I’ve been really enjoying my time at this gym! It’s always clean, has a great atmosphere, and the staff makes you feel right at home. McKenzie is always super friendly and welcoming — she greets everyone with a smile and makes coming in each day something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

October update:
The management team was so kind about my review. They explained to me the confusion and took complete care of me. I think it was such a great judge of character and I’m changing my 2⭐️ to 5⭐️.

Getting out of this contact was a nightmare. Not only did I have to drive back to this exact location to cancel, the options to cancel either way was over $100. 4/10 would not recommend especially if you need flexibility.

Hotworx Hutto is fantastic and Makenzie is the absolute highlight!

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stands out is how well she connects with members. You can feel the difference she makes and people genuinely look forward to chatting with her when they come in - ask any member! Makenzie builds real relationships, brings great energy, and goes above and beyond every single day. She’s the heart of the studio and a total star!

The facility is always clean, the saunas are spotless, and the vibe is super motivating. Alicia and Ashlyn are also great — friendly and helpful, and they add to the welcoming atmosphere.

I’m obsessed with HOTWORX! The workouts are quick but super effective, and the infrared heat makes me feel like I’m getting so much more out of it. I love that I can be in and out in 30 minutes and still get a really good sweat. The gym is always clean, and the staff Ashlyn & Mackenzie are so friendly . Honestly, I feel amazing after every session. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I’m so excited to join Hotworx! I’ve already been everyday since I’ve signed up. The atmosphere is clean and the saunas are always ready for you to go. Mack, Danielle and Ashlyn have been amazing at helping me get set up and picking the right plan/work outs to start out with that’s best for me.

Incredible place! I’ve never gone to a gym so consistently before. I love that even the basic package gets you unlimited workouts and you can come and go as you please 24/7. I have been so impressed with this gym. I cancelled today because I moved and there are no Hotworx by my new property. I dreaded the cancellation process, but was so pleasantly easy. Took less than 5 minutes and the service was amazing. I would keep my membership if I lived nearby, but I have just been so impressed from start to finish with the facilities and the people!

I’ve been a member of HotWorx Hutto for a little over a year. The location is close to home which I love and I like having a variety of class/time options that work with my schedule. Would give it 6 stars, if possible. The saunas and the workouts, as well as the workout equipment in the back are simply amazing! This place made me LOVE sweating!!! Seriously. I haven't been able to go to Hotworx since October because I'm now pregnant, and wow do I miss it more than expected! Not to mention, the staff (especially Danielle, the owner) are AMAZING. I NEVER write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond I feel compelled to do so. I came in today to complain about some of the other members being in a class we had booked and not wanting to leave. I understand with the new year there is an influx of new people that might not know how to book a class, and normally I'm very understanding but they were just flat out rude. When I came in today I spoke to Laura and she was very professional and reassuring and told me that her and any of the staff would do their very best to make sure this kind of incident would not happen again. I understood there wasn't much she could do today but she did a great job of making me feel heard. Thanks again Laura for letting me vent and be a bit of a Karen, your professionalism did not go unnoticed.
