HOMEFIT sessions are straightforward and focused. I took 18 sessions (3x monthly) with Lucinda. I started at the new year and have become stronger and more capable as a result. Lucinda arrives with a clear plan each time, with precise stretches and movements that wake up the smaller muscles most people skip. We used weights, resistance bands, and machines in the gym too. Through this experience, I felt more motivated to incorporate other forms of movement in my week. Scheduling is simple and super easy. Meeting at home or in a community gym helped me with maintaining consistency even after a long day. The reminder emails and rescheduling sessions was straightforward. Dylan was really thoughtful throughout the process and answered my questions with care and support. This experience suits someone who wants to be pushed to achieve their very best.

I've had such a great experience with HOMEFIT. I had a baby at the end of March and started training with Kristi as soon as I was cleared by my doctor. She was so encouraging to me as I was trying to get back into the routine of working out, and acclimating to life postpartum. She didn't mind if my older daughter was running around during our sessions and helped entertain her so I could get a good workout in. She helped me not only build my strength back up, but my confidence as well. I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer, especially any mother hoping to build her strength while juggling raising little kids. We want to be healthy and strong for our children, and Kristi is passionate about helping us get there.

Ive worked with a nutritionist several times as an adult. Unfortunately for me.. hiring someone as a form of accountability is required. I cannot make good, consistent choices on my own. Considering this, Kristi was the first female I hired and I will never go back. Although I had good experiences working with males, Kristi offered me an understanding, graceful approach regarding the female body that a male simply could not. She never made me feel less than for having less energy and more appetite during the dreadful luteal week and offered me a range of support techniques during the moments i wanted to quit. I can confidently say she pushed my potential so delicately and I appreciate that about her most. Doing this, I feel it created the lifestyle I strived for surrounding weight loss and health. She spoke about behaviors and truthfully I did not understand until I was done. Behaviors are everything! And fixing behaviors can lead to tremendous success. She drove me to the core of the problem rather than what was surfaced leveled. In just 5 weeks I dropped 15lbs. Never before was I able to attain that success with prior trainers. Not to mention the great food substitutions/habits my family and I will continue to use and more importantly, the grace I have found in myself regarding progress. She’s taught me consistency doesn’t equal a full cup everyday.. it’s equals consistent applied effort even if that effort is small. This is not “all or nothing” for me anymore. This is a life full of making better choices. I am so grateful I gave Kristi a shot because I will go to her moving forward every time. Her quirky, positive and compassionate personality has won my business and the care she put into me is unparalleled. She genuinely wanted my success, continues to want my success and never once did this experience feel transactional. I sole heartedly recommend Kristi services for so, so many reasons. She’s a great coach but also a great person!!

​Alex has been working with me for a few months and I have nothing but great things to say about him! In addition to having limitations from previous injuries,​ I'm almost two years postpartum​ and pregnancy did a pretty rough number on my body (plus, I was doing zero exercise before he and I started). Alex adapts every exercises based on my physical limitations and mixes things up with our workouts, which I love because it helps me stay engaged. He tailors our workouts to emphasize the target areas I am most concerned about and offers tips and advice to incorporate into my time outside of our sessions, which has helped me stay motivated and moving forward.

Alex has really been helping me make progress towards my fitness goals, and I’m able to pick up my babies a lot easier than before because my muscles are starting to wake up and pull their weight again (pun intended). I highly recommend Alex for anyone considering a personal trainer - he knows his stuff and is passionate about his work. I’ll add that I have pretty much no workout/gym equipment at home and he still knows how to create awesome workouts every time. Thank you, Alex!! ☺️

I have been attending the yoga classes by Aditi for the last six months. She is an excellent instructor but her dedication to yoga and teaching others is what impressed me the most. The ranch house in santa rita ranch offer great safe facilities and the pace of the lessons are tapered to the diverse student population. You can find a more fairly priced yoga class - specially for what they offer - any where else in the area. Highly recommend

I have been thoroughly enjoying my yoga sessions with Aditi at Santa Rita Ranch. Being in my early seventies I was looking for something that would help me build strength and flexibility. With Aditi’s help and personal attention I am now achieving this goal. She is an amazing instructor. Physically I feel better than I have in years and my stamina has improved such that I can now also enjoy 3 mile power walks. I would highly recommend this class to anyone.

HOMEFIT is definitely the best option if you are looking for a good workout without the intimidating gym vibe! We started working out with Dylan over a month ago and it has been one of the best decisions we have made in a long time. Dylan is very knowledgeable about fitness and has helped us learn how to lift weights properly and effectively. He comes to our house, which is so convenient for our family with young kids and a full time work schedule. We have always wanted to add a fitness routine to our lives and this is the first time we have felt like we finally found something that works and that we’ll stick with. Dylan Willette was my trainer, and he is the man!  He helped me take my fitness journey to the next level.  He taught me the value of having a disciplined mind and how I can hold myself accountable in simple ways.  In just three weeks I dropped 12 pounds with his nutrition advice and a new approach to working out.  Dylan taught me the importance of dynamic stretching before every workout to activate the body and mind but also to prevent injuries.  He put a lot of focus on strengthening my core which made me more stable when working out.  The knowledge and motivation he shared with me inspired me to become more consistent with my workouts until I developed habits, and I began to love every step of the journey.  Dylan is more than just a trainer, he is someone you can call a friend.  He is committed to helping people become a better version of themselves under any circumstance.
