I Am in Love with the Studio. I got here because I won a raffle at the Mystical Market in McKinney. And I just got my membership right away. I was in need to find a place with the mindfulness and peaceful spirit to join my journey. So the Studio found me actually. They stuff is amazing, cozy and close to everyone. They have different classes and a lot of workshops. All the instructors are highly qualified and knowledgeable.

These guys put the yoga in arial yoga! They treat it like the practiced discipline that it is while still being accessable. It's for anyone and everyone and I highly recommend!

I attended Michelle’s restorative yoga class this morning and it was DIVINE. From entering the studio, my experience was great. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful front desk experience, highly skilled and warm instructor, relaxing ambiance (I love the lighting!), cute boutique up front and immaculately clean bathroom/studio. Highly recommend!

It was my first class and Elena was excellent instructor. I absolutely loved the Aerial Yin class! The atmosphere was so calming and comfortable, and I felt completely supported throughout the practice. The combination of gentle stretches and the hammock made it easy to relax deeply and release tension. It was both restorative and uplifting, and I left feeling refreshed, light, and centered. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a soothing and unique yoga experience.

I found my tribe! I watched several yoga studios in the Plano, Tx area for several weeks. I decided to attend Honor Yoga and from the moment I entered the doors I felt like I belonged. The studios are beautiful and the instructors are knowledgeable and grounded. I joined after just two weeks!

I’ve done regular and hot yoga for years but when I tried aerial yoga it blew my mind. Being about to be off the floor doing yoga poses and so fun and thrilling. It’s a lot of upper body strength and core balancing. It’s definitely going to be part of my workout routine going forward. Honor yoga and Cassandra was super accommodating and helpful. They even gave me quality chapstick at the end of my class. Exactly what I needed! Thank you guys and I’ll see you again soon!

I joined this studio in September 2024, one month into new ownership, and it is truly the best experience I've had with my yoga practice in DFW. I had wanted to try aerial for some time and I do enjoy it, but it's the overall vibe and total class offerings that is most impressive.
In addition to aerial yoga, a range of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin are available seven days per week. There is also Barre and Mat Pilates alongside a plethora of events and workshops such as Ayurveda, cacao ceremonies, and sound baths. Workshops and events are open to the public and members receive a discount. Several times per year, the studio holds an open house to offer free classes to the public. The next one is this Saturday (8-16-2025) so mark your calendar! These always include kid/family-friendly classes and activities. Seasonal retreats for members include trips to Guatemala and Broken Bow. There are YTT classes in the spring and fall; graduates are certified through Yoga Alliance.
The space houses two studios, a meditation room, and two restrooms/changing rooms. The lobby holds a retail section that includes clothing, mats and accessories, and sometimes jewelry among other neat surprises. The studio does provide mats, towels, and an extensive selection of props that are free for all members and visitors/drop ins. Even the hallway is active, including member challenges/celebrations, a community area that showcases complementary businesses and services, and a small library (take one, leave one). ALL of the teachers are highly experienced and exceptional!
None of this is even the best part of Honor Yoga Plano.
Within these walls exists a culture that honors the origin of yoga as a holistic practice and truly embodies the complete system as it was intended: yoga is not just another workout, it’s a way of life. The staff not only greets you by name, they take the time to learn your preferences and your goals in order to make recommendations for your personal yoga journey. They celebrate your birthdays, anniversaries (yes, there are gifts!), and milestones. This is not just another yoga studio. It is a vibrant community of yogis of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. They truly honor the uniqueness of each member. I cannot say enough about what new owner, Megan Huff, has created here. It’s simply magical.

This place really blew me away on my first visit. I love the look and feel of the rooms. There's also a separate meditation room.
I took the mat pilates class and it was so great. Loved the flow of the class and the instructor was easy to follow. Equipment was provided.
I was instantly a fan of this studio just by how calming the ambiance was. But what really made Honor Yoga stand out was the incredibly welcoming staff. Definitely the best studio I've been to.

Immediately I walked in Dominique was warm and welcoming. She introduced herself and the trainee that way we already knew everyone. She checked in to determine what our goals were and then gave us a lot of information pertaining to our goals without overwhelming us. We also received a tour of the building and the offerings. The studio is clean, has everything you need for a class and well decorated. After the class the teacher checked in with the newbies and gave us a welcome card. Before I left I received a welcome gift. This studio connects with its clients regardless. I didn't feel a newbie at all, I felt at home. I have been to other classes on arrival and departure, no one even the teacher welcomed me or even knew I existed. Honor yoga truly HONORS!!

I have just started thevirtual livestream classes at Honor Yoga, and have really grown to like them! I wish I lived closer to the studio, but the drive is just too far to make it work. I have set up a quiet place in my home and log on to Zoom a few minutes before the class, and BAM! Instant yoga session.
The instructors are all quite good, some better than others, but all have quality sessions and work well with both in house and online students.
When researching local studios, Honor really came out on top - I'm only interested in morning/daytime classes and they shine in this area. So many studios don't have a variety of offerings in the day, and reserve them for night when they can fill their studios. Honor has a great balance and I thank them for livestream - I'd love to see more morning YIN classes!

