Came in to visit family and thought I would catch a quick workout before heading out. I was super disappointed when I went to take a shower and there wasnt any towels or soap. My home base one in moore, Oklahoma has a bunch of female and male hygiene in the restrooms. Liquid body soap in the shower, wash clothes and body towels. Its so convenient for someone on the go. The employee there was so nice and said she would suggest it to the owner. Im not sure if my home-based gym is just super bougie or what but if I didnt have the extra amenities like the one in moore. Im not sure I would have signed up.

This place is one of the best investments in myself I’ve ever made. Clean facility and great service. I have never been a consistent gym member, and having so much anxiety I believe had a lot to do with it. The level of comfort I have to walk in and try new class I’ve never tried here just feels like a win in my health journey.

Excited one of these finally opened up near my house! The tour was informative and I even got to test out some of the equipment. I like that they also have free weights, a cable machine and a battle rope. This location was very clean, the staff was friendly and there’s a shower.

The customer service at this location is really lacking. My main issues is I’ve inquired about info using the app, upgrading, etc and been misinformed multiple times. Maintenance items on the sauna’s take weeks to get fixed and there have been numerous times I’ve gone during staffed hours and no one is there with no sign that they were gone or when they would be back. I was never thoroughly shown how to use the app so I had no idea I had accrued money to use in the store for logging my calories. When I asked how it worked, my time frame to use the points was expired by only a few days. The store manager basically said, oops I didn’t show you that, that’s too bad. The club itself is small compared to Colleyville. If I were you, I’d sign up at a different club. The Colleyville location has great reviews. I’ve switched to going to that club.
