I've been a Hotworx user for a couple of years and transferred to this studio in February of this year. I'm leaving this review because I've been unable to get anyone at the studio to repair or replace the faulty equipment.

My partner and I do not come during staffed hours, but have left several post-its regarding faulty equipment. Some of the equipment has been non-functional for weeks or even months. Two of the rowers stick badly and unpredictability (the two on the outside) causing you to slide from the seat in an unsafe manner, the center blast machine doesn't have a working screen, the center bike tension cannot be adjusted and the far left bike cannot be height adjusted. One of the saunas has also been 'out of order' for the entire duration of our membership. We come to workout together and the fact that two machines are down in each of the cardio rooms makes this impossible for those sessions.

I would not recommend this studio unless you have no interest in cardio (I imagine all of the equipment will go out at some point and will it be fixed then?) and definitely not if you plan to come with a friend or partner to work out together.

The overall idea of HotWorx is so great and I love working out here. This review is in regards to the amazing staff members who were so helpful. I had some issues with canceling to move locations, but the girls were so accommodating. After a hiccup with cancellation, Mary was able to swiftly get it resolved and was so kind! Great staff members!!!

I’ve been a loyal HotWorx fan and have encouraged many of my friends to join because I truly love the workouts and the concept. However, this particular location consistently falls short when it comes to upkeep and customer service. The bicycles are often out of order and can take weeks to be repaired, which is frustrating for those of us who rely on them for our sessions. Additionally, the vending machine is frequently out of water, which is a basic amenity that should be maintained. Compared to other HotWorx locations, this one lacks the attentiveness and responsiveness that makes the brand so great. I hope to see improvements soon because I genuinely want to keep recommending this place.

Came back to add a 5 star rating for this Hotworx studio. I previously gave it a 1 star bc the saunas were being turned off and I couldn’t get a hold of the studio manager. Since speaking with the owner, saunas are no longer being turned off, benches are available again to sit on in the hall and the sauna maintains a clean atmosphere. I’m so happy they listen to customers’ voices and make positive changes. This is def. one of my favorite studios to workout in- clean, many classes available and a huge location.

I want to love it because I can’t beat the convenience of this location on my way to work, but it just feels dirty. The floors all throughout (bathrooms too) and the saunas need a good vacuum.

HOTWORX delivers a great infrared sauna workout experience, with standout staff, especially Tassierra. Her warm welcome, expertise, and enthusiasm makes my visits more enjoyable and motivating. Kinsley has also been very helpful, but both of their attention and care truly set the experience apart from other locations. Highly recommend!

The Denton UNT location is by far my best experience! They have 10 saunas. Much larger than any of the other locations. They have 10 saunas so you never have to wait to take a class.

I had a pleasure of visiting the Denton, TX location while I was in town. I had been several times to the Vegas location so once I saw they had a location I had to check it out. I really enjoyed the Hot Pilates workout and having access to the FX Zone was great before my workout. Would definitely visit again.

As a guy, I wasn’t sure how I would like it since it’s not a traditional gym. But I LOVE this place! The heat and guided training are excellent. So many different options from beginner to expert. Every time I walk out I feel amazing. Can’t wait to get back in for my next session. I’d like to add how professional the staff is here.
