Saunas are too small for 3 people. But my biggest issue is their predatory cancellation policy. You get to pay for 2 extra months after you appear in person to tell them you want to cancel your membership. Especially if you’ve been a member for years and haven’t been in the last few months, a truly customer service oriented company would just let you finish out the month you’ve already paid for. Corporate greed at its finest.

Not the right type of gym for me. I went for the free Pilates session. Went into the sauna box, I could reach the walls and ceiling. It is cramped, just with only me. I'm a newbie to pilates, and have been trying all the free sessions, to find what works for me.

The class is from a prerecorded video. You are on the floor, attempting to keep up with the video. The video is playing at the top of the box, you have to struggle to do the moves while looking up(you are on the floor).

I tried about 20 minutes. The front desk lady was very nice and tried to motivate me to stay longer. I couldn't do it. For me, it was a horrible experience. For others, tons of people enjoy it.

They also have a rowing sauna box, and spin box with a few bikes crammed in, and a mini gym in the back.

I love it here!! I’ve had all the gym memberships and none of them have ever made me excited to go workout. I actually enjoy booking a session and feeling confident about being led during the workout. So far I’ve done the hot iso, hot stretch, hot blast, and hot cycle. I signed up 1.5 weeks ago and I’ve already gone 6 times. I’ve never done that before with any subscription. Also, the staff at the Lake Worth location is AMAZING. I’ve been getting heat rashes (working out in a sauna is a big change for my extra sensitive skin) and Stephanie has been going above and beyond with tips and tricks to help me. The community here is so welcoming and encouraging, I highly recommend.

I absolutely love HOTWORX! I just joined last week and I've gotten 7 sessions in. I've tried the hot pilates, hot cycle, hot warrior, hot stretch, hot buns and hot core. There are a few more left for me to try, but so far everything has been amazing. My everything is sore, but I feel so good after I leave here. I've never sweated this much in my life. Sooooo make sure you hydrate of you choose to come try it out. I've been a member at Chuze before and I Love Kickboxing, but I've never been excited to work out. I'm excited to go to HOTWORX. Also, I hate being cold so this is definitely my jam.

Stephanie was so helpful my first time in! She showed me around the area, got me all set up that day! I’ve been coming for a couple weeks now and each time I have come in during staffed hours, the ladies up front have greeted me by name and have been super helpful. I’ve been trying out different workouts each time I go, and I can definitely say hot thunder is no joke! Haha it’s a good one though! I’d definitely recommend hotworx over any gym membership all day long. I feel so good each time I step out of the saunas. And the after burn is 10/10!!!

I’ve been going to HOTWORX at the Azle location for about a year and I love it! The workers there have treated me so nicely and are always so helpful as well as supportive of everything I do. They’re been very Commutative about the events they have that goes on and they also respond fast to my questions! Second Review:
YOUR WARNING NOW!! Let me try and explain the cancelation fees in laymen's terms, since the Hotworx in Lake Worth TX fails to do that. When you sign up you give them a 90 day commitment to the facility. After those 3 months you can cancel, HOWEVER, you STILL have to give them another 60 days and still pay the $60 per month and then your membership can cancel AFTER you physically have to go in there store and sign the cancellation contract. They will continue to charge you if you do not do that last part. You cant just call and cancel so if you relocate, good luck. So even if during the first 3 months you feel its not for you, You are still bound to them for another 2 months during this "cancellation period", even if you do not use the facilities. On top of all of this nonsense, they do not properly explain that to you at sign up, charge you around $100 to buy there mats and towels plus membership and if you decide to leave an unfavorable review, they will attack your review in there attempt to make excuses for there failure. Just make sure you know ALL the rules for cancelling up front and the costs.

