I love working out here. It is very clean and the space is set up really well, inside and out of the saunas. If you like hot exercise, you will love this studio and the variety of workouts they have. The staff are really wonderful. Highly recommend

I travel for work and have been to studios in several different states - this location was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Dried sweat all over the HIIT equipment and floor. Gross.

I have been calling and leaving messages, sending emails for two weeks trying to cancel my membership yet no one is responding to either forms of communication. They made it a point during sign up that cancelling online was easy yet there is no where on line to cancel and no one assist.

We cancelled this membership October of 2024. We are still getting charges in May of 2025. Absolutely ridiculous. Have spoken to the manager multiple times and said he would take care of it. Ordered a brand new card and they still charging it.

The GM (Christopher) and Staff are fun, friendly and very helpful. They keep the place immaculately clean.
The workouts are great. I'm not anti-social, but I do like having the "room to myself" and the 24-hour availability.
The heat is still a little challenging. I'm working with it. Yesterday I did hot blast and hot yoga. About a third of the way into the hot yoga I just had to slow down. I've had a yoga practice on and off for a long time so I kind of know how to meter my workout.
When things get a little squishy I do child's pose and then go into a very slow breathing version of the workout the instructors are doing on the screen.
I love it. I'm on my way there today!

Next week will be my 3 month anniversary at Hotworx & I have to say, my experience has been truly remarkable. I first stumbled upon this gym when I was trying to find a convenient location that was between my apartment and job. When I first came in, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members who I later learned were named Alex and Brianna. Despite not having an appointment scheduled, they were both very kind and patient with giving me an overview of the services provided and they even told me about an offer where the first class was complimentary. After they lent me a mat and towel, I went into their pilates class that was not only heated but the class was very well planned out and thorough by the instructors on the screen where I was able to control the volume and temperature to my liking. Ever since I signed up, however, both Brianna and Alex have continued with their warm hospitality which I feel is so important especially as someone who gets “gym-timidated”. They never make me feel silly with any questions I may have regarding the gym, and they show such enthusiasm when I walk in that it radiates and gives me the energy and confidence to push through my workout. I sincerely appreciate their unwavering support and love that they have shown me since day one. Thank y’all!!!

My husband and I were excited to give HotWorx a try. We made a cycling appt for 11am and planned our morning around it. We showed up at 11am, but no one was staffing the location and the door was locked. We called multiple times but reached voicemail each time. We waited until 11:15 before leaving. No one showed up. We’re disappointed.

I finally found a place I love to work out at. The studio is open 24 hours a day. All classes are in a sauna room. They offer a variety of classes, from yoga, pilates, cycling,rowing, and more. There is also a gym area where you can do free weights or follow a virtual workout. A place for everyone who loves to burn more calories in the heat!!
