Getting a membership at hotworx was the best decision! I have always loved to sweat and layer up when working out, and hotworx’s saunas make it so easy to sweat and burn extra fat! I came in not knowing what I was getting myself into, but Jimena was so helpful in walking me through all the different kinds of exercises and even suggesting where to start for a beginner. Every time I come in, the girls are so nice and David is so helpful whenever I have workout or even nutrition question. It’s really nice to see high energy people at a place like this, where you want to better yourself or maintain the best version of yourself. Since my old gym closed last year, I was looking for a gym that was not your typical gym like fitness project or planet fitness because I always felt so lost and intimidated. I also like guided instruction but someplace affordable. HOTWORX offers that with virtual instructions on classes you select. You have a variety to do isometric workouts like yoga and barre none to stretching or if you want, just relax in the sauna to detox. It’s insane how much more calories you’ll burn with infrared sauna. Plus they also have a free weight section which has been awesome to tone. I’ve lost 30+ lbs and have been able to maintain because the love and crave I have to sweat in the sauna is indescribable. You have to try it for yourself!!

I'm so glad Conroe finally got a Hotworx! The gym is very clean and well kept. Equipment is always working. Easy to schedule an appointment or move times if you need to or come by for a pop in. I've been coming to this location for 2yrs and have always had an outstanding experience. After having several friends and coworkers sign up for Hotworx I finally decided to join 3 months ago and have seen a tremendous change in no only my waistline but in my energy levels and mobility!
I've been going to HOTWORX a few times a week even if it's just for a 15 minute class in the sauna. I love that it’s a 24 hour facility and the workouts are prerecorded And modified for any level of expertise. It makes the experience less daunting especially since I haven’t consistently been in the gym in a few years.

I’ve been going to HW for 3 months now and love it. I’m a SAHM so the 24/7 access is nice when my husband is home to watch the kids. Sweating at every session is so detoxifying and such a stress reliever for me. But let me brag about how incredibly CLEAN this location is. The staff is always busy cleaning and organizing. I hate exercising and working out, but this place is amazing. I did the Pilates class, and came out sweating and looking like I fell in a pool. With that description, I felt worked out, and not just tired. The staff were beyond friendly, and after the workout signed up for a membership and looking forward to coming back all the time! WARNING BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.. . These reviews look questionable-like if you give us 5-stars on Google we will give you a discount on your membershio type reviews. I am giving two stars because of the access to location and I do feel the lady who greeted me was friendly.

First, employees and/or owners should not have their child or a kid hanging around the gym near saunas or equipment especially if they are experiencing sickness ( coughing and congestion).

Secondly, warn gym members of cleaning chemicals in spray bottles that are bought from Costco because the chemicals could cause an allergic reaction as it's being absorbed through the skin using the rags to wipe off the equipment. Toxic chemicals are not healthy, BUT I guess if you sweat it out in the infrared sauna you should be okay.

Third, the cycling video clearly states that you must secure your feet with the pedal straps. However, you can't do that when the straps are broken.

Also, if you weren't having to focus on a child you I think you would have noticed the TV wasn't working. That's a big part of the guest workout, correct?!

Please purchase new seats for the bikes. Nobody wants to sit on an half padded broken pleather

I joined after my daughter invited me to the free session, I was hesitant because I wasn’t a fan of yoga. Now I have been coming to this gym for over a month. I really like it because my daughter and I work out together. Just tried first session (Warrior), and feel great! I’m a former heated yogi, and this was right up my alley. Yet, they also offer so many other types of sessions and I can save more time.

The gym itself is clean, gear is thoughtful for a solid workout, and the saunas were spotless. The privacy a sauna allows, or even the limited class size, makes it feel like a more personal workout session.

I signed up right away for the Sweat Here membership and bought the towel, mat, gloves, and backpack.

The hospitality was impeccable. I would give it 47 stars if I could. Originally I was skeptical about the heat/infrared workout concept but now I’m completely addicted and love everything about the Conroe Hotworx! The staff is incredible: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and constantly work to maintain the appearance & cleanliness of the facility. The workouts have actually been successful in resolving previous health issues. It WORKS!!!

I love working out here as they have a variety of classes to choose from. You can actually get a full body workout in as little as 15-30 minutes depending on which class you take. A big plus is the gym is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is what I call a Gym!!!!! The atmosphere is soooo welcoming! Coming in from Florida moving to Conroe we wanted to find a good gym that we could get a personalized experience at and this Hotworx delivered! So thankful for the staff as they are literally the BEST! SO FUN, SO WELCOMING but MOST of all the workouts are GREAT!!!! Two months into my weight loss journey and I’ve lost 35 pounds so far. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you give this gym a try! Happy that we took that leap of faith and gave this gym our loyalty it was the best decision we could’ve made.

HotWorx - Conroe has been an amazing experience! I joined in January when I was in a depressed state. I hadn't worked out in a few years and in that time had gained a considerable amount of weight, and had been dealing with knee and hip pain as a result. I was hesitant to try it, worried that I would overheat, but I forced myself and after just one week, my energy level increased. The infrared saunas are awesome. They help with flexibility, as well as aches and pains. And no matter how hard I workout, no matter how many squats and lunges I've done, my legs don't hurt the next day. I'm also not a huge sweater in general, but I pour sweat throughout my sessions, which makes me feel like I've accomplished more.

I also really enjoy the personalization of the sessions. I am in control of what I choose to do, and there are sessions available 24/7 so it's been easy to fit in sessions. Short on time? They have 15 minute HIIT sessions. Have the time to spare? Try a 40 minute Isometric workout. Or do both, the choice is yours!

I've recently started using the HotWorx app to track my workouts, and joined in on the monthly challenge. That has really boosted my commitment level even more. I'm competing with myself more than anything, but to be able to check my sessions off on my card at the front and see what others are doing adds to the motivation.

Last, but certainly not least, the staff is absolutely wonderful!! Sarah and Briana work really hard to make sure the gym is absolutely spotless and sanitary, and are constantly cleaning. I have never seen a cleaner gym! And it feels wonderful to walk in to their smiling faces. They always make me feel welcomed and at home, and they happily answer all of my questions. I just adore them!

I am glad I gave HotWorx - Conroe a try! I am feeling like myself again, have lost weight, and feel so good inside and out. I am in this for the long haul 💪

i recently joined hotworx and i love working out in the saunas and really feeling like i get a good workout in. the sessions are all fast and go quick so you can do multiple workouts in a day. the staff have all been super sweet and helpful with showing you how the saunas work.

I love the fact that you can reschedule sessions without getting penalized. You can go as many times a day as you want. The staff is always friendly. The club is always clean. Overall it is a great place! Highly recommend checking it out!

My friend Michelle dragged me out to give this place a shot. The first day was so much fun and hawt! The facility is clean and staff polite. I love how you can be in your own room with the light off I don't feel like anyone is staring. The classes are super motivating and I can't wait to see some changes! Loving this new way to work out, and the fact that it only takes me 15 minutes is awesome as my schedule is crazy. Easy, simple and they are always OPEN, which is nice. Book my sessions on my phone and in and out in no time. Feels great having fun because the virtual instructors are excellent!
