LOVE the experience of being able to work out 24/7 365 days a year. This has helped me gain so much confidence in and outside of the gym. The infrared energy has helped my knee pain as well !! 🙌🏽 My favorite session is HOT PILATES, HOT CYCLE, and HOT BLAST, but I truly enjoy all the sessions HOTWORX Copperfield offers!! 10/10 🩷

My favorite thing about HOTWORX is the 24/7 availability! I can find workouts anytime in my schedule and easily adjust classes in the app and track workouts. The staff are so nice and accommodating, always available to answer questions. The facility is always kept clean.

Love this studio and the staff, they always go above and beyond. The studio is pristine at all times. I’ve been a member for 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My 2 favorite sessions are Hot Blast and Pilates. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Hotworx only a couple weeks now and I am already seeing results! I have seen a change in my energy level and my clothes are fitting better. But the best part is the staff! Roxan and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! They exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in a professional and friendly manner. Roxan thoroughly explain the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. What really drew me in was how Roxan really took care of us and made the process so much smoother and comfortable for me. I knew right away this was the place for me!!! I absolutely love HOTWORX copperfield. They have such a friendly atmosphere. The owner and staff are welcoming and approachable, always ready to help with a smile.The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch. First off, the owner and GM are very kind and accommodating people. Second, the workouts are killer and quick. Great for people with a busy schedule that want a transformation, or just want to get back into a fitness lifestyle like myself. So far every workout has left me shaking and sweating. This place actually delivers on giving you more results in a shorter amount of time. Friendly tip: do NOT do more than one session your first time in.

Each store is individually owned by a franchisee. Please keep that in mind.

I would have liked to join here. But I couldn't.

You must make an appointment first for your first session.

So I did.

But NO ONE, I mean NO ONE showed up. Except for one customer who acted like I was there to rob the place.

Then came the insult.

I was told there was a family emergency ( which is why no one was there), but the emergency was apparently over as it was explained to me they arrived 10 minutes after I left.

So, I returned a second time (can you tell I wanted a membership?)

Again, no show.

Nonetheless, I received calls from the manager wanting me to join.

She explained they had a 90 day cancellation.

I told her the only way I would join now was with a 30-day cancellation notice. I wasn't quite certain by this point if HotWorx could actually deliver.

I was told that if I was a "good customer," I would not question the contract.

At this juncture, I asked to speak to an owner.

I was told the owner was "out of the country."

I asked for a call when she returned.

Instead, I received another call from the manager.

I explained more firmly. I could purchase a membership anywhere and simply use that location without having to go through any drama. And that was precisely what I was going to do if I didn't get to speak to an owner.

Again, I was told that "she was out of the country.

I was quickly tiring of these high-school antics.

I went online, purchased a membership, and enrolled at the Cypress Rock Creek location. Which by the way is quick easy and friendly.

The next day, I received a call from the owner. I asked her what country she was in, and she replied, "The United States.

She seemed as surprised as I did that she was not out of the country, nor had she been.

So signing up here is a firm no.

But wait!

So, I now have a membership for access to all studios.

I head to the Copperfield location, and my access app does not work.

I return later, explain the the girl at the front that my access app doesn't work at this location. (It's worked at the other two locations I had already been to)

She told me it was because I wasnt on their wifi.

I told her I didn't think the wifi had anything to do with it.

She promised to check in on it while I got a yoga class in.

The difference in this location compared to both of those in Cypress is noticeable.

This location is not kept as clean or in the same condition as the other sites I have visited.

The bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap, towels, etc.

You will find these amenities along with a clean bathroom at other sites.

This Hotworx location is subpar. The corporate screening process should probably be overhauled.

The concept is actually awesome. Work out anytime you want in infra red saunas. Very private and hardly ever "crowded". Just skip this site.

Sign up at Cypress Rock Creek. It is close, convenient with a great staff and really nice facilities.
