I love this place. The front staff are always helpful and very friendly. What I enjoy most is I can book a spot for any exercise in advance. I typically will book two or three and do them back to back. The workout videos are great and very motivational. There are free weights, a restroom and best of all.... A contest to win money! Yes, you can earn up to $75.00 a quarter just by working out and logging your calories. You can use this money for swag or to reduce your monthly dues.

If you are serious about getting a good workout in, HIIT or yoga, this is the place for you. I started in April when they opened, and have gone from 206lbs to 185lbs. Sweat 💦💦💦 those pounds away. I can't wait to see my cholesterol numbers in July.

Hotworx makes me feel less intimidated to use , I am able to be alone and mentally get out of the gym background noise and the intimidation of not doing something right with the machines. A Life-Changing Experience at HOTWORX

HOTWORX Eastlake has truly been a game-changer for me. After years of struggling with tough health issues and honestly losing hope in myself, finding this place felt like discovering a second chance. The infrared heated workouts have not only helped me rebuild my physical health but have also played a huge role in helping me reconnect with myself mentally and emotionally.

The studio is absolutely pristine—every piece of equipment is spotless and well-maintained, creating a space that feels both energizing and safe.

As someone (Gordita) who has little confidence and feels uncomfortable working out in large crowds, the environment is peaceful, motivating, and welcoming, which is exactly what I needed to start this new chapter in my health journey.

A huge shoutout to Alexay, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. From day one, she made me feel seen, heard, and encouraged. Her guidance and kindness gave me the confidence to keep going, even on the hard days. She genuinely cares and it shows.

Edit to their response: Again, there is little communication when equipment is down or sanitation wipes are out. There’s no excuse for not at a minimum telling members when saunas are down or you’re out of sanitation supplies. Still no accountability from you guys. You guys run a fitness sauna based gym…no sanitation supplies for three days while people are sweating heavily is disgusting. Buy cleaning supplies from somewhere else.

This location lacks communication and accountability. And has zero consideration for cleanliness/ sanitation.

There have been a handful of times where machines have been inoperable or entire saunas have been down. They don’t always block them out or communicate they’re down. So you’ll show up expecting a certain workout but won’t be able to complete it because it’s broke. It’s very inconvenient.

They were also out of sanitary wipes for three days in a row. Their excuse was “they were on back order”. Which was extremely frustrating because the studio was pretty gross during that time. I don’t understand why they couldn’t purchase wipes somewhere else or communicated with members that they needed to bring their own.

When I spoke to their staff via text about my concerns there wasn’t a whole lot of accountability, I’ve included the text message thread.

Also, if you want to cancel due to being unhappy with the studios operations be prepared to pay heavy fees or lengthy term agreements.

It has been amazing! The convenience of being able to go 24/7 is great for parents, everyone has been extremely respectful and the best part is it’s clean. You can choose from several classes, my favorite have been HotCycle, HotCore, and HotBuns. Love this gym.

The staff there is great! they are always really nice, welcoming, and attentive! Also, I’ve been a part of other “gyms” and this is nothing like what any other could offer. I actually have seen a big difference. Losing water weight in the areas I need to and gaining muscle in all the right places. Love coming to these classes, it started off with one a day but I’m up to 3/day 6/7 times per week! The classes are fun & go by quickly, the results are addicting! I got my sister to join. The fact that it’s open 24/7 makes it easier to squeeze in some gym time.

At very least you’re looking at a 5 month commitment if you can cancel within the first 3 months (60day cancellation notice). I’ve wasted more time and money and on less. Happy I joined!

Nothing to do with the employees, they are wonderful.
The videos are repetitive and become monotonous. They are changed every three months which seems like a year.
Most importantly, if you become a member and realize that it is not for you, cancel your membership asap before 12 weeks as they will charge you an additional two months.
Yep, " I'd like to cancel my membership".
Employee: May I ask why?
Me: Because of the variety of videos this company offers, they can get pretty boring after one month.
Employee: ok, thank you so much, your membership will be cancelled in 60 days.
Me: 60 days meaning I will pay the two months for a gym I will not be attending for lack services ?
Employee : yes.

Good lord. I understand one month but two? Definitely not recommending this company.

First off, The front desk girls are AMAZING & I always leave feeling incredible! Such a great workout.

However whoever owns this specific franchise NEEDS to figure out the power & internet outage issues QUICK! Driving 20 mins to find that the power is out or the virtual instruction is not working is extremely frustrating. This happens at least once a week! Get it together please! 🙏