Cancelation fees are nuts. I wanted to like this place but it became very boring with the same workouts and videos. I gave it the “commitment “ months I was told needed be done before I canceled. When it came time to cancel I was talked into a $10 for 3 months freeze. After that I called to officially cancel only to be told I had to pay $120 just to cancel!! They word it as your 60 day notice and “you’re allowed to still use the facilities” for those 2 months?!?!? Why would I want to still use the facility if I am canceling? When a customer wants to cancel it’s typically immediately. Not another 2 months and another $60 a month for a place I don’t want to go too. This place is not worth it. Make sure you are told specifics when it comes to how and when you cancel and what all the fees will be. And business that seem to feel the need to extensively justify why they are not clear on there policy and try to make the customer feel in the wrong are highly unprofessional. No need to add your unnecessarily long retort. Spend more time explaining your hidden word meaning to your customers rather than sending extremely long reply’s to reviews that are ignored after the first sentence.

Let me start by saying I’ve been coming consistently to this Hotworx for an entire year. ❤️ The staff is amazing and they actually care and encourage you ALOT. The studio is always clean and well kept even when busy. If you’ve been debating on trying it out - let this review be your sign to come and try it.

They have Hotworx party’s monthly, giveaways, and lots of things to keep you encouraged. I can’t speak highly enough about them. Also the environment - even if you’re in a session with someone you don’t know, it won’t matter - you’ll be by someone who is nice. I’ve made so many good friends from working out. It really does feel like a second home to me. Hotworx for life! Oh and the price for a membership - SO worth it.

PSA: they changed the “rewards” program so it’s only building your points for merch. You can’t use it toward membership fees or anything else. I didn’t get any update on that, which maybe I missed, but as a member, I would have liked to have at least known when policies were updated, and wanted to share with others who might not have known that either.

The front desk representative, Elizabeth, is always so condescending and generally comes off rude even through her very obviously fake smile, tone of voice, and word choices (like calling a client “sweetheart”…). I don’t even know where to begin! I would give more stars if I could. Stephanie and Elizabeth were so helpful and encouraging when it came to my enrollment and they answered all my questions. I was finally able to meet the owner, Alex, and she was very kind and welcoming. Hotworx is making a huge difference in how I am functioning physically (feeling less stressed and more motivated and energetic) as well as I have dropped seven pounds since I started going last month. I am a “Sweat Anywhere” member and I have been to all of the FTW locations south of Lake Worth and none of them (with the exception of one location) can compare, nor do they come close to the excellent customer service. I love hotworks. This location is extremely busy. Also, I'm always bothered by people who just stare into the sauna, watching others workout. Not everyone is comfortable being watched. Having a curtain to prevent this would be a suggestion. It's happening more often as the employees give tours of the facility to new people. I can't focus like that.

Hotworx has been a game changer for me. I discovered hot yoga when I took my husband for his birthday and only intended to utilize the free trial. I signed up that day to be a member and have been going for 2 years now! Having the options of different types of workouts that are directed by a trainer at any point in the day makes it easy to choose to workout.

I love: how clean it is there, it’s stocked with any supplies I might need (tp, wipes for equipment…), has a lost and found when I can’t keep my stuff together, friendly staff (they’re the BEST and most helpful), great items for sale, discount offered for burning lots of calories (and it’s attainable!), hours of operations (24/7), offers a variety of workouts to keep you interested, safe, and it even smells good there! I joined this gym recently and loved it so much I talked two of my girlfriends into joining with me and now the three of us are on a HOTWORX journey together and we love it! The classes are challenging but the feeling after is amazing! Now management… the owner of this business is really rude (forgot her name but she’s tall) Don’t get me wrong, when you’re signing up, she is super nice. However the moment you tell them you’re going to cancel your membership, she doesn’t even bother to greet you when you come in or even when you’re leaving during the entire remainder of the contract. Not to mention how sneaky they are about the cancellation. She answers to questions curtly and gives you a judgmental look when you pass by her. I’ve really enjoyed working out here. I have a lot of injuries I’ve collected over the years, this has been amazing for healing. I can get 45 mins of three types of cardio with strength built in, then go into to 40 mins of stretching it all out.
There’s also options for yoga, core, bands, buns and more.
The workers are kind and attentive. I even get texts making sure I’m doing good with all the equipment.

Have been going to HOTWORX Lake Worth location for over a year consistently and I love it! The workouts have modifications for beginners and advanced, they never get boring, and they motivate you to stay consistent. Booking classes is easy and I have only ever been in a 3 person class a handful of times.The location is always clean or being cleaned and the equipment is always up to date.
Every month they have workout bingo cards that you turn in for raffles and frequent parties where there’s always free stuff +more raffles.

