I have recently started coming to this location. The staff here are very nice and try to greet you by name and a smile. I recently met Elizabeth here. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me understand the correct posture for a lot of the moves. Thanks for the advice and being such a great friend. No changes, I really enjoy coming to this location. I never have a hard time scheduling a session and the other clientele are very friendly. I have to say that this place is amazing. I will never stop coming here. I've had numerous soft tissues injuries that have haunted me for many years. A few months of doing this and I feel amazing, no more the lingering issues I've experienced. If you come make sure you ask for Elizabeth, she's great. Elizabeth makes the whole process simple and stress free, she'll talk with you like she's your friend not like your a customer. Great experience, improved health and good vibes.

I unfortunately read other poor reviews about the cancellation process with this establishment a little too late. When I signed up, I knew I would be moving in several months and talked with the person who signed me up about it. She did explain that I cannot cancel for 3 months, which was not an issue so I signed up. I moved and didn’t cancel before I left so I called up the camp Bowie location to see how to cancel. She was fully aware of my sign up date and said if I came in person I could cancel but that there would be the cancellation fee (which is high) but I was unable to come in. She stated that would be okay, I just need to email the franchise owner directly and state that I am okay with them charging the cancellation fee and that I would like to cancel my membership effective immediately. The owner did not respond for an entire month so I emailed again once I noticed an additional monthly charge. Once she finally responded she said it was a five month period, not three that I had initially been told. She explained it was a 3 month program with a 60 day cancellation notice. None of her employees seemed to be aware of this at all, which I don’t blame them for because that’s honestly ridiculous. I’m still going back and forth with the franchise owner via email, but what an extremely poor experience with this franchise. I do not recommend giving them your money, it’s honestly not worth it.

I actually enjoyed the gym quite a bit. I wish they would change the workout videos, but that’s just the way Hotworx is. But my cancellation experience has been so HORRIBLE that it turned my whole experience here around. I’ve been trying to cancel for two months now and they literally won’t let me. Every time they try and scheme me to stay or say they’re going to charge me additional fees or telling me I can’t cancel (I tried canceling at the beginning of the month).Then I try and cancel at the end of the month, as they told me to do, and they say I have to pay and use the gym for 2 more months and then I can cancel?! Why not tell me that in the first place!! They really are one of those money scheming gyms I’d stay away from. Unless you like being lied to and cheated out of hundreds of dollars, of course.

I joined this location in January 2024 and have become obsessed with it! I try to get in six workouts each week. The place is extremely clean and I feel safe attending at any time, day or night! The people that work there are very helpful. However, Elizabeth has gone out of her way to assist me since day one-whether its using the app, scheduling, or buying merchandise. I always give her gold stars whenever I see her! Clone her please!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I have to say this is the best workout for me. I’m not trying to become some hot super model, but like to get tone and relax after work. Elizabeth is one of the most professional and sweetest persons working here. She has always gone out of her way to help me and any other member. The whole staff is great. Not sure all locations are lucky enough to have the staff that Camp Bowie has.

I always get a great workout here! It's not a big location so it's not overwhelming or too difficult to get in the specific training saunas when I book. I often see Elizabeth when I come in, and she is always smiling when she greets me! She is also very helpful when I have a question or concern! 10/10

I have been to multiple locations, West 7th, Burleson, Colleyville and even one in Arkansas. This studio is very clean, the availability to work out by myself in the sauna is very open, which is a big plus for me. The staff is not a bunch of teens which is also a big plus, as they tend to be loud and obnoxious during my work outs. The vibe at this studio is excellent I am happy to have joined here.

I like the set up of this place. There is not a lot of traffic the times I’ve been. The staff greeted me which is nice. Most of my other sweat spots have towels in their shower room. That’s the reason for my 3 star rating.
