The blast bikes are in need of maintenance the watts reader were broken on two of them the bike I use squeaks really bad hard to concentrate on virtual coach. Also the resistance is very loose can only have it on heavy resistance or it would just fall into the lowest resistance.

I have been to 6 different HOTWORX across the nation and this is BY FAR the CLEANIEST, and most friendly, driving community and wellness. I never have to worry if the studio and equipment are cleaned and sanitized. I have met folks that are kind and respectful and there is no comparing and judging in this place. Its peaceful and welcoming! Best HW I've found and I'm lucky to now live close by!

Unfortunately, this HOTWORX location hasn’t been the best about keeping up with the maintenance of the machines that you use inside of the saunas. Two out of three bikes don’t work in room number six yet the app still allows you to book a spot in that sauna. It’s the same situation with the hot blast machines. They technically work, but the handles are loose, the pedals are loose and most of the seats are loose. It’s really disappointing to pay $80 a month to be able to visit HOTWORX locations all around, and the one that’s closest to my home is so poorly maintained. I sure hate that.

I should note that the ladies at the front are always kind when I report the issues, and they assure me that they’ll be taken care of, but some of the bikes have been in disrepair for several months… Hopefully they’ll get those taken care of soon

Workouts and how convenient it is to work out is great. However, there are issues with bikes not working and people not booking the bikes that stay in the room. The issue of people not booking spots and staying in the rooms is ridiculous. It’s difficult to enjoy your workout when equipment is broken and people aren’t booking spots. It’s already limited as is and that makes it worse.

Genuinely love this place! The infrared has done so much for my skin and has helped me recover from severe asthma attacks over the past year. While not promised, I love solo workout sessions but not too bothered when someone else has booked with me. Other members seem friendly and respectful and the place is pretty clean. Hate I have to cancel but I’ll be back!

Very great customer service awesome staff , however if you are on a budget THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! There are a few disclosures that aren’t revealed! You get promo which is free hr to workout & check things out great it will sell itself because your getting double the calories melt/ least the time, however the fees are ridiculous! 59.99 only location you can visit w/ no trainer that’s fine also 79.99 you get a trainer, any location meal prep ok great! Do Not go online membership $99 including monthly fee plus tax! My bad I went online! Total $170 1) I received an overdraft fee because they drafted without consent 59.99 called them was not willing to refund! I said forget it I’m going to get my money’s worth! I go polite lady says…2)I can not utilize Pilates/ yoga UNLESS I pay $80 dollar for a mat/ idk 🤷‍♀️😳 she lost me with the $80 I want a refund at this point so a current member comes in wants to cancel membership 2) he’s told it will be $99 to cancel!! 💰💰💰my thoughts are this establishment isn’t for everyone!! Instead of charging for every single thing in my opinion, the owner may want to assess what’s more important money/customer value! I felt hoodwinked!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, it is clean, it is friendly, they have fun rewards and celebrations. It can be a completely solo experience or you can engage with others. This place is so affordable and has changed my body and mind completely, even if you go and just lay and stretch you're getting major benefits. I could go on but I love HOTWORX!

I've been a member at HOTWORX for about 42 days. When I signed up I specifically asked the agent would I be under contract. She said there were no contracts, but I would have to give a 60-day notice when or if I wanted to cancel. I've tried all of the HITT workouts on multiple occasions and decided sauna style workouts are not for me. Today I went to the Forney branch to submit my 60-day notice. The general manager said I had to be a member for 90-days before I could put in a 60-day notice, and that if I wanted to cancel immediately I could pay $99. Greedy would be an understatement to describe this "policy".

This post is for TRANSPARENCY so that you are not deceived by HOTWORX. The agent who signed me up was not transparent about the membership and did not show me what I was signing. I take full responsibility not requiring to see the contract prior to signing and will not make that mistake in the future.

I was excited to try this style of workout. Unfortunately it was not to my liking, this is not to say it will not be to yours. This review is solely based on HOTWORX being misleading, despite the response from the owner, and very greedy as an organization. Fortunately, my reason to cancel is not financial so they can keep robbing me for 4 more months.

Edit: As I previously mentioned, I am responsible for not requiring your employee to show me the contract before signing and for not following up after it was signed. I trusted her words which was naive of me, but that does not invalidate my experience. I said what I said.

Being transparent is saying if you want to try HOTWORX for more than 3 days you have to stay a minimum of 5 months. We require you to stay 90-days before you can put in a 60-day notice.

Hotworx is where it is at. The staff is amazing and so accommodating. They truly are invested in the getting their clients to their best level of physical fitness (just ask them)! Maggie and Gage are a dream team and I always look forward to working out while they are there (lots of laughs and smiles). I have been here since they opened and my body is still ever changing from the workouts. The other members that I have had the privilege of working out with are a blessing! As a former gym rat in my 20’s and 30’s I was skeptical how a 15 minute session could actually be worth the time. But, turning 40 at the beginning of the pandemic gave me a new appreciation for what being out of shape feels like. I have been pleasantly surprised by Hotworx Forney. It’s all self managed. The workouts are just long enough that you feel like you did something, and you can stack multiple workouts back to back if you need to raise your difficulty. They also have a cable multi-gym and free weights, Yoga blocks / rollers for use during ISO, etc. All in all, for the cost you really can’t beat the flexibility and the hot sauna aspect of it is really a great way to walk in, get a good quick burn, and get back to your day.

For ladies who might need a little more secure feeling, the place is access controlled, and there’s a locking restroom with a very nicely equipped shower if you need to clean up to head back to work, or errands.

My only constructive criticism would be a couple of minor fit issues on the rowers. My size 13 don’t fit in the straps so I either have to wear a Vans or go barefoot to be securely locked in. I hope they’ll address this small fitment issue. Granted this is VERY minor inconvenience as everything else is 10/10.

I’d also like to see a wider cold drink selection and maybe a paid towel service. This would push it over the top for flex / convenience.

But as it is, you can absolutely show up and workout with nothing but the clothes on your back, and that’s a definite plus if you live in Leggings anyway :)P

Definitely a strong recommendation from me for anyone looking to get back at the grind.
