I have been a member for 18 months however in the last 60 days many members do not use the app properly so often you book your session and arrive to someone in your sauna who has not booked on the app. It’s a distance from my house so when I book I plan accordingly so it’s frustrating when you arrive to someone in there who did not book. I pay the highest membership for 2 people which means nothing other than we experience the same issue at different locations. The problem has been addressed to management repeatedly with no resolve. In order for this platform to work all members need to use the app this is not the case and it’s a country wide issue. If you are thinking of joining be advised this will be an issue.

If you’re struggling to get to working out, Hotworx is amazing for it. You can start slow and do stretching and work your way up to the more intense workouts. It’s 24hours and you can come whenever you want.

Amazing place to sweat! Low-impact workouts that really give you results. The sauna helps you shed weight and helps you build muscle as you sweat the fat off your body! I have never enjoyed working out more. I love it most because Its private, so you are in your own lil world sweating and pushing yourself to complete the virtual training. Best place I’ve found that I am comfortable and happy!

I started my journey at 249lbs in April-ish 2024, I am currently at 214lbs in Aug 2024. The programs work if you put the effort, time and work. The privacy helped me not be self conscious about my weight and at the beginning, about not being able to do the moves without modifying. Now I am more confident as I am getting stronger and able to hold positions without modifying. Join the sweat/burn!!!

This branch does not work well with you when you move and need to cancel your account. I have moved6 months ago and have called up there to request to cancel and they told me I have to go in person or send certified mail. I could do neither. I offered email and they said no. They have consistently withdrawn their $80.00 every month since then. We have not stepped foot in there for 6-7 months. I just want them to stop. Be wary to sign up if you plan to move somewhere else. I do not recommend this branch.

The membership terms are close to a scam. You have to give 60 days notice to close the account and you have make an appointment with the manager to be able to cancel. Additionally, you are forced to buy a ridiculously overpriced mat and towel to use their saunas. Finally, the staff at this location is rude.

I have had the opportunity to come here a few times now and I must say, the ladies are consistent, friendly, and on point doing what they love. Each time, Morgan has been extremely helpful.

What a experience. Practice jitsu all the time and thought my movement would be good. I learned that was not the case. It helps with flexibility, strength, core, detoxify and more. Hotworx is great, helps get the motivation to workout at your own time and pace. Good sweat at the end and feel refreshed. Only thing is studios are not warmed up at times and additional 15 minutes is needed to come early. I wish there had it automated based on booking. Another note, it is hard to fit 3 people like they say, that is too crowded and feels like breathing on each other.

The program is fine, the installations are fine. Their cancellation policy is really bad, be aware of it, they will charge you 60 days in advance. Keep in mind that if you sign up here you MUST buy everything here (towel, bands, backpack, gloves, yoga mat) and the prices are high!

They said I have to come in for orientation. But I said I don’t want to, I just want to cancel. My friend signed up the same time as me as me and was able to cancel and never came in. I tried Through phone and email and they make you come in and pay 98 (2months) to cancel!!! It’s a scam. Will never come back because of the terrible cancellation policy. How can you do everything online, and they are happy to take payment, but when it comes to canceling, they make you come in and pay more?! It’s archaic and ridiculous.

I absolutely love this HOTWORX at Napa Oaks!!! It’s my second home.., great Managment and professional, friendly, helpful employees and clean!!! I love everything about this location. I get everything done from weightlifting to my cardio and other classes like Pilates, yoga…, and everything you name it. I started about 3-4 weeks ago and I can tell that not only I feel healthier because I am detoxing but a
I also lost inches. It improved my sleep, my skin feels so soft and since I had some rashes on my shoulders, they are gone!!! I make sure to drink 64oz while I am there, that is the key to not get headaches and also detox properly!! I had already increased my temperature to 130 and loving it. I usually do at least 2-3 cardio classes and one 40 minutes of other classes like Pilates. As I said I keep my body hydrated the whole time. “Before, during and after I am done”.
I would love to thank the owners for opening this location that is very close to my house. This place is the best place to go and workout and see results. The inferred sauna is very beneficial for so many things, just a few to mention that eases aches and pains, increases your energy level and also it’s beneficial for people with autoimmune conditions and pretty much once you detox you build a stronger immune system!