Honor Yoga is a true gem. I got hooked on yoga after my first class there. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole studio kind of feels like my living room in a warm and cozy way. I feel so comfortable there to engage in classes and try new styles of yoga. All of the instructors are fabulous! Each of them bring their own style to the class and I love learning new things from all of them. Practicing yoga at this studio has brought me inner peace and the ability to be kind to myself through connecting my mind and body. When I enter the studio I know I don't have to worry about my to do list or anything else and I get to focus on tuning into myself through mindful breathing and all kinds of different yoga positions. I truly look forward to each and every class I attend!

Honor Yoga is my second home! When I first joined, I couldn’t even do the basic cat pose due to back pain. But after just two months of regularly attending classes, my pain vanished. Now, a little over a year later, I’ve grown stronger in both my practice and friendships. A huge thanks to the supportive teachers and friends here. Trust me—they offer classes for every level and need!

Love, love, love this studio! If you are looking for a new studio to practice at or even add into your workout rotation, seriously consider Honor Yoga. It is technically a franchise so you get perks like unlimited virtual classes, but the environment in the studio has a much more relaxed, local, and homey vibe. And anyone from beginners to the more experienced yogis can find classes that fit them.
There is a new owner who is
fantastic - it seems like she genuinely cares about what both her customers and employees want out of the studio and has already made some great changes.
The instructors are amazing and will never make you feel stupid or embarrassed for not being able to do something. They are always offering modifications or alternatives so you never have to feel left out if you can’t quite get into a pose. But are also respectful for those who don’t feel comfortable with direct modifications yet. Even the other patrons are a so encouraging and kind. I really believe that joining this studio changed my life for the better.
So, if want to turn off your brain for an hour and focus on getting in tune with your body without all the dread, stress, and intrusive self-conscious thoughts that you might feel at other studios or gyms, check out Honor Yoga. They have a little bit of everything from yoga barre, Pilates influenced classes, hatha, flow, and even aerial classes (with the silks!). They also do special workshops for those that want to work into something specific like sound baths or understanding and improving your vinyasa. The monthly membership for unlimited classes is really reasonable but if you’re not ready to fully commit they are always running new member specials so you can try out anything and everything.

Best studio ever!
Many different yoga styles and levels (including Plano's only aerial yoga!), amazing instructors, and a fun, caring community that makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
I joined a year ago to see if aerial stretching would help my chronic back pain. Well, for the first time in over 15 years I wake up with NO PAIN at all. Aerial yoga worked magic decompressing my spine and gently toning the muscles.
100% recommending!

Great vibe ! Appreciate the new owner! Love coming here to see THE BEST Yin teacher Trey Albright !
I've been to over 10 Yin teachers around Dallas and none remotely compare to Trey. He meets me where I'm at but also challenges me in a healthy way. The flow in his classes make so much sense. For example average teacher elsewhere throws you into supported fish as 1 or 2nd pose. I'm way too tight and tense to start with that. Trey does it over half way thru class, which by then im more relaxed and can get a more effective stretch in that more challenging pose.
Trey voice is also calming as he guides with clear instructions. He also guides you in the beginning into a breathing pattern that is so crucial to relaxing into and holding the poses.
He also does Strong and Calm (hatha), which is on my goals to attend.

This is a very nice yoga studio. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is a comfortable place to practice and provides nice props. The teachers are very well trained and helpful. I highly recommend.

I have not done yoga before, and I was a little apprehensive. Entering the yoga studio, I felt like I was entering a tranquil space. The exercise room's soft lighting and serene music instantly created a calming atmosphere, setting the stage for an immersive practice. The instructor, who taught gentle flow and meditation, flowed through various poses, each accompanied by thorough direction and gentle encouragement. I was also impressed that the studio is committed to holistic wellness, which shone through from the eco-friendly cleaning solutions to the refreshing herbal tea provided post-class. Leaving the studio, I felt a sense of physical vitality.

I've been taking classes here for 2 months, and it's been a great experience. My favorite class so far is aerial Roots with Megan. She made it easy to understand without intimidating to try all the tricks. If you're a first-timer, definitely take her class. Several advanced women were in the class, and they were also very helpful to the new Yogi. The environment in honor yoga is very welcoming. 10/10!!

I have gone to several class offerings and have been incredibly impressed with the organization. The instructors care and give support as someone who has never tried yoga prior to joining the studio. I was invited by a friend to try out the Aerial Yoga Class with Zoe Zeng and I enjoyed it so much.
For someone who has never taken a yoga class before, I was not only able to get one of the best workouts I've had, but I was also able to feel a sense of peace throughout the workout.
Honor Yoga, Zoe, and the Aerial Yoga group have created a very supportive and amazing community that allowed me, someone who is very new to yoga, to feel welcomed and supported.

The best decision I made was sign up at this yoga studio. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Uma who gave me a tour of this beautiful studio. Listening to her story and how this studio came to be (and that too on Legacy Drive), the community she has created is something I will never forget. I have been attending daily for the last 2 weeks and every single instructor is excellent. Every single day I leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated and full of gratitude. This space has become my sanctuary. The studio has a variety of classes, easy parking, excellent instructors - highly recommend it!
Kudos to you, Uma for starting your own legacy.

I started going regularly when I lost my job in June. Best decision ever. The practice helped me to recover mentally and physically from my burnout. Yes; men are welcome! All of the instructors are caring and invested in the wellbeing if their students. I’m employed now and not able to attend as many irl classes as id like to but was able to take my practice and apply it at home, in the car and even scuba diving.
