Arrived 15 minutes early for 530p class to find a handful of students waiting outside a locked door. Calls to the studios phone number were not answered. Most of the students were regulars, who had previously experienced an instructor not showing so most left about five minutes until class start time. A staff showed up about 5:40 PM, 10 minutes after scheduled class time and offered to put on the audio recording in place of the scheduled instructor led Bikram class. Apparently the instructor‘s flight was delayed or canceled. Staff member was very nice offered a refund since I didn’t want to substitute the audio for an instructor class.

I just started my practice again and this was the best surprise. I had a meditation and yoga fundamentals that I’ve never had. It was inspiring and I want more. I am walking on air! Thank you.

Day one today and it is a positive experience for me. Positive energy, from teachers and students, I truly appreciate. Please read info on their website before you arrive, it’s very useful. I’m a novice, and 45 minutes into the 90 min yoga I felt like I was dying, then 75 min into it, I felt like I was dead, but by the 90 minutes I felt revived! Great experience that stays with you. Everyone goes at their own pace and the teacher will help; give pointers. By the end, all the weight I was carrying on my body, I could feel on my heavy sweat drenched towel. I felt lighter, detoxed. I recommend for all. Parking is right out front and studio is upstairs.

Issues with class schedule do happen here. Be prepared to adjust to seasonal class time changes. Things are a little manic with beliefs. Noticed a lot of people left the studio over schedule changes. Apparently the studio is offering more hr classes and less 90min. Perhaps this isn’t the place for hardcore 90min fans. The pilates classes are great. Buti yoga is amazing. The hour bikram is a satisfying flow no doubt.

In my opinion 90min classes are the best. They allow my mind to find focus, deep mediation, and concentration that last all day. Wish they offered an AM and PM daily That would satisfy hardcore bikram followers and allow for lots of hr classes. The hr classes nonetheless are fantastic! Even I can’t find time to do 90min everyday. It will keep you in shape if you just keep going. It’s clean, nice staff, and good instructors. Be careful starting a yoga practice it’s addicting:) Namaste 🌸

The worst customer experience in my life happened at Hot Yoga Plus today. I am 44 years old, and have never written a review online. What happened today was so unreal and bizarre that I felt I had to take the time to let other people know about it. My wife bought a Groupon for me as a gift—I have a health condition and need to practice yoga. The staff person did not want to honor the coupon. She claimed that it was for first time customers only. I explained that the fine print did not indicate that it was for first time customers only. She told me that I was asking for “preferential treatment” and that I was wrong. We even pulled up Groupon’s website, and I showed them that, as I had told them, it could be used by regular clients. Both the yoga teacher and the front desk person refused to read the official information and told me I was abusing the system. They even refused to continue helping me, and told me that there were other customers they had to help. It was only when I called the studio’s owner that they allowed me to take the class. It took me 25 minutes to get to this point. No one said that they were sorry for the confusion. I only stayed because I was already there, but would you go back?

Horrible management. They charged me double the cost of what they told me while I was there and refused to refund my money back into my account. They only offered a credit for their studio which now doesn’t do me any service because I will not be returning if they don’t care to honor the cost they told me I will be charged while I was there. Do yourself a favor and choose another bikram studio!

It was my very first time doing anything remotely like this, It was amazing. Niambi was the instructor and she delivered. I was intimidated walking in the room, first the temp of the room alone is scary, secondly your breathing immediately becomes heavy due to humidity. Niambi willed me through my first class. My goal entering the class was to give it my all for every excerise lol, I had to change that five minutes in hahahahahaha. My goal was to stay in the room and improve my breathing during intense situations. I stayed in the room until class was over, immediately signed up for regular classes walking out the room: thank you Niambi and birkram yoga meyerland

The 2 best teachers left a few months ago! One of them had been the best bikram teacher I've ever had and really changed my yoga experience. Unfortunately, he was the best thing about this place. There was a cockroach on the floor by my head one time during class (no peace for me in that session!!). The floors are carpeted, so they smell pretty strong of sweat. How do they sanitize the floors? I don't know.

The worst thing though, was when I moved out of state and had to cancel my membership. I talked to a lady in front and she didn't warn me about the 30 day cancellation notice and by the time I submitted the paperwork, I missed the deadline. I was charged for a full month that I could not attend.

You'd think a Yoga studio might be reasonable and not try to take money for a service they did not give me, but the owner was absolutely unreasonable and unapologetic. It felt like something I'd expect from a scam company online, not from a YOGA studio. Really disappointing.

Best deal on bikram hot yoga, great experienced teachers and cleanist studio ive ever been in. Computerised heat system regulates heat automatically - the best . No teachers hitting fans and doors trying to regulate heat albeit too late while trying to teach.

A great facility with modern studio, bathrooms and excellent pricing that is very competitive! I also really like that they post the instructor schedule - I look forward to the session knowing who is teaching.
