Worst gym in the area. The owner is very rude and unhelpful if you have any questions or concerns. And they shame people for wearing typical gym clothing. Has Bible verses on the gym wall like they are a great Christian organization but she is very mean and does not show the love that is supposed to be the cornerstone of her religion. Seems kinda hypocritical to me.

Now I understand the bad reviews to this place. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I walked in letting them know I was new to the area and seeing if I can get a trial. Automatically I got turned down and got the “We don’t do trials”. No customer support like let me show you around so you can see the equipment we have. Or we don’t do a trial but we can let you walk around. When I proceeded to ask how am I supposed to know if I like the gym if I don’t get a trial? The front lady accused me of being rude, I told her I was asking a simple question. She proceeded to say that I didn’t have to be rude and there was the door. Shame of me for wanting to give them a chance and not listening to the rest of the reviews So please reconsider before supporting this type of business. I am unsure how they are still running if they treat their potential customers this way. Stay FAR AWAY from this place if possible.

Happy to have this gym in my town. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is new, clean and frequently maintained. The owner is very nice. I would recommend this gym to anyone that needs a place to work out.

If you want a small gym atmosphere, classic fitness equipment mixed with modern capabilities, lots of equipment and plenty of room this is your place.
My Daughter and I come here everyday even if it's just to knock out a set of squats. It's a place we can bond while holding each other to achieve higher performance.
I really enjoy my time here and have made life time memories with my daughter.
