 35+ pounds from 1-2 classes per week. Thank you HC&Y! You have changed my life in an amazing way!

I attended an awesome workshop about Yoga Therapy, and I was hugely impressed by the quality of teaching at this event. Lacey and her team are thoughtful, dedicated, and compassionate, and I am confident that all of the offerings they bring to the studio are with their greater community in mind. I love the way that Lacey works to build community and to make yoga accessible for all. Be sure to check out one of Holcomb Counseling and Yoga's workshops and make time in your schedule for their regular classes.

I have been practicing yoga here for a month now and it is SO rewarding! It doesn't feel like just a gym class, it feels like there's purpose. Every yoga teacher there has been considerate to individual needs. I've never felt like an outsider or the new kid just because of my level of practice. The facility even though its been temporary is nice and quaint, with such a healing vibe. I HIGHLY recommend this place and have to my family members who now have joined up. I love the lake Pflugerville sessions too!

I was looking for a non intimidating first experience for yoga. I found it at Holcomb Counseling and Yoga. My instructor was amazing as she watched me and kept in mind that I have a bad back through my first yoga experience. Please come and visit. Will not be disappointed.

This place is wonderful. I'm definitely grateful I found it. Kari is an awesome instructor. I feel wonderful after every yoga session. Things are under construction right now, but the quality is all there. Its a very wholesome business and I really enjoy going.
