Love HOTWORX!!! This location, however, is in horrible condition compared to other locations I have been to. It’s in an older building which is fine if it was cleaner. It just didn’t seem kept up and they didn’t even have foam rollers…. But I love HOTWORX so I’ll come when I am in town.

Love HOTWORX! Not a great location though. I’ve been to several locations and this one is definitely in the worst condition I’ve seen. Went in during unstaffed hours, the bike video was under update and never played, and the sauna smelled off, one of the bikes were broken. Pilates sauna floor looked dirty and had pieces of wood broken off the walls. Won’t be going back to this location.

I love hotworx, but if you are going to schedule a class someone has already booked, it is the respectful thing to move to the back of the sauna and not just sit right up to the door so the other person cannot get in! people will just be in your class without signing up (and I don’t mean people who are just trying it out). It just seems unorganized! :(

I am so glad I tried HOTWORX out! Not only is the workout great, but the staff is so helpful & they made sure I knew the best way to workout and stay safe! They were really thorough about the contract and made sure I knew all the ins and outs.

If you care about your peace of mind, stay away from this location with the rude manager who threaten you with their attorneys instead of resolving your issues. If you want to deal with legal procedures fir just working out, this is the center.

Fraud! Stay away!
I'm giving a rating of 1 because there's no option to rate this business as 0, which it truly deserves. It's a complete fraud. Please, for your own sake, steer clear.
I started my membership in Lubbock, Texas and decided to switch to the Sweat-Everywhere plan for my new job in St. Louis, Missouri. However, I couldn't even step into the studio to begin my workouts because the door code was dysfunctional. After numerous attempts and frustrating visits to the studio, where I was met with a closed door, I finally managed to catch the manager one morning while they were there for a repair. We mutually agreed to terminate my contract and issue a refund. I left, thinking the matter was resolved. Yet, three months later, they're still charging me.
Hotworx lacks a central corporate entity to address client-related issues. Despite presenting themselves as a cohesive company, these studios are merely franchises. If you encounter a problem, you're essentially left to fend for yourself. It's a shameless display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

The main issue with this place is the accountability for appointments. The system works well but people are lazy. Very often saunas are booked and nobody shows up! Maybe just put a poster in the lobby to remind people to cancel appointments. Another issue is the equipment in the cycle and row saunas. Half the row machines cannot change the tension. The bikes are alright if you pick the good one. A little maintenance goes a long way.

I've been coming to hotworx for over a year now and I really love it. It's truly an amazing workout. However, I have been getting slightly frustrated lately with people over scheduling classes and not showing up to them. Every single class will be booked up every day and it's so annoying to come in at that time and there be not a single person in those booked up classes. I suggest that they consider doing some kind of sign-in for members or check in like an hour prior to see if they're still coming. Other than that, I enjoy hotworx a lot. I just would love to see some kind of resolution to this issue.

I highly recommend hotworx I have had many gym memberships and this is not your ordinary gym. Working out in the infred sauna is amazing you burn more calories in less time and the after burn is amazing. There's nothing like it. If you haven't tried it you should.
