Bret always says, “The Lord is pursuing you hard,” and maybe just maybe he’s right. I’ve been struggling quietly (and not so quietly) with my eating disorder, constantly chasing control through unhealthy extremes of weight loss. But what I didn’t expect was to find another piece of Jesus along the way.
I took a chance and tried something new. A different kind of place. And it’s one of the most unique, life-giving places I’ve ever walked into. The good mornings are loud. The encouragement is real. The laughter while they work out, the music, the coaches, the owners it’s just different in all the best ways. And when it’s all done, they gather and pray. Their prayer is different powerful in a way that stills the noise and stirs something deep in your soul. It doesn’t just end the workout, it leaves your heart lighter. It’s just different. That’s the kind of place it is. Full of humble, kind, Jesus loving people.

I first tried McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp after signing up for one of their challenges they were doing. I was hooked after the first week and I now look forward to waking up to make it to the 5:30am! I love that every day is a different workout and I keep learning new things to keep me challenged! 💪🏼

I highly recommend McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone that wants to get healthier, improve your physical condition or just make new friends and have a great time, you can have it all in one place. I have never done any type of exercise in my life previously to join this Gym, I was very shy and insecure but couch C is amazing by keeping you on track, reminding your what your goals are and motivating you. Thank you coach C!! all the couches & trainers have been so helpful and very nice to me, they always show me how to correctly do our workouts so... 1st. I dont get injured and 2nd. I get the most out of them. They correct me all the time, always very patient with me, everyone is friendly. If you walk in there, the very first thing you will notice is the big smile on everyone's face.

This gym has an awesome community, with challenging workouts, knowledgeable & motivating coaches, variety of equipment, awesome body weight scanner and a fun environment. The workouts vary and you’ll never get bored. Their 8 wk commit more challenge helped me achieve my pre-baby weight (after 9 years of trying), 4 inches off my waist, and achieve consistency in workouts and nutrition. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp! After not working out for several years. I took the plunge and did the 28-day challenge. I have seen so many incredible improvements in my health. Not only my appearance but my strength. The coaches are so encouraging and help make sure that you're doing the exercises correctly and allow modifications when needed. They are so encouraging. I cannot say enough about how I love going every morning.
There are machines to gauge your performance Before & After photos and measurements that are so encouraging to help. You see the small differences that are happening throughout the time. I highly recommend this place even if you're worried about not making friends or going alone. The other participants there are so welcoming and friendly!

If you are looking for not only a gym, but a community, Fit Body Boot Camp McKinney is the place to go! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it truly has a family feel. The coaches are all amazing and very knowledgeable on providing modifications for all fitness levels and abilities. Not only do the coaches help motivate us all in the classes, but they are also there to continue that motivation at all times with virtual check ins and through nutrition coaching. I have been going to Fit Body Bootcamp since March and have loved it and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a great fitness experience and community.

I have been coming to Fit Body since the end of March of this year and I have lost almost 20lbs already!
The coaches are awesome and will help you modify the workouts if you need them (my knees aren’t the greatest, so they give me options so I don’t hurt myself)
Everyone that comes is great, they are all friendly and I have never felt out of place since joining.
I am so glad that I found them through a Mom’s challenge back in March and highly recommend Fit body if you want to work on yourself, and make great connections as well!
I make it out at least 5x a week! There’s a 530am class for those like me that need that early class before work.
I am feeling much better about myself, I feel stronger, eating much better, and I have the joy of seeing my kiddo want to do better because mommy is. He even sits and watches me for the 530am classes some days!

OMG I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR A WEEK! I can’t lie and say I wasn’t a bit nervous I was! But everyone there makes you feel like your right at home! The COACHES are PHENOMENAL! Great instructions and help if needed! If your not doing it right they correct you in a kind way! Which I truly appreciate because they say I won’t get injured! Great place to go and start your journey to a better life!!

I’ve been coming for here for quite some time. It’s inspiring at how you can see a change happening to so many people. Not just physically, but emotionally as well. The trainers are not just some sergeant yelling at you to move your butt, they’re motivators. They help push you outside your comfort zone and you feel the courage to do it. I’ve experienced other gyms, but this one is well worth your time to invest in.

