Love working out here. Low impact, easy to schedule and since their classes run 24/7 I can always make it work with my schedule.

I love that I am able to come in at my own convenience and have access to an unlimited amount of workouts. The membership terms and cancellation policy were confusing but staff was able to clarify additional questions after I signed. I do wish mat/towel were less expensive but also know they are made from high quality material to withstand the infrared sauna heat. The studio is kept very clean during staffed hours and everyone is always friendly. This is the place I like to come to for my physical and mental well being. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the traditional global gym.

Great concept but the business concept feels clunky and weird. You can go workout but if it's during staffed hours you have to take their mats and towels which run you a total of about $100. You can get the same type of towels and mats on Amazon for much less. They say they have to have mats for the floors because they don't hold up well. That doesn't sound like they planned long-term. If you get a membership here, be ready for a start up fee + the towels and mat. Then, you have to schedule your workou which is time consuming if you only pop in for a few minutes. I love the idea but I canceled my membership because it made working out a chore when it's supposed to be relaxing. I do not recommend.

Super nice facility, such a shame rude people work there. I have the sweat everywhere membership and i’ve been a member for almost 2 years, going to different places. this one has the worst management i’ve ever seen. i’ve only gone twice to this one and each time i was treated horribly. the most recent time, i brought a guest with me during staffed hours and when i asked for a waiver for my friend to sign, the lady responded with “she needs to come back during staffed hours” and i responded with “ it was staffed hours” she changed her tone and was very rude with me. when i said i would come back later by myself, she threatened me with putting a $20 charge on my account for coming back by myself.
