I want to start with I love Hotworx , the workouts, and the flexible hours.
I’ve been coming to the Kyle location for almost 2 years.
Over the past 8-10 months the studios cleanliness has decreased so much. The bathrooms look like they get cleaned once a week. The sauna floors are frequently dirty and the cycles are absolutely disgusting.
Also the staff when I started were always so friendly and welcomed you when you came in and took time to learn about their members.
The staff now doesn’t even look up from their cell phones when you walk in. And if there are more than one in the studio they are too busy gossiping to even acknowledge you walked in.
Overall I can get past the rude staff. But the cleanliness needs addressed.

Nice fitness studios, always clean. Love the 24/7 access. The new manager reminds me of the Seinfeld soup Nazi so I have to give it a 3 for that reason only

I had a generally positive experience at this place, but when I tried to cancel my membership due to my work and military schedule, the owner informed me that I would have to pay a $90 fee to terminate my membership, which I had since October 2024. However, according to HotWorx’s website, members can cancel their membership at any time after their initial 90-day term without any fee, provided they do so in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid paying membership dues for the following month. Despite my attempts to cancel my membership in July, I was still charged for the month of August. Additionally, the owner informed me that it would take another two billing cycles before I could cancel my membership. It’s disheartening that franchises like this feel compelled to violate their own terms and conditions just to increase their profits. I would strongly advise against giving someone like this your hard-earned money

I’m a sweat everywhere member so I hit up about 6 studios in a month. My favorite this month is the Kyle location. Friendly and helpful staff plus they offer bath towels for the shower. They also have equipment I haven’t seen at other studios. Tell them Laura sent you!

Stephanie the GM was awesome she checked to make sure the facility was up to standards, and also was cleaning all the time which is awesome to come into a facility like this. Also bath towels were in bathroom I forgot mine and she came in clutch.

I love it here so much. The workouts are awesome. They have a nice variety so I can switch it up. The employees are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this Hotworx location!

I joined bc I know how good infared saunnas are for you and I was hoping it would help with autoimmune symptoms. I've lost weight doing lower resistance workouts than I was before, my skin has improved and I feel great after. This location is always clean and Stephanie and other staff are always so friendly, they even remember me name!

HOTWORX plum creek has a Lovely staff that is always willing to help. Camaraderie is great. The videos are really easy to follow and not intimidating for beginners!

I have tried other gyms and never stuck with them. I tried HOTWORX and have loved it so far! It’s open 24 hours and on my way home from work so no excuse to not go! The staff are very friendly and always helpful! Has a great environment if you have gym anxiety because everyone is so positive!

I've been a member for a year now. I love that I can set up my own workouts through the app ahead of time, they have many classes to choose from so it never gets boring. The monthly challenges they have for members is a plus and makes it fun.

I love this place! It’s a safe and fun environment to workout in. The staff is incredibly nice! No matter who I talk to, I’m always helped with a smile and positive attitude. All the members I’ve encountered are just as nice. The saunas and equipment are always clean too!

Absolutely love working out here. Close to my work and open 24/7 so no excuses. Staff is sweet and keeps the facility clean. If you want a good workout in 15 minutes try them out.

Great facility, friendly staff, and an amazing experience. Barely became a member last week after my wife been asking me to go with her for a while. Finally gave in and now I’ve been everyday since. So far so good no complaints.

Hotworx is amazing and the staff at the Kyle are super friendly and helpful! I’ve been a member for over a year and can’t wait to finish grad school so I can get back at it! The effects from working out in a sauna are fabulous and have helped me get fit again! Having 24/7 access is also super beneficial when I work out of town.

I 100% love Hotworx Plum Creek. I have been going for 7 months and I love it. The staff is awesome, facility is clean, I love the sauna with the virtual instructors and I love that they also free weights and equipment. I highly suggest anyone interested, take advantage of the option to take a free class and see what you think.

I have been attending Hotworx since December 23 and I absolutely love it. I often go when the staff are not there, but my interactions with staff have been great. I love that the gym is 24/7access because it allows me to go when it is best for my schedule. The facilities are very clean.
Update: 5/23
I still love going! 5 months later, and the facilities are still clean. People are friendly.

I had a tour this morning from the sweetest associate named Ella. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel welcomed and not embarrassed about the potential of me not being able to handle the workout! She motivated me and warned me of the potential issues that “could” arise and how to handle them through hydration, the panic button if an associate isn’t present, etc. It went smoothly and I felt confident going into the sauna. I didn’t sign up today, but I definitely will in the future and make sure Ella gets credit for the sale because she was wonderful! 💕 I highly recommend!

Excellent! Very friendly helpful staff & cute Hotworx clothes. The workouts are on video, but I don’t mind. Every workout is in a sauna room except for free weights. Bring your friends. When you join they give you a free yoga mat and towel. They have equipment you can rent but you’ll probably want your own. It’s your responsibility to clean the equipment you use. Nice people here! Check it out! What a workout!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Whew! 😅

This location is brand new and so far I love it! Between the amazing benefits I’m already seeing from the infrared sauna & workouts and the friendly & knowledgeable staff, this is a positive fitness experience like none I’ve ever had before (and I’ve tried a lot). I want to get the most out of my workouts so I ask the staff questions when needed, and they are always super helpful and supportive. Try it out!

My fiance and I tried them out. It was ok customer service was good only issue we/or my fiance had was they seems a bit disorganized with how to sign people up and their internet was very sketchy. Also nobody really showed us how the equipment worked (like how to adjust the bike and stuff)
