Experience the benefits of infrared energy and heat through a 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session or any of our 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! Game changer for me! I am completely hooked on HOTWORX. I don’t like large groups and I don’t like big gyms, so this is ideal for me. Because they are open 24 hours, I love the flexibility where I can book at any time. When I leave, I feel like I’ve burned thousands of calories It has completely changed my sleep pattern for the better. I absolutely love the staff, and when I signed up, she was explained everything thoroughly.

I joined HotWorx to “get me by” while I researched other workout options. After a few classes, I stopped looking for another gym. The infrared sauna combined with exercise has helped me in so many ways-and I feel amazing after every session. The Four Points location truly has the best staff ever! Maddie is so welcoming and friendly and customer-oriented. They are constantly cleaning the facility and work hard to make it a great experience. I highly recommend! Tell them I sent you! 😊

So happy HotWorx is finally open at Fourpoints. I’ve been going every chance I get for the last 2 weeks. My daughter saw me tonight and asked what I was using on my face because my face was glowing! I don’t wear make up other than lashes and lipstick. The proof is in the pudding guys! 60…here I come, better than ever!
Update....after couple of months of going to HotWorx my annoying neck and shoulder pain gone! I've been going to chiropractor, getting acupuncture and getting massages for years and had small temporary relief from pain and tightness around my neck and shoulder area. HotWorx is a solution for tightness and pain in my body.
My sister with lots of health issue joined HotWorx in Waco and she can move so much better and her edema is improving so much that she wants to go more often.

Love this place! So many classes to do and there are free weights and a functional training zone with a cable machine, as well. The manager, Beth, is so enthusiastic about Hotworx and her energy is happily contagious. The owners are very warm and friendly. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. Try it!! You will love it!

This is my first time signing up for a HOTWORX membership and so far it has been amazing! The cleanliness here is exceptional and the staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help.
