Honestly such a great experience! I was a little hesitant because I’m accustomed to group classes but the hot box exceeded my expectations. So happy I gave it a try and so thankful for Alissa! She was so sweet throughout the process, and informative. She gave me a tour, checked on me after, and even showed me the app you use to book sessions!

Convenient location, the place is always clean and the staff is very helpful. I never have trouble booking a workout. Thomas was extremely helpful with advice on what to do in order to tone my body and suggesting good healthy foods to eat to fuel my body. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because they need to fix the broken equipment faster. Hot Blast has been down to only 2 for the last several months. I lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks!

My mom and I have been coming to HotWorx together for several months now. We absolutely love the workout variety and compete with each other to stay towards the top of the leaderboard each month. The staff is super friendly and bend over backwards to accommodate you. I used to work for OTF and have been a member of several other class based gyms, but this one is the best by far. Plus, you can't beat the 24/7 access! Give this place a try - you won't be disappointed.

I have been a long-time member of HOTWORX Anna and have seen many staff changes, but the current manager and staff stands out for consistently deep cleaning the saunas and bathrooms during my frequent visits (6 days a week). I find recent complaints from Jessica Jackson hard to believe, noting that while the gym isn’t staffed 24/7 and can't be perfect all the time, the staff works hard to maintain a positive experience for members — a sentiment shared by many others.

I have been going to this location September of 2024. When I first started coming one of the selling points for me going to this specific location was how clean the studio was. There was a young lady with braids that was always cleaning the studio every time I was there. There were times I seen her cleaning the bathroom twice in a hour. The bathrooms were spotless she would mop while people were in the sauna. The saunas were clean, it just smelled inviting and clean. In the recent months March-now May this studio cleanest has gone down hill. Anyone reading this make sure to turn the lights on before your workout. The vents had dust there was hair stuck to the walls a roach somehow got into the sauna (sauna3). The last 2 visits just grossed me out. I normally shower after a workout but the bathroom was just gross. Someone did not flush and the trash was overflowing. I don’t think I have seen anyone sweep, mop, wipe or leave the front desk in the last 3 months other than the few times I’ve seen them give a tour or replace the wipes for the sanitation station. Please tell your employees to clean the studio like that girl with the braids. Y’all should be ashamed of the filth of this studio.

Loved it!!!! Became a member after the first free class. Lauren was so helpful and nice! She made us feel very welcome - she helped us with the mats and towels, explained everything to us, and encouraging us.

I didn’t want to be a “Karen” so I delayed writing this in hopes of this situation improving. However, I have been a member for five months now and ever since y’all got new employees, the sauna temperatures have been consistently around 80 degrees.
I don’t pay 60$ a month to work out in 80 degrees. If I wanted to do that I’d just go outside. There’s no reason those workers should be on their phones instead of watching the sauna temperatures at 4/5pm on weekdays!!
Please for the love of everything, it’s not hard to push a button 😀
On a lighter note, staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Just please keep the temperatures up during (arguably) the busiest times of the day!

Came in for the first time to try. I was so impressed. Different than I expected. I tried the rowing class. A lot harder than I expect but felt so good. Tacia was so helpful in explaining and going over everything with me. The price is great for all they offer. I will be back.

My first session at Hotworx was absolutely amazing! Tacia and Terri were so welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before starting. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hotworx. I called on August 22 to cancel my membership because I found out I was pregnant and can no longer work out there. I was told I couldn’t cancel over the phone and had to come in person, but I could freeze my account instead. Despite freezing my account in August, I was still charged the full membership fee in September and October.

I spoke to the manager in October, who assured me I would be refunded. However, it’s now January, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I went in yesterday to cancel in person, I was informed that I needed to provide a two-month notice to cancel my account. My options were to either pay $64 for the next two months or a $99 cancellation fee. Apparently, I was supposed to know two months in advance that I’d become pregnant and give them notice.

Not only have they been holding onto $128 they wrongfully charged me since October, but I also had to pay a $99 cancellation fee. When I spoke to the manager again, she said she would finally refund the $128 they owe me since October, but the $99 cancellation fee was non-refundable. Her exact words were, “Hopefully that will help mitigate the $99 charge.”

This entire process has been frustrating, unfair, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend Hotworx to anyone. They clearly prioritize profits over ethical customer service.

I've been a member since it has opened. Love my girls up there, so friendly and great to chat with while cooling down after some burnout sessions. The facility is clean anytime I've gone. All the clients are friendly to one another. It's literally the best decision I've made in a long time. Cancel the gym come to hot yoga.

I joined about 4 months ago, and absolutely love working out here! There’s so many different workout options to choose from and you always leave feeling less stressed and more relaxed! The staff, and Owner, Andrea, are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They have showers too, so you can shower after your workout without going home.

Let me tell you, first off the girls are so sweet and kind here. I fractured my ankle running a year ago and wasn’t able to continue my love for running.
