This is by far my favorite HOTWORX location I’ve gone to. I started off with the sweat basic and recently changed to the Elite and i think it’s totally worth it. The Houston location on Wirt rd, is also bigger than other locations that I’ve gone too. The two employees Kim and Shayne have wonderful service, very helpful and motivating. I’d definitely recommend starting your HotWorx journey here! :)

I have not been to the actual location yet...but customer service is SUPERIOR! Lauralee is so nice and Kim is amazing. I have had a super hard time getting over to get my stuff and they made accommodations for me. You guys don't know how thankful I am for that! Can't wait to book a class!

Dealing with HOTWORX Spring Branch — especially Morgan (the owner) and Jasmine — has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from start to finish.
I clearly requested that my account be placed on hold, yet they ignored that and charged me in full just three days later. On top of that, the sauna access codes never worked, and no one bothered to help or even communicate.
This kind of treatment shows a complete disregard for paying customers. The owner’s emotional and unprofessional attitude proves they’re more interested in power-tripping than actually running a business. Any responsible owner would work toward a resolution — not push people away with arrogance.
I would never recommend HOTWORX Spring Branch to anyone. Save your time, money, and patience — go elsewhere.

I just joined Hotworx Spring Branch location. Kim on boarded me and explained everything well to me. I already workout 4xweek and needed some hot yoga to help with recovery of my sore muscles. I’m a traditional gym goer usually, but wanted to switch it up. I joined two weeks ago and have really enjoyed each class I’ve taken. The employees are helpful and kind. Giving tips and suggestions as well as recommendations for different workouts to try. I really like the after burn effect that tracks your calories post workout. Helps me stay on track with my weight loss goals.

After getting a tour, a free intro class session, I signed up for a membership! I’m starting my fitness journey and after a ton of research, the options, amenities and benefits of this location won me over. Location is in a great area, parking is easy, and all of staff is friendly with great energy.
I love that they’re 24 hours and so many different class options. A bonus for me is that each class size is small—max 3 as the infrared booths only hold that many.
I definitely recommend folks who are on the fence or interested to reach out and give it a try.

I have spoken to Jasmine "Lead Manager" , for one she is very unprofessional when approaching the phone with her customers, I honestly do not feel welcome to join with that kind of attitude. Very not trying to be at work attitude It just makes me upset at the fact that I was told a different price in person - location- 1473 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX 77055 on what was given to me for a membership. I was really interested but I am now of thinking of taking my gratitude and interests some where else I dont want to but its like I do not feel im getting the honest of this opportunity