This studio has had an impactful, positive effect on my health. The infrared saunas really help to minimize swelling and increase mobility in joints. I get a good workout, meet new people, and have the pleasure of interacting with very helpful staff members. I highly recommend the studio. It also helps that it’s open 24 hours a day and I can fit it into my schedule at my convenience.

I recently became a member here and I absolutely love it!!! The feeling you get after working out in the infrared sauna is addicting! I literally feel amazing. This gym really helps to push/motivate you to live a healthier lifestyle. Since I’ve been here there has been 2 gym “parties” where different vendors come including IV hydration, healthy supplements etc. and raffles! There are also fun games going on right now to help motivate you and keep you accountable. It’s so fun and I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

The greatest part of Hotworx is the 24 hour access to their workouts, which is great for my crazy schedule. I've been coming here for a couple months, at the start of my weight loss journey, and this place has not disappointed. The hot suanas have really amped up the weightloss. And with each work out, I'm collecting rewards to use at Hotworx which is a win‐win for me. From time to time, they also have promotions that can be inticing as well. The owner, Alexandra, always makes me feel welcomed everytime I walk in. She's always made time to answer my questions and be engaged in my journey.

I've tried so many different gyms, diets & workouts during my weight loss and this has proven to help me the most. After hitting 40 what used to work for weightloss didnt do it for me anymore. I have found that the combination of the Isometric, Hitt workouts, & weights are the key! It's all about the crosstraining and the infrared heat! You are burning more calories in less time! Not to mention the infrared heat has sooooo many health benefits! Give it a try!! You'll get addicted to it and your body will thank you!

I was there for 3 months, the first month they charged me $110, the second month $89 (because I had planned to take my daughter with me, the person in front told me that my daughter had to sign a separate contract and I had to bring another card from a bank to open an account for my daughter, although my daughter is a minor, it seemed strange to me so I only took her the first day they gave me the tour), the third month they again charged $89(I checked my account and I realized they were charging me $20 extra every month)I went to talk to the person in charge and I told her that; because they were charging an extra 20 dollars each month and they told me that because of my daughter, when she never even returned to the place, even so for canceling they charged me $99 dollars more, stealing my money in plain sight…$387 dollars in 3 months is Ridiculous 😡, More than ridiculous that they think that charging $387 dollars in two months is the right thing to do, to begin with the person in front said that my daughter had to fill out the form because she is a minor, and by the time I had the other card, she would only add it to the membership , which was supposed to open it for my daughter, but since I don't have another card, that's why I didn't take it again, the person in front told me that the first month was free, the towel and the mat told me that I had to get them for that I was going to need them to enter the exercise areas, which was a lie, because for the bicycle and hot blast exercise areas that is not needed, the issue here is that they violated the contract and not only that the person who He answered me and said that the first month was free and they still charged him….. I am going to report them….. and for the people who see this, if they want to get a membership in this company, be careful and make sure that these people do not deceive you and swindle