I have been working out at McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp for the last 6 months and I have loved every minute of it! I love that I don't have to plan my workouts. I just show up and they have it all planned for me. The trainers are amazing. They have come up with challenging but fun workouts. They always have a smile on their face and have been super motivating throughout this whole process. I can see and feel myself getting stronger. Definitely recommend!

I joined a 6-week weight loss challenge earlier this year. The workouts were great but I never felt like a valued member. The trainers never even bothered to learn my name, even when I was coming to the same classes every day. No one seemed to care about my progress in the program. I noticed other people who joined after me seemed get more personalized help from the trainers (recipes, regular check-ins, etc). I'm not sure why. Maybe they just didn't like me? Idk. But the program is way too expensive for me to just feel like a ghost - I can do that at a regular gym. I probably won't be coming back.
EDIT: In response to the reply I got -- nope, I am not confused. I went to McKinney Fit Body Bootcamp. I just used a different name to write my review. Next time, try addressing the actual problem mentioned, rather than just telling your customers that they're confused. Lowering my review to 1-star just for the careless reply that just proved my point further.
EDIT 2: Wow. There is no "if," I did in fact attend your gym in McKinney, TX nearly every weekday for several weeks. How disrespectful to continue to imply that I'm just confused. But your unprofessionalism doesn't surprise me after the experience I had. I'm glad I used a fake name though because I don't want to be stalked and I don't plan to visit your gym ever again. What a missed opportunity here, btw. Instead of asking me to call or email you to chat further so you can work on fixing things (judging by my review's likes, I know there are other customers out there with similar experiences), you insult me instead. Nice.

This place is amazing and the energy that everyone has makes it even better. They know you by name which always adds a personal touch that I love. It’s always clean which I appreciate and the workouts are extremely effective. I love how they offer a variation of times throughout the day, makes it super convenient. They have such attention to detail that if you are serious about losing weight or getting in shape they will help you with everything right down to meal planning. Joining this fitness center has been the best decision I’ve made in a long time.

I love Mckinney Fit Body Boot Camp!!! I love the family atmosphere and how everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I have lost a total of 11.7 pounds in the New Year New you challenge!! Most importantly, I am off of my diabetes medication and I’m feeling amazing!! I have never been athletic or worked out in my life , but the coaches are amazing and help every step of the way. I’m so glad to be a part of this family!! If I can do it anyone can!!

I may not be the biggest loser, but I feel like the biggest winner.
You see, we moved from California to Texas in July 2019 to start our lives over again on the foundation of Christ. We had hit rock bottom with an addiction, an affair, and a divorce. But God...
He works for your good even when you don’t know it. We moved here & got remarried to start our lives out right this time. I am a mom of 3 amazing kids and a wife. We are finally getting to have the wedding we never got to have either time-3rd time is a charm! I work full time as a teacher and I go to school full time for my MA degree. With his prompting, I began a group called Teachers Who Pray to help support teachers spiritually and emotionally. I started tutoring a boy battling cancer and have been standing in the gap for him (he’s now recovering). We also started attending a ReEngage group at our new church. Additionally, I signed on to do a mission in Uganda to teach teachers! As you can see, hitting rock bottom meant I could only look up from my knees and hand my life over to Him for His glory. Something about our story reaches everyone!
But through it all, I was lonely. I didn’t have any friends here. I had gained weight back from falling back into bad eating habits and not working out. I saw an ad on Facebook to win a free 8-week bootcamp at #McKinneyFBBC Never did I ever think I’d actually win, but I did!
Through this challenge I met friends and found a place that reminds me everyday that I’m not alone and to speak life over myself, too! Even though I reinjured my knee during week 3 of the challenge, which left me on crutches, I kept coming! Modifying and doing what I could to keep pushing forward with the faith and hope that He would heal me and He did! By the end of the challenge, I was completing double days full out! I may have only lost 1.4 pounds, but I lost 10.4 pounds of fat mass and gained 9 pounds of lean mass! I also lost loneliness and gained a family. I gained confidence and another chapter to the testimony God calls me to share.

