I was just grabbing a bite next door when I stumbled upon the most fun little parking lot pop-up at Hotworx Cimarron Plaza — and I’m so glad I did! There were local vendors with coffee, fresh juice, jewelry, raffles, and even wellness goodies (yes, I snagged some Lion’s Mane and a few sparkly things I definitely didn’t need but couldn’t resist). The energy was amazing, and the Hotworx staff were genuinely welcoming, helping me get set up for a class on the spot. I’m already a fan of the franchise, but this location takes the cake — great vibes, great people, and such a prime spot in Cimarron Plaza. Sometimes the best experiences really are the unplanned ones!

I’ve officially completed 90 days at HOTWORX and I’m obsessed! The experience has been amazing from day one. Any time I’ve had questions, the staff has been super helpful. One of my favorite things is that I can access it 24/7, so if I randomly feel motivated at 2 AM, I can go! I have been going here for a bit more than a year and the staff has always been great and friendly. The place is kept clean, it is truly a 24/7 gym so even when staff is not there you can take a class or use the weight room in the back. Im giving it 4 stars only because the weight room which they call the FX zone is smaller than I would like, but it does have all you need for a decent workout! I would recommend!

Love!! I’m always unsure about going to fitness studios, they could be intimidating. But I love the option you have to work out by yourself and/or with a friend or two! & Victoria was the sweetest! I was hesitant at first, being that I’m used to the traditional HIIT workouts/free weights. Rather the classes completely changed my perspective. Having both a workout and sauna going on at the same time feels great. Everyday after a workout, I never feel a sense of soreness. I would also add that Santiago was a pleasure to work with. Im obsessed with this place. These workout are absolutely amazing but i do have one complain. Been coming since November to the west location and its been some time now where some machines are always out of service. I understand things happen but i do think they are lacking on maintenance because since each room only has 3 spots even one broken machine definitely is an inconvenience. Hopefully they can give this issue the attention it requires. Other than that, could not recommend it enough!

This hidden gem is amazing! They have great customer service, the rooms are pristine, it’s never busy like traditional gyms, and you get a full gym with weights in the back! Whether I’m focusing on burning fat or building muscle, Hotworx offers all the tools I need. I wish this gym was around when I use to compete! I could spend an hour in the stairmaster and not burn as much as I do in 30 minutes in these sauna rooms.

Hotworx is one of my favorite gyms. Big variety on things to workout; yoga, isometric exercises, bands, warrior, rowing, full body and cycling. Friendly greeting/ Very welcoming and positive and after acknowledging it was my first time, the manager proceeded to show me around and inquire about my exercising interests, habits and experience. I made an appointment for a hot Pilates class.

My appointment was confirmed via telephone the day before .
Once I arrived I introduced myself and I I was informed that I did not have an appointment and “the girl” who made the appointment did not schedule my class.

The girl then proceeds to tell me that yoga class is better and it’s about to start.

This girl never apologized for the confusion instead she starts and tries to sell me different classes.

She never introduced herself and referred to the co worker as the “girl”.

Needless to say I left having wasted my morning.
