Participated in a 90 day challenge and got over 27K to get to level 6.
Went to redeem rewards today and was able to pick up two pieces of clothing. The hoodie that on the sticker price showed 32 with the label showing what it was and another crop top at 21. I asked the lady if there was more sizes in the back so I could get something else like a sports bra and when she rang up the two articles I had somehow she said it was already at the $75 limit. When I showed her the sticker on the sweater and showing her it said 32 she said two months ago they must've upped their prices and it now was not labeled correctly and is almost $20 more.

Absolutely doesn't make sense since the sticker is still there with the description of item. They didn't have value the tag of the pricing of the article of clothing. Really kind of takes away the fun of doing these challenges. I've recommended HOTWORX to several people at my church and my friends because of how much weight I've lost and how awesome it is, but this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about this location.

Moved to the area last week and was looking for a full body, hot workout. Heather was incredible at her customer service and hospitality of setting me up, giving me a tour, and making me feel comfortable with a brand new workout modality. If I could give 0 I would. Barely used my membership as life took me away to the Northeast to care for my aging mother for a few months. I tried to cancel then but was offered the low fee until I returned. Then life once again is forcing me to need to definitely cancel since my partner has threatened to kill me and I must move as well as cancel his membership. I have an order of protection and explained this but was once again reminded of their "Cancellation Policy". This was a red flag when I went to enroll from other reviews. I offered a copy of my order of protection and they are still trying to charge both memberships.

IT IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS WHEN THERE ARE LIFE OR DEATH CIRCUMSTANCES.

I used to do weight training only, and decided to try out HOTWORX. I am loving it so far! Its been 3 weeks, and i think is super convenient how i can go at any time i want, i can book my room so I don’t need to wait for someone else to finish while i am there, i have guidence on what exercises to do, and i have the sauna that makes me sweat like crazy!

I requested details about this place through email I believe. I received a call from Kaitlyn the following business day and she gave me more details. I told her what my goal was and she invited me for a free workout. Let me tell you that it felt so good. I felt like I was working out twice as much as if you were going to the gym, for less period of time. I have trained for many years. Pushing the physical limits of what I can achieve. A very long time member of several gyms as I travel with many diverse equipment choices offered by these gyms. I first came into contact with HotWorx 8 weeks ago. Joined and it is now and has been since day one of joining a 5 day a week regiment as a follow up to other training. In the beginning only a 15 minute session. But that quickly escalated to (2) 15 minute sessions back to back. HotWorx has produced phenomenal results. I am always seeking to build additional muscle mass while losing body fat. Body fat that is hard to lose in certain areas as well as toning other difficult areas. Further my flexibility as well as recovery has greatly improved due to the infrared technology. HotWorx has delivered the results far better than expected. It is now a very looked forward to addition to my other training. I have peeled off an additional 6 pounds of body fat in all the difficult areas.
Like any exercise or physical activity I consider health conscience goals to require a 70 percent diet effort. Change or a modified diet to achieve maximum results. But if the HotWorx effort is added the positive results are impressive. Off the charts positive in every way.

So impressive that I have pursued acquiring my own franchise in another region of the State to offer and to assist others in meeting their fitness and health goals.

The HotWorx location I joined on FM1488 is immaculately kept. Clean, great staff and provides the perfect environment to enjoy focusing on your own health. An environment like no other 24/7.

A day without a HotWorx session in regards to my own training and personal health goals falls short. Whether you add HotWorx to your existing program or seek health goals by only utilizing the many programs offered at HotWorx serious beneficial progress can be made.

This health franchise and what they offer is the best I have experienced in over 40 years. The single most thought out, methodically and carefully planned business of its kind.

This gym by far has paid off in many ways. The staff and ownership are top notch. I bought the Detoxify pills and lost 14 lbs in 14 days. Having to make an appointment holds me accountable. I was so excited for this gym, but the location didn’t work out for me, and a new one opened closer to me. When talking to them about my options the lady who answered the phone had Horrible customer service. I’ve found HOTWORX to be a great balance between a traditional gym and a Pilates studio. Having the option of mixing up my workouts between free weights and cables with the infrared iso and hiit sessions has been the key.

This location is always clean, staff has been friendly, and is never too busy to try to workout.

Only critiques I have is with the iso sessions: even though the videos change the instructors regularly - the actual moves typically remain the same. As well as I would love to see more rotation of the times- for instance if I work out every morning at 6:45, I only have the options of the same 4 iso sessions and never have the opportunity to try the other 4.

Definitely a life changing workout. I've dealt with lower back and hip pain for the past 10 years from work and weight training. On a whim, I stopped by the location to check out the facility. The Owner happened to be at the location and gave me a free day pass. After 1 workout I was hooked and immediately signed up. The benefits from the IR heat and the stretching from the yoga and pilates classes have greatly reduced my back and hip discomfort. The facility is very clean and well organized and scheduling my workouts on the app is a breeze.