Did the 28-day challenge with my husband and it was more than we could imagine. The staff/trainers are so encouraging and help hold you accountable and the workouts are awesome! Everyone is pushing each other and not shaming or looking down on you. I lost almost 9 pounds in 28 days and can’t wait to continue the Journey!

Before starting McKinney Fitbody bootcamp, I was working out at my apartment and wasn't having the motivation and so I decided to seek out a gym. I had been around to numerous gyms in the vicinity and McKinney Fitbody bootcamp was the top pick in my list and to date I had no regrets. I decided to try the 10week challenge to get back in shape and apart from my busy work schedule and the schedule for the gym, I am excited to know that I have put in the effort to complete the challenge and incooperated a few of the lessons into my personal life. I have lost 14.6lbs in 10 weeks working out 3 times per week-isnt that amazing?. Plus:
1. The staff are amazing and the members are themselves a wonderful bunch--they make you feel like family and want to work out even when not in the mood.
2. Working out with small to large class feels like having a one to one personal trainer-you never get missed when you're slowing down because you're too tired---a trainer is always there.
3. The workout area is clean and everyone knows aftera workout its cleaning of the equipment time😃
4. The workout session are never boring because you hardly repeat and exercise unless they are reps 😄 which gets your body a little confused and burning those calories.
5. You will have your monies worth in meal planning, workout sessions which feels like a one on one and 3D body scans.
Overall my experience here at McKinney Fitbody boot camp was excellent, and I have no regrets of joining that challenge as I am much more tone, fit and have lost some weight. But best of all, I am been rewarded for completing one challenge I never expected to complete and will be enjoying every second of the 5 STAR HOTEL that comes with this wonderful experience here at this camp. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This isn't a gym.....it's a family. I have never worked out anywhere that has been so encouraging, motivating, and inspirational. I've never felt judged or insecure about going. The staff are absolutely THE BEST!!! I have only been a member since 6/28/18, but I already have AMAZING results thanks to McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp. Awesome workouts and great trainers. Every time I’ve gone there have been new workout sessions that have left me fully satisfied. Best of all I’ve lost a few pounds using the meal plan that the gym provided. Never have I been at a gym that provided a workout and a meal plan. So far great experience!

Great place to workout with a group. Everyone is working out together in groups which rotate around the gym. It's basically like having a personal trainer helping with form. Is a little pricey but it motivates me to go 5 days a week since others are going thru same routine together. This is HIIT workout. Not boring, very fun! You will be sweating and getting in good training. All instructors are great, encouraging....no judgment gym. Can modify exercises if needed. Love it!

Great decision for me to try this method of working out. Lost 17lbs, 7% body fat, and gain lots of energy. I am addicted to this high intensity interval training. 30 minutes a day. My thoughts were...I deserve a healthier lifestyle...If not now, then when. Great trainers with top notch advice and motivation. They really care about us.

The trainers are very friendly They invite you to come even when you cancel your membership. Cristina is Very motivating she likes seeing people come in and work out she will let everyone know that you are new and how you heard about them. Love the workouts different trainers different routines everyday Show you how to stretch they have special challenges going on they teach you how to eat right and how to make progress. The vibes are always very positive get to do yoga and have special teachers come and do different things but you will not get a day of rest except Sundays just because they are closed. LoL

Joining Fit Body Boot Camp was the best decision I have made in a long time! I joined 6 months ago and just celebrated 100 work outs:) I would not have known that except for the fact that the staff and trainers go out of their way to get to know you and encourage you every step of the way. I have lost 28 pounds and a big part of that is because the working out motivated me to eat better...as I have learned you can't out exercise a bad diet! It has been so much fun making friends and working out in a non intimidating environment. It doesn't matter what size or shape you are in you will be welcomed, encouraged and motivated to achieve your fitness goals. I am 58 years old and am excited to say I have gained strength and confidence in my work outs and feel that I am back on track to achieving my fitness goals!
