We were visiting the area and came to this location and were highly disappointed. We booked warrior and yoga back to back. The location canceled our yoga session without notice. They did this for people trying HOTWORX. I am all for sharing and spreading the word about HOTWORX because I personally love it. The sauna never reached 125 because of a huge gap in the door and because our second session was canceled we did hot thunder rowing. Both rowers were in terrible working condition, barely had any water and the sauna was in terrible condition. Check out other Lubbock locations before joining this location.

Hotworx has been a good at times and worse at others. Pros are that it’s clean and well kept. Cons are that they will hose you when it comes to canceling your account. They claim it’s a ‘2 month cancellation policy’ but they still charged me for a 3rd month after I had canceled. You better cancel on the exact billing day or you’re screwed. Hold on to your wallet when you try to get out, the owner/manager enforces this nonsense personally. For these reasons I do not recommend hotworx to anyone. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place! Their staff is so incredibly friendly, and the facilities are always extremely clean. Cannot stress enough how much I would recommend HOTWORX. They are amazing, and the results from the infrared technology are like no other. Can't imagine going anywhere else. If you are on the fence, just go for it! This place is INCREDIBLE!!

Hotworx is great for my busy schedule! Booking sessions is so convenient and with the infrared heat I can get a great workout in and feel accomplished in less time than I would typically spent at a normal gym! I also like being able to work out in solitude in my own space and that the facilities are kept neat and clean!

I absolutely love the Hotworx sessions and the facility! The employees are always so friendly and willing to help answer any questions and the facilities are always very clean! I also love how easy it is to book a session and that it is open 24hrs. I leave feeling accomplished and in a better mood!

Overpriced for what you get. Also, I canceled my membership due to military training and a deployment and their employee were not clear that I still had to pay for two more moths even though I was leaving! I tried to call and ask them to refund the charge because I shouldn't be charged for something I don't use and they basically just told me I was out of luck. Terrible customer service and way to overpriced.

Hotworx provides a great workout in a great environment! Booking workouts is easy and convenient. The infrared heat added to an extensive selection of workouts keeps me from experiencing “burn out”. The workouts definitely provide calorie burn. The infrared heat not only amplifies the calorie burn, but also proves beneficial to me in many other ways (better sleep because I am able to regulate my body temperature, no more dry skin, deeper stretches because the infrared heat increases my lactic acid threshold, etc.).

I have been working out here since it opened in early 2018 and I love it! There are so many benefits to the infrared heat, but I love the way I feel after my workout. I immediately get a mood boost and I feel very energized. I also sleep better! I recommend HOTWORX to everyone I know!

I did a 1 month challenge work out challenge here with some friends. At no point did they mention that 1) You cannot call or go online to easily cancel your membership. You have to come during their business hours (when most people work) to personally sign an online document to cancel. and 2) After you cancel your membership, it takes them more than 2 months to cancel it, so of course they have to charge you for 2 more months after you come in person to cancel.
This place has very deceptive practices, and also on one of the yoga videos the lady in the video said "sweat our your toxins" which is just not how your body works. This place is a sham fitness center with deceptive business practices. 1 star is too many.

Not a member and I'm trying to find out what your rates are. Why dont you post them on your website? Also, I have been calling and no one answers the phone. Cant leave a message because I have clients all day and cant answer my phone. Please make it more convenient for people trying to become a member to contact you. I am currently a member of a gym but I would love to come and do the hot cycling once a week. What does that cost? Lubbock area...

I have only been going here for a few days, however this place is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! The facility is immaculate at all times, and the set up is so different and cool! The atmosphere makes you WANT to work out. On top of that and honestly probably the most important part...the STAFF IS BOMB!!!! They are the sweetest most genuinely helpful ladies you will ever meet. This is really great for a lot of people who go in already feeling intimidated with working out. These ladies make you feel so welcome and so loved. This is already my favorite place. Good job girls!

I love this place but I wish there was a way to tell when people actually show up for their sessons. There have been several times that the session shows booked and no one is in there. Also it would be nice to have multiple rooms for the pilates and yoga sessions during prime times. Lastly it would be nice to have a separate hot room for self work out. Other than these things its great place to workout. I guess the owner hated the honesty cause she deleted my post on Facebook. I concern is when this place gets flooded with clients how hard it will be to actually get into a session????
