I’ve absolutely loved my experience at this infrared sauna studio. What truly sets it apart is the perfect balance it strikes between wellness and convenience. The 24/7 class offerings were a game-changer for my schedule — whether it was a morning session or a late evening sweat, I could always find a time that worked for me.

The variety of workout sessions is also exceptional. From Pilates to yoga-inspired stretches, each class is thoughtfully designed and elevated by the benefits of infrared heat. I consistently noticed faster recovery, increased energy, and a deeper, more effective sweat that left me feeling refreshed and recharged. My favorite were Hot Warrior, Hot Core, Hot Pilates and Hot Thunder.

After a wonderful 2.5-year journey with Hotworx, I’ve had to take a break for health reasons — but I truly miss it and can’t wait to return once I’m back in the clear.”

Michel, the owner, is a genuinely warm and positive presence — always accommodating and truly caring. Her energy makes the space even more welcoming.

Great facility, however if you cancel before 6 months you will be charged $99 cancellation fee (what for?). Something they forgot to mention when I was signing up. When I brought this up to the employee I was told that I'm supposed to read the customer agreement. Suggesting it is my fault, and that they are trained to tell you about the cancellation fee. Suggesting that I didn't hear that part or I'm lying.

Love this location, I pop in right after work for the world's quickest full body BURN sesh! Michel(the owner) is so sweet and positive and is very hands on offering tips and maintaining the space. I love the privacy hot worx offers with 3 person saunas and feel like I'm not only training my physique, but also my self motivation, determination and discipline.

I’ve been a member since they opened and absolutely adore the owner Michel! She is so knowledgeable and helped both my mom and I get started on our fitness journey at HOTWORX. I love the convenience and all the class offerings. Super clean studio and always so welcoming. Although I cannot make it in as often as I would like lately due to travel, I am always kept in the loop on what’s going on at the studio and checked in on!

Always seem to pinpoint certain people out for certain things we call "Sauna Etiquette."" When others blatantly do these wrongs, it's brushed off, and nothing is said or done. When those certain individuals do something like leave a sauna door open, for example, when said person was clearly coming back to clean their machine. Directly before having a person barge into a currently insession sauna and NOTHING was said to the individual that interrupted the session. It seems like people here pick and choose what and who they want to target. In my experience, it seems like it had been on multiple occasions. People can choose not to clean their machines after just having used them and sweat all over them, having all the staff notice. I clearly clean my machines and spray the room and get told, "Thanks." In a manner. As if I don't do it every single time, I use them. Because I do clean them every single time! I heald off from doing this because I truly enjoyed my workouts and the sweat. One can only take so much.

I went to try the free class because a couple of my friends know I like to workout in the heat and said I would really like it. I do hot yoga so I was curious what it would be like to workout in an infrared sauna. I expected the workouts to be more challenging but I guess they can’t be because they’re in a sauna. Anyway, a different lady was there when we were finished with class. I hadn’t seen her before but when we were done with our workout, the lady was SO RUDE!!!! Older blonde lady. Wish I would have gotten her name. She said with such an attitude and in such a condescending way… “and the reason you wanted to try a class waaaaaas???? Because it sounds like it’s not what you were expecting.” I guess she overheard me say I didn’t think the class was challenging. She then said “we’ll close your account and you won’t be hearing from us again. We aren’t a hard sell.” She treated us as if she just couldn’t be bothered with us. I’m a 41 year old career woman and she treated me like a 16 year old teenager who was just there for the free class. Ok, cool, glad you’re not a hard sell. Never said I wasn’t interested in a membership, because I actually was but after she talked in her condescending way to us, I wanted nothing to do with that studio after the bad taste that experience left in my mouth. Never had such a negative experience at a place whose income is literally generated by people like me. Good job on losing a customer. 👏🏼

HOTWORX is such a cool modern spin on high temperature workouts. I've done Bikram in the past, but I've never tried Cycling, Pilates, Barre, or higher resistance in a newer INFRARED heat environment. Tamiah showed me around and she's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.