From my first workout (free, as a guest of a friend), I have LOVED Hot Worx. My first visit started with a tour and a free work out. I could have visited up to 3 times at no cost, but after the first session (Hot Pilates), my body felt more relaxed, I slept better than ever, and I woke up the next day ready to start my Hot Worx journey! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. After that first work out, I did a little more research about the benefits of infrared therapy, the risks/contraindications (nothing that was a concern for me turned up), so I continued to check out the website (regarding membership rates, etc) and the next time that I went to work out, I became a member. The staff answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into signing up, in fact, they reminded me that I could "try it" 2 more times and "take my time deciding". While I was signing up, they went over the details of membership with me and even answered questions that I didn't think to ask.
After I signed up, my two daughters came to work out with me for a trial session. My oldest daughter loved it and I added her to my membership for only $20/month. My youngest is still in high school and is very fit, but isn't really into the hot sauna work out. My husband tried it more than once before he joined, also for $20/month. Finally, after my youngest daughter came a few times and wanted to go to the frozen yogurt place while I worked out, I added her to my membership also. Honestly, she doesn't come very often right now because she is pretty busy and stays active/fit easily at her age, but when she does come, she loves it. I feel like $20/month is worth paying for her, even if she doesn't come very much. Compared to the cost of going to a spa for JUST an infrared treatment, Hot Worx is a bargain, and having the infrared therapy and sauna available 24/7 is helpful for ALL the benefits! As a physical therapist, I can completely appreciate the anti-inflammatory effects, as well as recovery from sore muscles, enhanced relaxation, improved sleep quality, relief from arthritis pain, improved skin health, and detoxing; not to mention that I lost 14 pounds in 2 months! I had been on a medical weight loss plan from July 2021 until May 2022 and had lost 16 pounds in 10 months, then stalled. Hot Worx got my body back on the right track and the weight literally MELTED off like magic. I am not saying that everyone can see those results, but based on the people that I have met while working out there, it does seem like many of us are LOVING it and seeing the benefits. I have noticed that my balance and coordination have improved significantly, and it is actually easier to get out of bed in the morning.
On a corporate level, the HotWorx App could be improved, but at this particular franchise location, I have nothing but love. They have had monthly customer appreciation nights, contests to win a free month of membership or a $5 discount every month.
I was going to post some of my before/after pictures, but can't seem to find them in my fields right now. If I can add them later, I will definitely do that!

My favorite place to unwind and release any workday stress! Alex & her mom, Melissa, are absolutely wonderful ladies and super personable. With my various injuries, due to a terrible car accident, the infrared heat has been extremely beneficial for my body. Yes, the sauna rooms can feel a little cramped with 3 people inside, but that doesn’t happen too often. I love the ability to schedule my sessions ahead of time! The facility itself is always super clean and looks spotless. During staffed hours, it is always awesome to walk-in and see Stephanie. She is awesome!!! Oh and…. The member appreciation parties are such a neat plus!
So let me end my review with this….. I love the Lake Worth/Azle Hotworx! ❤️

Love, Love, LOVE!! Hotworx,Lakeworth is the best place to go to if you want to lose weight, love working out or want somewhere small and secluded. Everything about this place is welcoming. They have a shower for after your workouts, 2 private bathrooms, 8 saunas, and an FX workout Zone if you want to workout without the heat. I recommed Hotworx for everyone who wants to lose weight, work on balance, or wants to push themselves and go the extra mile. Open 24/7. I want to start by saying I love the work outs. Also the facility is well ran and the people are great that work there! They have been very helpful. However, two things- the rooms are small so three strangers in a room is tight. I don’t like that and it is hard to find times when it is not busy. You are really really close to others if there are three in a room. Also, the app is clunky it takes me a long time to sort through an exact time slot or you have to go in and out of the booking page to keep seeing what is available. I would love for them to update the app where you can pick time ranges and it shows all of the available class space. Or be able to pick more than one class at a time to see availability.
All in all though I have recommended to others but I explain my concerns so they know what they are getting into.

Absolutely love this place!! This is my first experience with the infrared saunas. I love the quick workouts, the heat and all of it's benefits. Even though it is 3d instructed, you can still customize each to fit for you and still get a great workout. I highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely my favorite place to work out. I've tried many gyms and systems and this has been the first that I am consistent with. I love that I can go get a great workout in in less than 30 min and I don't have to plan any of it. The workouts are given to me I just have to go in and do it. The staff is also fantastic and very friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise!

Honestly I love it here.
It’s great for an introvert like me- you get the perks of a boutique fitness studio without really having to interact with anyone. Sometimes you have a class where you share the sauna with another member, but we’re all in the same boat, focused on ourselves and the heat, so there’s no intimidation or comparison.
This studio is kept extremely clean and well stocked with towels, equipment cleaner, and anything extra you might need in the vending machine. Bathrooms are always spotless and the functional workout area is very well-organized. I’m surprised at how much they packed into this small space…and it works! Alexandra (owner) is the sweetest and you may run into her working out from time to time!
I absolutely love this place and I’ve seen some great results already and it’s only been open just under two months!
