Full disclosure: I had to do 6 90 day cycles before I could cancel without a cancellation fee. So either plan on paying for 1.5 years or be willing to pay about $100 to cancel.

I was trying this to do Bikram yoga and found although I could get the heat up to 130 F the humidity was way too low. Bikram recommends 108 F with 60% humidity.

I have nothing but praise for Hotworx Cedar Hill! I was greeted by a welcoming, informed staff as soon as I stepped in, which made me feel at ease and eager to try something new. My workouts are revolutionized by the infrared saunas, and the studio itself is always immaculate. The exercises are difficult but really effective; I adore how many calories you can burn in just thirty minutes. Whether I'm feeling like yoga, HIIT, or a mix of the two, the range of classes guarantees that there's always something to suit my mood. The staff and the great atmosphere are what really make this place unique. You can tell they care about helping you reach your fitness objectives because they are constantly sympathetic.I’ve already noticed such a positive difference in my energy and strength, and I’m excited to keep coming back! I had never experienced being in a sauna until I started going to Hotworx. I wasn’t sure what to expect my first time, but I was both surprised and impressed by how effective the low-intensity exercises were and how amazing I felt afterward. I’ve only been a member for a few months, but I love coming here and always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I also really appreciate the app, especially how it tracks calories burned. I usually go early in the morning or late at night, so I don’t get many opportunities to interact with the staff. However, the few times I have, they’ve always been friendly and welcoming.

I discovered HotWorx conveniently located next to Sprouts one day and decided to see what it was about. I was received by a friendly person name Charlie who came to the door to let me in and I received a free trial to try it all out. She set me up in a room where I had to cycle for 15 minutes. It was definitely a unique experience where I got in a good sweat. I admit I did not go as often as I should at the beginning, but I immensely enjoyed it. It was hard, but my hard work paid off and I have lost 20 pounds within 3 months of consistently attending the sessions at HotWorx, thus far. I have much more to lose, but I am half way there! I love the “Blast” and “Thunder,” especially. I am going to hit it again hard this new coming year in January, since I backed off as these holiday plans & travels pulled me away and I hope to see you all there in 2025!

My husband and I have been members of Hotworx for several years now and we absolutely LOVE it!! We’ve been to several Hotworx locations and this one is definitely top-notch and they go above and beyond in cleanliness! But not just that, the owner Mitzi and her staff are so super helpful and kind! They really make you feel welcome and they truly want you to succeed! Staff member Charlee is always helpful and smiling, very sweet! You can feel the community atmosphere that is also promoted when they have events at the studio that promote local businesses as well. This is the best HOTWORX location! I have a sweat everywhere pass, but I love coming here the most. The entire staff is friendly and ultra helpful, especially Charlee and the other lady who works up front. It is always clean, even during unstaffed hours and busy times. I used go do CG but needed workouts available 24/7!! I HATE working out in the Texas heat, but for some reason I can do it just fine in a sauna and feel so much better after! It’s addicting! AMAZING GYM, AMAZING PEOPLE, AND AMAZING WORKOUTS…I have been working out at HOTWORX Cedar Hill since they open. From the moment you walk in with the warm welcoming from staff members to the actual workout in a sauna has been life changing. I have changed my fitness routine throughout the years with regular gym memberships to working out with videos; I can honestly say, this one top all of them. I am seeing my body change and my muscle strength and endurance increasing. Hands down this is the best choice with fitness I have made. I get to workout for 15 minutes and burn over 350 calories in one session…what more can a girl ask for.
