I agree with the other complaints. There always no staff to answer any questions. Most machines are broke. The upkeep isn’t good. My time going to HOTWORX was the memorial one and they sold me on how well it was kept and the cleanliness. They provide spray for the saunas. But city park has let me down in so many ways. I rather make the 35 minute drive than the 12 minute drive.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and have really loved it—mainly because it’s convenient and the facilities have generally been well-kept. But lately, I’ve been pretty disappointed. There have been ongoing issues with the equipment, especially in the Hot Blast class, which I usually look forward to. Only one bike works, and even that one has a torn seat with exposed foam, which honestly feels pretty unhygienic.

The bathrooms haven’t been great either—yesterday the sink was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. On top of that, the cleaning wipes provided aren’t proper sanitary wipes, just equate wet wipes, which doesn’t feel right for a gym environment. I really hope these things get addressed soon, because I want to keep enjoying the space the way I used to.

I’m a sweat elite member so I have been to a lot of Hotworx and this one at City Park is probably the worst I have been too. Which I’m very sad to say this because I love Hotworx and especially the City Parks layout of the saunas and flex zone. I’m ranking a 3 (and could go lower but I love the Hotworx brand so it feels unethical) because this is the dirtiest Hotworx I have been too. There is never wipes to clean equipment, the sanitize bottles are always empty and only 1 time there was clean towels to use. The bikes are still broken and have been for months. The sauna doors are always open so it is never even gets hot, it takes almost my whole ISO session to finally feel heat. I’m sad to leave this review and hopefully the manger starts to clean this place up.

The app that unlocks the door works when it wants, the code they gave me also works on the second or third try (if I’m lucky). The bottles with cleaning solution are ALWAYS empty, good luck trying to find clean towelettes to clean the equipment. One time I saw the same used bloody bandaid on the weight rack for 6 days before anyone ever threw it away. The bikes handlebar only adjusts in one sauna, the other sauna where the bikes are fully adjustable have the foot pedal thing broken (for sure 2 of the 3 bikes do) so pick your poison on what you prioritize. A fully adjustable bike that will make your ride slightly more comfortable or foot pedals that will fully inclose your shoes. 2 stars because the bathrooms are normally very clean & the rest of the equipment itself works well enough & I felt relatively safe working out at 4am here. :)

Best gym I’ve ever been to! You can do everything at your own pace and space! Not having to deal with hundreds of people in an open area makes it even better. The staff is super tentative and always happy to see you. The fact that it is 24 hours is even better. Not sure why people would go to crowded gyms with Hotworx as an option.

I love this place! I can always get a good workout at any time of day without being bothered or worried if its too crowded. The staff is very helpful and I always feel safe. Plus, 24 hour infrared workouts are amazing for your health. I would highly recommend a membership here!

Worst gym I've ever been a member of. Once they get you signed up forget about seeing any employees/managers again. They are always gone early or just not there. Also when you decide to cancel don't let them lie to you and tell you it has to be done in person with a "manager" that IS NEVER there. It has to be done through sending an email that you will have to fight to get from the staff that you have to catch by chance of stopping by randomly throughout the day. The workouts are ok but the staff HORRIBLE. Not worth paying 6 times the cost of a membership at Planet Fitness/Dynamic Fitness/24Hour Fitness. Don't sign up keep driving by. This place is a scam. I should've known something was up when it was never any cars in the parking lot. Lesson learned.

Great workout, burn twice as much as a regular gym due to the sauna/infrared rooms. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
