I'm not worried about the cleanliness or how friendly the staff is it's a gym. Has anyone lost any WEIGHT and if yes how long did it take? How many times per week did you workout? How long was each workout session?

It’s a few days into my membership and I’m so happy to have joined this gym! The gym itself is clean and the staff is so welcoming. I love having the sauna with just myself and my friend when we exercise (and talk about breaking a sweat!). The gym is run well and I wanted to give special thanks to Allyson!! She made sure I had every question I could think of answered before signing up. It’s nice knowing that there are managers like her that have transparency especially when it comes to gym membership. I’m excited to be a part of this gym!!

Shoutout to allyson! Because of her I signed up to Hotworx/ discovered Hotworx and put so many of my friends on. I moved out the state but she has the best personality ever! And loved to see the hard work she puts on. I wish there was a HOTWORX close to me in the NY area but I hope to soon!

This is the best HOTWORX location with the best manager. She is friendly, always gives me words of affirmation and overall a great human! Love the environment that she has created within the studio.

This spot is super clean, well kept, and fun to workout in! The sauna workouts are a whole new level of challenging. The manager, Allyson, was so cheerful and helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process very easy for me to join the facility. She also took the time to explain the cancellation policy so there would be no surprises should I have to cancel my membership. Highly recommend!

OMG!!!! Allyson was a pure delight! I’ve been going to hotworx now for about 2 years and it’s been nothing short of amazing!! I’ve gone to both of Allyson’s locations (Lakewood and Uptown). She hold her studio to HIGH standards. Very personal, understand, and know the ins and outs of hotworx! I am a cheer coach and I reached out to her to host my cheer teams to come and work out as one of their conditioning trainings. She closed the whole hotworx out for us for an hour so we can come and train. She made sure that everything was in order for us. Both of her locations were so clean and smelled phenomenal!! A solid 20/10!! If anyone has anything to say negative about her studios are just miserable and trying to find something to complain about! Allyson keep being amazing! This girl deserves a raise! We love hotworx!!

Cool place to workout. The saunas are available 24hours a day. You must purchase their special mat and towel mat to workout in the saunas. Free weight area in the back. Clean facility.

I really like this location and this workout! I use to attend the Mckinney location but driving thru uptown and find parking gave me anxiety! Lol so I switched this one. The customer service is always spot on, the facility is always cleaned or being clean, and I earn the burn!! I frequently workout in my little room by myself and i focus and push through💪.
