I tried Hotworx for a free class since I wanted to incorporate non lifting workouts into my routine. Before even attempting to do the free class, the front desk woman was already trying to sign me up. “So you going to sign up today, we only have a $15 sign up fee..” but I hadn’t even checked out the class yet. I didn’t sign up eventually but that’s a lot cause 30 min in the sauna made me dizzy so I figured not for me. Also I find it a bit scammy after signing up, customers are forced to buy a Hotworx yoga mat and cannot bring their own.

Great facility, clean set up otherwise but I won’t be going back.

I love this place but one thing that has been frustrating is a lot of slot times are taken and no one shows up. They need to have a system where they charge if you don’t cancel your time slot/show up.

Bri was excellent to speak to today! She walked me through understanding my membership and my future options to other locations. Bri even told me she'd reach out to me by the end of the month to help me figure out my future options which helps me alot since I travel for work. Highly recommend working with Bri at the Uptown Hotworx location :)

Do NOT sign up for this scam. The rooms smell extremely funky as it’s not maintained as they like you to believe. Even if you cancel a membership they will charge you like there’s no tomorrow. You’re better off having a traditional membership at a gym. This place is awful. Worst experience of my life

Did the free trial and thinking of signing up soon. Add another membership to the expenses. Staff was friendly and explained everything. Nice amenities and doesn't smell like a normal gym which is a big plus. Def got good workouts in. Would recommend trying it out.

Did a trial class here and thought everyone was nice, but most of the things I was told ended up not being true. for example if I forgot my mat I could borrow one, then there was a $5 charge. I was also told I could borrow bands etc, but when I asked they told me I had to buy them from the vending machine. I dont necessarily think that is a problem, but dont like being lied to

I’m pretty sure everyone around me is annoyed with me talking about this place so much hahah. I love it! I think the concept of HOTWORX is so genius. I’ve been going for three weeks now and it has been a game changer for more energy and focus throughout the day. I also love the fact that it is 24hrs and can hop in a sauna whenever I’d like. I would highly recommend!

This was my first visit to this particular location. It was very clean and organized, however I do have 2 suggestions. I am an early bird, therefore I shower at the gym and head over to work. There were no towels at this locations. Every other locations has plenty of towels for our needs. Also there was no hand soap in the restroom. Also, not my favorite place to go early in the morning, since I had a man follow me to the door and then try to push buttons to get inside once I quickly closed the door. Kinda scary.

They don’t tell you that you have to give a 2 months notice before you cancel your membership and you have to stay for at least 3 months. So be ready to pay at least 5 months.

2 out of the 3 times we’ve come we’ve had problems with the equipment not working. First the bikes were falling apart, literally. And twice now we either cannot hear our instructor video, or it’s so low we can barley hear it.

Knowing these sessions are so short I’d say working equipment is imperative, especially when you come during unstaffed hours.

This gym is amazing! If you are looking to shake up your workout routine this is the place for you. I love the unique sauna experience and the facility is always incredibly clean. Leah and True have made me feel very welcome and are always extremely helpful when I have a question or a request. I was very hesitant to sign up initially because a gym has to be a good fit but Leah and True made me feel like part of the group the minute i walked into the door. Thanks for all your hard work ladies! I would absolutely recommend HOTWORX to anyone adventurous enough to give it a try.

The Hotworx in Uptown Dallas is amazing. If you are looking for a great work out in a short amount of time at an affordable price you've come to the right place. These workouts are challenging, fun, and make you SWEAT because of their infrared heat energy. This is like no other work out. On top that the staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and energetic about the work they do. If you are interested don't hesitate to stop by!

Absolutely incredible facility. If you are looking for an exceptional workout, in a shorter amount of time, you have walked into the right gym. The staff have a tremendous wealth of knowledge, are courteous, friendly, and helpful. You will likely have your best and most intense workouts at Hotworx and be thankful you participated.

The concept of working out in a sauna is (to me) revolutionary and highly invigorating. You will undoubtedly achieve greater results in a lesser amount of time. During and after each session I feel motivated, energized, and (thankfully) alive. I would highly recommend Hotworx to anyone looking to try something different, and earn more from their regular (and likely boring) workout routine.

This is the most amazing workout facility I've seen!!!! The staff is amazing and I love working out in the saunas. I have never felt more detoxed than after doing one or two of these classes. Hot Buns and the Blast Class are my fav. There's never a wait for a class and the building is open 24 hours which is great for my schedule. The layout makes it easy to find your class and the weight machines are some of the best in the industry. I highly recommend Hotworx and the Uptown location is impeccable.
