The practices are shady. You HAVE to rent or buy their branded yoga mat and towel for double the price of what a hot yoga mat costs. The rental is $5 per session. By the way amazon sells yoga mats specifically made from thermoplastic elastomers that you are not allowed to bring in. It has to be their branded stuff. This is also something that is not said during the sign up. Otherwise the facility is clean and the staff is nice but I won't renew the membership. The membership is 6 months. Cancelation on the membership is $99 bucks.

Awesome gym. Great classes. Nice staff. Shady business practices. They train the young ladies to omit the price for the mat and towel that are required. During the orientation she says I can get the required equipment by earning points. The points chart went up to $75 so I assumed the package with all the basics would not be more than that. Boy was I wrong! After they signed me up, turns out its $139 for ONLY the mat and towel. If you want all the bands they recommend then it goes up to $216. Both my daughter and I signed up. That's $280 for ONLY the mat and towel. I left feeling cheated. Will be canceling. Too bad. Thought this would be a good fit for us.

0/0 professionalism. I called because I left my yoga mat, first they said they had it then they said they didn’t, and then they said someone already claimed it. Called again and said they couldn’t check cameras even though they can check when you bring guest during unstaffed hours. On top of that after getting 3 different stories the manager didn’t even bother to call back. This definitely isn’t my first poor experience there, but definitely never my experience at the other locations.

You’d think 15 to 30 min would get you a good work out but it does better than an hour at a regular gym. It’s always different so you don’t bore easily, and you can fit it into any schedule. I would definitely recommend!

I was skeptical of the cleanliness when I joined 5 months ago but I’ve noticed they maintain the facility well even when I come during unstaffed hours- the other members are respectful and I’m able to get in quick and effective workouts with their 15-minute revolving class-scheduling.

I really enjoy the workouts. Unfortunately, the business practices are another story. Key details, like the six-month commitment and the extra $5/month charge for not having a second payment method, are only disclosed after you’ve signed up. The contract is sent to your email only once enrollment is complete, making it impossible to make a fully informed decision up front.

Frida was the one who signed me up, and she was fully aware that I didn’t know about these terms. She knowingly withheld that information and later acknowledged that this approach is intentional and part of how staff are trained—to secure sign-ups before customers understand the full terms. That kind of deception is disappointing, especially from a gym that otherwise offers a great experience.

I think what was most disappointing was Frida's indirerence and inability to care.

A great workout isn't enough on its own. Trust and transparency matter just as much.

I recently joined HOTWORX Gym, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and gave me a thorough tour of the facilities.

The sauna rooms themselves were top-notch. The temperatures were just right, and the rooms were pristine. The calming ambient lighting and the quiet environment made it easy to workout.

Staff are so sweet and friendly and so helpful they keep the place so clean answer any questions you may have. Staf are always walking around making sure the equipment is clean and saunas are kept on for clients. This place is more spacious then some of the other locations I've been to. I always prefer choosing this location. I also noticed they change the videos more often than other Locations which is so nice. I love HOTWORX so much it’s so private and you feel so safe and comfortable during your workouts.

I spoke with the Manager, Olga a couple of weeks ago and she advised that there was equipment that needed to be purchased prior to starting. I asked her why this was never told to me when I signed up and she said said I should have asked and hung up on me. Very rude and disappointing especially since I was told the facility would open in 4 weeks when it took them 91/2 weeks to open.
