Love the environment, staff, and workouts. This set up motivates me to stay consistent. The ISO workout and HIT workouts may seem easy but trust me, they are intense. You get what you put into these workouts and when you’re short on time these are great! The place is very clean, I do wish we could bring our own yoga towels and mats, I wish the bathrooms had paper towels, but it’s a great gym.

I've visited several HotWorx locations, but this one is by far the cleanest and most well-maintained. Tonya, the manager and owner, is absolutely amazing—super helpful, knowledgeable, and always makes you feel welcome. Her staff is just as friendly and ready to help with anything you need. I especially love the monthly challenge cards they do—it’s such a fun and motivating way to stay on track with your fitness goals. I genuinely look forward to coming here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a proud member of this Hotworx studio since it first opened, and I can confidently say that this location is one of the best-run, most welcoming, and cleanest fitness studios I’ve ever been a part of. The owner and staff go above and beyond to ensure a positive, professional, and supportive environment for both members and guests.

I was actually at the studio when KB’s negative review incident took place, and I can say firsthand that the situation has been completely misrepresented. The owner and staff were simply enforcing standard Hotworx policies, which apply to every location and exist for hygiene and safety reasons. Guests are always welcome to try a session, but just like members, they are required to have the necessary equipment—either by bringing their own or renting it from the studio.

During this incident, the owner patiently and professionally explained the policies to KB and their group, yet instead of understanding that these are standard procedures, they chose to take offense and mischaracterize the situation. The claim that the owner was being unfair or rude is simply not true—in fact, she handled it with far more patience than most would.

I have always experienced nothing but kindness, support, and fairness at this studio. The staff treats everyone with respect and works hard to ensure an enjoyable experience for all members. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming Hotworx location, this is it! I highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing the amazing workouts and supportive atmosphere for yourself.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Fellow people who would like to come here with their friend or to try a free session BE WARNED. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE. Today when I was brought as a guest/new lead, i was told from the store owner that to do my free workout i had to purchase a mat and towel priced at $100 dollars or either to rent one (not even telling us pricing or where the machines were located). Knowing someone that works for a hotworx, there are other studios (such as the one i signed at) have a way more friendly staff and a better environment making a person feel the personal experience of hotworx. After finding out we were not going to be provided with the equipments to try hotworx with our friend who newly just got a sweat everywhere membership she then told us when we asked about the mat and towel being provided at other facilities, she said it was up to her “discretion” on when she felt we could get a mat and towel or not. She clearly didn’t want us to be in her studio and we definitely felt uncomfortable. It definitely felt like in this moment instead of giving us a hotworx experience the store owner just saw us as something to profit on rather than an actual human being. unfortunately instead of leaving we decided to go into a hot cycle class where nothing was required. we definitely should have just left and taken our business to a location who deserved it. After, we were instructed to go into the hot buns class (which I didnt mind as it was the only class available at the time and we wanted to do one 15 minute workout and one 30 minute workout) we found out on top of a mat and towel another purchase of bands is required as well which we were not informed about upon at entrance, before joining the hot cycle class, or even the other buns class, so we therefore found out when she walked into the sauna in the middle of our work out to yell at us. Upon talking to my friend who has been employed for a hotworx recently i found out that these materials (bands, mat, towel) are provided upon your first free session at apparently any other locations except this Hotworx? I would recommend trying a different studio instead of being forced to fork out $150 to try a free class with a friend. If you can please take your time and money to a different hotworx location with a more professional and friendly staff. This was an absolute nightmare.

I am new to the Studio but I am loving it very much, I like that workouts session are 15/30 mtes long which is perfect for me (I can’t do longer due my back), and I am motivated to try more sessions going forward, I have enjoyed what I tried so far. I love the studio is very close to my house, and it is an affordable way to keep me in shape (or at least I am trying). The place is clean, good atmosphere around, always parking available and the staff are very friendly and available when needed.

Hotworx is one of the best gyms I have ever been to the mission "more workout less time" keeps me motivated. Love the infrared saunas best part of Hotworx detoxing while workout this location is always clean, front desk staff are friendly & helpful. 2 stars is for my experience, I had a $75 reward to redeem for some reason the manager did not want to redeem my reward which is so unfair because I worked so hard I could of used toward any merchandise or even to cover one month of my membership. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone receiving an award is one of the perks of being a member & for the manager to not give to me it's pretty selfish & unprofessional.

Excellent location. The staff always aims to help you. They’re educated on all the machines and help you decide which one you would enjoy the most. Their options are excellent. You can choose to book ahead of time. You can adjust the temperature of the room. That’s big to me. They also have a weight room area. I feel very comfortable and I feel very safe. It’s the first time in years I have gone to a gym in public with my midriff showing and I don’t feel embarrassed. That is a huge blessing as well. I’ve been going to HOTWORX since February & I recommend it to everyone I know. I have tried a lot of different types of workouts & this one is by far my favorite. I stopped by this Hotworx location when I was out at lunch time. I didn't know what Hotworx was until I stepped inside to learn more. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. This facility is fantastic! Very nicely organized and super clean environment. Spoke with the owner Tonya who was such a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable about the different workout classes that are offered. I can't believe I didn't know HOT Yoga, Cycling, Rowing, and various other "HOT" exercising was a thing.

They offer a variety of classes and access to various different kinds of equipment that are located in individual "Sauna Pods" as I would call them. Your body benefits from infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. The temperature can be adjusted in each of the rooms but honestly, it feels perfect. I will have to learn more but I do understand that you burn a lot more calories when utilizing infrared heat to work out in.

Tonya was extremely friendly and very informative as you can tell she knows her stuff! She provided me a free trial class/workout for me and my wife. I will definitely be returning to this establishment. So cool!
